DRA. ELAINE PÉREZ (8/5): Estupeda ubicación y vista maravillosa - La ubicación excelente y rica la habitación con jacuzzi. La alberca limpia pero tibia el agua. Muy tranquilo el lugar y la vista increíble al lago. El desayuno fortalecer el sabor de los alimentos. Mejorar mantenimiento de las habitaciones, hace falta actualizar su condición y de mayor confort para los clientes. Importante contar con un espacio para un Gym.

Fabrício (6/5): Localização boa, mas café da manhã deixou a desejar. - A experiência do café da manhã foi ruim, pois atrasaram muito para servir (mais de 1h do horário previsto), e não explicaram direito como funcionava, pois estavam montando um buffet, mas para a gente somente deram algumas opções de pratos prontos para pedir. E quando foram chegando outros hóspedes para o café da manhã, estes pegavam diretamente da mesa de buffet. Então ficamos sem entender porque fomos os únicos a ter tratamento diferente (pq fomos os primeiros a chegar e esperar a servirem???). A localização é bem boa, perto do lago e com acesso fácil, além de ter piscina. Um outro ponto importante é ter estacionamento, já que fica perto do centro e é bem difícil estacionar por lá, então é possível deixar o carro no hotel e ir a pé conhecer os lugares mais próximos.

Las Instalaciones están en buen estado y las habitaciones son cómodas La alberca luce con la iluminación que tiene y la vista al lago es agradable Hay que aplicarse en la limpieza del jacuzzi y lo único que no me gustó es que después de tu estancia NO TE PERMITEN DEJAR TU VEHÍCULO EN EL ESTACIONAMIENTO.

Lo único que debes verificar son los precios del restaurante, porque el código QR de la habitación no está actualizado y difiere hasta por 10 pesos de la carta.

Restaurant played very loud music 12-11pm despite no diners most of time - really disturbed bedroom. Plumbing in bathroom aging with constantly running toilet and long wait for hot water. Pool towels seemed to be provided to guests who insisted but not readily available.
Peter (8/5): Very good - Super nice and comfy room with mood lights and great amenities in terms of bathing. The pizza in the restaurant is freshly made and worth a try. What we didn’t like were the prices of the restaurant. We paid an excessive amount for a small side salad. The risotto was also overpriced and shouldn’t even have been on the menu because it didn’t come with the promised mushroom sauce or portobello mushrooms (champions instead).

GUADALUPE PALACIOS (8/5): - El hotel tiene habitaciones amplias y confortables y una vista del lago estupenda; sin embargo, el agua de la alberca es muy fría. No hay restaurante y hay áreas retringidas para su acceso, sinm que haya indicación alguna. Lo peor es el jacussi, ya que sale agua caliente por unos minutos y luego sale fria.
