- Carole (9/5): Excellent hotel along with a very good value. - Property was very clean, rooms spacious, comfortable. Excellent storage and places to put your things, even for a short overnighter. The bathroom had a large walk in shower, multiple hooks for towels, and shelves for toiletries. Room was quiet and temperature comfortable. Included breakfast was very good with many offerings and such a pleasant host who never rushed anyone. My only complaint was the pillows were very soft and lumpy. Couldn't get enough support and kept jostling it around all night.

- Dawn (8/5): - Standard size rooms with typical breakfast options (heavy carbs). Staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re in a room on the highway side, there’s a lot of noise. Air conditioning didn’t seem to work (could also have been user error) but it never cooled down to what we set it at. Conveniently located right off main highway in Ames. Clean and comfortable overall.

- David (4/5): - Clean and nice. We were kept up by noise above us until 2 am. Party up there. Manager finally stopped them. I know this happens - but their design doesn’t help. The bathroom door bangs (slide door) and the party above us banged it continually.

Cleanliness is exceptional. This would be my first choice in Ames. Competitively priced. The bed was excellent. Soft, but firm.

- Jeff (8/5): Very good - Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was awesome, fitness room was adequate. Did not check out or use pool. They provided a hot breakfast. Selections were ok. I'm an early riser and was hot and fresh when I ate. My wife ate a little later and felt the food had not been kept warm or switched out much. Have had worse, but probably the one area that could be improved
