- 村上 (6/5): スタッフの当たり外れの個人差があるが総合的に良かったです - 金髪の若い女性のスタッフさんが荷物も快く運んでいただき赤ちゃんがいたので助かりました エレベーター内でも嫌な顔を一つもせず笑顔で対応いただいて愛想が良くとても綺麗で良かった印象です。 (赤ちゃんの着替えなど荷物多かったにもかかわらずすみません) また7/11朝5時台夜勤者の男性もベビーチェアの件で朝早い時間にも関わらず快く対応いただき感謝してます。 お風呂も食事も最高でした。 電話対応や受付の大柄の女性(電話対応もおそらくその方)は相談も親身になってくれず面倒そうにしていたのが気になりました。 こちらの要望を素直に聞かない(すぐ確認してくれない)質問も気だるそうに答える点はかなり気になりました。 初めての赤ちゃん連れの宿泊旅行だったので期待してた分ショックでした。

- 中山 (6/5): 初めての宿泊 - レストランの方々が、よく気がついて丁寧な対応で良かったです。 予約で６万円の宿泊費が48000円と書かれていたので、他で宿泊プランと見比べてみるとすごくいいプランだと思って予約しましたが、スタンダードプランでした。他の予約方法だと1人13,800円ほどで宿泊出来たみたいで約2万円損した気持ちです。しっかり宿泊プランを明記してほしかったと思います。残念です。 宿泊施設は、カーペットが剥がれていたり、外から窓を覆ったりしていて、改修が雑だなあと感じました。

- Guest (7/5): 温泉に浸かって、ファミリーでゆっくりするにはGOOD - スタッフの皆んがとても感じが良かったです。 バイキングも色々な種類があり、それぞれに好きなスタイルの食事が出来ました。 ミニクロワッサン美味しかったです。 お風呂も良かった！ 少し走ると蒜山高原が有り、動物が見れたり、美味しい野菜が買えたり、美味しいジンギスカンも食べられる！ それぞれにゆったりと回れます。 ジンギスカンは人気店でぎゅうぎゅうですが。 ゆったり旅には最適だと思います。 建物の古さは否めません。 所々リノベされてたのと、清潔感があるし、匂いも気にならなかったのでかなりカバーは出来てると思います。 地下のお風呂に行くエレベーターが無いのが年寄りにはきつかったです。
