• Bobby (4/5): - The property itself is nice. Panhandle Getaways is TERRIBLE! The pool was closed, had no arm bands for the beach, and the ice maker never worked, even after multiple calls to get fixed.
• Jeanne (2/5): - MAJOR construction feet from our rental. We could not even open the curtains because of all the workers next to our back patio. This was not disclosed at the time of rental. The condo was described as first floor, patio directly poolside. No pool, just workers and construction all day.

• Toni (10/5): - Location was great. Ease of all the electronic doors and gate was super easy on everyone. Fully loaded kitchen. Great view from balcony.
• Maxwell (8/5): Nice Condo in Miramar Beach, but could be better. - I stayed at room 4211 in the Beachside II Tower. It is well located on the ground floor of the building and has direct access to a nice heated pool and to the white sand beaches. Parking was abundant, no extra charge. This particular room had 1 bedroom, with two additional pull out beds in the living room. This is NOT a hotel - the staff left enough towels for three days, but nobody will come by to clean the unit or change bedsheets during your stay. As well, they only provided 1 set of shampoo/conditioner/soap - not enough to last a family for more than 1 night. The bedroom bed was fine, but the sofa-bed in the living room was really soft! Not good if you have a bad back. As well, our floors were really sandy and you would get your feet really dirty unless you wore slippers/sandals. There is an APP you must download with your phone which provides you with all the info you need to access the front gate and the unit itself. All in all, it was a spacious unit and I would marginally recommend it to others.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Roaches, bugs, bed was a joke, NOT as advertised, hair in tub, overhead lights covers were cracked, tv did not work, uncovered outlet, no evacuation plan
• Verified traveler (4/5): Location was great- accommodations not up to par - Room was not described as Murphy bed which was very uncomfortable and located in the middle of the 900 so called square footage
