Breakfast was very good whilst accommodating any particular requests. It was all good. From a personal choice but not a complaint it would be good to have a clothes hook on the back of the bathroom door.

No heating on and couldnt get it on.Asked staff who said they d switched it on.Was definately on a timer controlled by staff as heating only came onabout 5pm and went off before 8pm.So room very cold. Had to eear fleece jacket in bed and buy hot water bottle as freezing. Also too many steps outside and was on 1st floor and no lift.As gave mobility issues this was not ideal.

- Delrose (1/5): Crap and pokey - Horrible poky room in an attic Breakfast which I never had
Was told it would be served from 7.45am until 9am Not even an hour for breakfast
The woman wouldn't even compromise serving until later but went on to say if it was bigger groups then longer breakfast would be considered which I was appalled to hear It's the couples and single people that keep these places afloat
And anyway you're on hols why would you want to be up so early but I suppose if they offered room only they'd lose out
The bathroom was poky and dark the shaving light didn't work which made it difficult to see
The shower was hard to work initially
In all I didn't expect the Ritz but I paid £210 for an awful stay at a awful place
Never again
Don't waste your money folks go elsewhere
