Price was just right now £132 winter to £196 in summer months. Two problems only, the room was cold till heating kicked in, and shower ran cold then was too hot to get in. Other than that all ok.n
• Mary (8/5): An enjoyable break and it will be a return visit if we stay in the town again. - The location was ideal. We were made very welcome on our arrival. The hosts were very friendly. Breakfast was very good whilst accommodating any particular requests. It was all good. From a personal choice but not a complaint it would be good to have a clothes hook on the back of the bathroom door.

• Gill (10/5): Thank you, I had a lovely relaxing few days away...I've found my new place to escape to. - The location was excellent, so close to the beach and the shops, I had a lovely view from my window. I travelled alone for some much needed me time, I felt safe and secure at Greystones. I was made to feel very welcomed, lovely and helpful people.

• Shell (8/5): Comfortable and friendly stay - Was in a prime place at the clocktower in Skegness. Hosts were really nice, and breakfast was lovely. Rooms were a bit old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. No trouble sleeping (room was at the back). Even though it was a double room, it was adequate for one person. Overall, it was a nice stay for a couple of nights. Rooms dated.

From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail in the décor added a lovely touch, making the space feel both cozy and stylish. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast—freshly prepared with quality ingredients, offering a great selection to suit all tastes. The service was excellent, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and transport links, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Graystones Hotel provides the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and value for money. No heating on and couldnt get it on.Asked staff who said they d switched it on.Was definately on a timer controlled by staff as heating only came onabout 5pm and went off before 8pm.So room very cold. Had to eear fleece jacket in bed and buy hot water bottle as freezing. Also too many steps outside and was on 1st floor and no lift.As gave mobility issues this was not ideal.

• David (10/5): Great location, nice place, nice people - Very happy with my stay. Am unable to comment re the breakfast as only had toast once. That however was as i would want, ie. freshly made/hot. My room had everything I required. Putting a small fan on the bedside table was a nice touch and appreciated during my stay. I was also very grateful for Colin's offer to let me move my car to one of the spaces at the front of the building.

• Delrose (1/5): Crap and pokey - Horrible poky room in an attic Breakfast which I never had Was told it would be served from 7.45am until 9am Not even an hour for breakfast The woman wouldn't even compromise serving until later but went on to say if it was bigger groups then longer breakfast would be considered which I was appalled to hear It's the couples and single people that keep these places afloat And anyway you're on hols why would you want to be up so early but I suppose if they offered room only they'd lose out The bathroom was poky and dark the shaving light didn't work which made it difficult to see The shower was hard to work initially In all I didn't expect the Ritz but I paid £210 for an awful stay at a awful place Never again Don't waste your money folks go elsewhere

The exceptional aquarium literally on the doorstep I usually whinge a bit but not this time. I couldn’t find anything to whinge about. So nothing to dislike
