- Nicholas (8/5): overall good stay - strategic location, plenty of food all around the area and accessible to everywhere. room was clean and tidy with everything you need for a short stay walls are not sound proofing enough. can constantly hear the ring from the elevator, can be a little annoying to some maybe but maybe can opt to switch that off.

- Zhe Heng, Xavier (6/5): - Came here for a 1 day stay for work. Lots of F&B options nearby with 24/7 convi stores nearby. Average room for a quick stay, bed was okay didnt feel sore after waking up. Everything else (heaters, clean water etc) was there. But for a work trip, the WIFI is unable to connect. Staff helped to restart the router etc, but all my devices just could not connect to any of the WIFI available. Ended up having to spend more money and time to get an additional data sim. Would have spent more for another stay nearby if I knew this would happen. But for a quick 1-2 day trip, this location is convenient and makes sense for a local to stay.

About 1-2 minutes walk to Starling Mall and The Hotel's location was vey near to the establishment that I need to go. - Lots of Restaurant around the Hotel and they have on-call food delivery to your room if in-case you don't want to get out of the hotel - WIFI is decent (there are times that your will need to just reconnect if you loose the connection) CONS: - Not really the hotel's fault but but more on the APP booking recommendation. I booked for 3 people and Booking.com App recommend a Deluxe Room. Upon seeing the room when we arrived, it's small for 3 people (King Size Bed Only). Fortunately, the helpful staff was able to move me and my family to a family room (1 Single and 1 King Size Bed). - No Dedicated Parking lot. There are limited on the road parking slot around the hotel and depending on how lucky you are, You may need to circle back the hotel for like 3-5 times to get a parking near/on the side/ in-front of the hotel (Unless you're ok to park your car behind or a few blocks from the hotel.

If you are having luggages and difficulty in movements, this is NOT ok. - Location is ok Need to use stairs - one has to carry the luggage up flights of steps and this was not explicitly informed up front. There is hidden cost of Bookings.com charges and there is no upfront message that one can cancel at all. This is a very bad experience.

Patient and helpful staffs. Sound proofing in the room can be better. We stayed for a weekend and it's a busy area during weekends. So can hear cars outside.

You can park your car but has to be opposite the hotel. There’s a famous Nasi Lemak shop just opposite the hotel and it’s quite good.

It is not the luxurious kind of hotel, but it is very comfortable if you're looking for something budget. A lot of local food restaurants and cafes around the hotel, and a shopping mall just within walking distance. Hotel staff are also very friendly and I requested for booking a taxi, the staff helped me to book from Grab and even used a discount coupon for us. I had a pleasant short stay and will consider this hotel if I come back.

For a hotel about 3 years old, it was very well maintained..... and good security for solo travellers. Highly recommended !

I had call up the hotel & request for a public parking which the staff is very friendly. They able to get a parking in front of thier hotel, Perfect! Got a Elevator which I researched the only one at Uptown. Is easier for ppl like me which carries a big luggage. Definitely will come back.
