• Marília Naomi (6/5): - Quarto tem um tamanho bom, com uma pequena sala com cozinha. Pressão do chuveiro é muito boa. Não tem ar condicionado. A rua é muito barulhenta o que dificulta dormir com a janela aberta. Quarto não estava pronto no horário do checkin.

• Geoff & Anne (1/5): Experience was dreadful - we left the property… - Nil Unfortunately the experience from Start to finish was a shambles. Booked two rooms and paid for two rooms… but was only given key for one room. After repeated attempts to reach proprietors via email and phone we had to contact Booking.com. They too were unable to contact the owners.. we left the property on their advice. We found alternative accomodation and will not be recommending Swiss Star to anyone.

• Christian (4/5): wir waren enttäuscht. - der schlüssel war mittels code sofort da. das hat gut geklappt. nach meldung der mängel ist am nächsten tag eine nette dame erschienen und hat sich alles angesehen und wenig später kochgeschirr und wasserkocher gebracht und auch das TV hat dann wieder funktioniert. das wurde in unserer abwesenheit behoben . danke! die versprochenen details waren oft unzutreffend. kein holzboden, alles war gefliest. kein wasserkocher, kein kochgeschirr im zimmer, eine steckdose in der küche war herausgerissen, die küchenarmatur war undicht, fernsehen hat nicht funktioniert.

• zane (7/5): - The room was clean. Easy check-in. Rather close to the Zurich HB. There was no hand soap, just a miniture bottle of shower gel in the bathroom. Only one glass in the cupboard. There was only one blanket. We had a feeling that they were not expecting anybody to arrive.
• Sophia (7/5): Practical for a short trip - Great location close to the train station and lots of accessible public transit. The check in process and check out process were very painless. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen area were clean and had plenty of space. Main front door remained unlocked during the night. Also, the beds were very creaky/noisy! No covers on the windows so the morning was super bright (bring eye shades). It would have been nice to have some hand soap in the bathroom.

They left only 2 keys instead of 3 for check in which wasted a lot of our time while we were tired. Not worth monry

Lamp shade broken/wonky, plug socket hanging out of wall, pillow stained, door cover for dishwasher missing, shelves in fridge missing, no bowls and lack of cutlery.

• paolo (3/5): Very Bad Experience - 10 minutes to central station However, for the price paid, the service is absolutely not worth it. Check-in was smooth — fast and fully automated with a key code. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The remote control for the shutters/blinds was missing, and despite requesting assistance, no one provided a solution. As a result, we were stuck in a completely dark room for two days, with no access to natural light. The TV system is outdated and practically unusable — no proper internet connection and only German channels available, which made it impossible to watch anything. Due to this embarrassing and unacceptable situation, we decided to check out earlier than planned. Overall, very poor experience and definitely not worth the price.

• Nils (1/5): - Das erste Mal wurde um kurz vor 10Uhr morgens derart vehement vom housekeeping geklopft, dass ich sogar die Tür öffnete, obwohl ich eigentlich beschäftigt war. da die Damen ausschliesslich Spanisch sprach, was ich nicht beherrsche, verstand ich nicht, warum sie darauf bestand. Aber der Name also: sie wollte mein Zimmerschlüssel bereits jetzt mitnehmen. Ganz perplex überreiche ich Ihr denn dann ja auch. Die nächste Begegnung, circa 1 Stunde später (aber immer noch vor der offiziellen Checkout) verlief nicht angenehmer: ich war nochmals eingenickt und versuchte gerade hektisch meine sieben Sachen zusammen zu suchen, als die Dame ohne Vorankündigung und ohne klopfen plötzlich in meinem Zimmer stand. Ich versuchte ihr zu erklären, dass es mir leid täte, ich aber ein paar Minuten für das Packen bräuchte und um Verständnis bitte. Was sie augenscheinlich nicht hatte, als sie gegen 11:15uhr wieder ohne klopfen/abzuwarten in meinem Zimmer stand. Echt jetzt Swiss star …. So geht das aber nivht!

• Kristy (7/5): Excelente elección, volvería sin dudarlo! - Espacio cómodo, todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Hay utensilios de cocina básicos, sería bueno adicionar una cafetera. Se encuentra a 7 min de la estación central, supermercados y restaurantes en la misma cuadra. Mejorar las almohadas, aunque no es algo relevante frente a lo bueno que se ofrece.

• Manh Dai Phong (9/5): I will come back here if I visit Zurich again. - I love that it got everything I need and the whole apartment is super clean. It is really private and easy to access. Our TV did not work, but that is not a big minus point or something

• TTUCCAR (10/5): Düşünmeden rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz. - Merkeze yakınlığı, temiz ve konforlu oluşunu çok sevdik.
• Özberksoy (1/5): Çok kötü - Merhaba Sadece konumunu sevdim 11 numaralı odada kaldık. Maalesef tuvaletin kapısı yoktu. Bunu bildirdik ama komik bir şekilde fotoğraf istediler. Sonuç cözülmedi. Bir sürprizle karşılaşmamak tuvalet kapisi olmayan bir odada kalmak zorunda kalmamak için lütfen gelmeyin. Resepsiyon yok bunu gitmeden de biliyordum. Ama bir sorun yaşadığınızda maalrsef muhatap yok. Apartmanın içi ve oda aşırı derecede yemek kokuyordu. Zeminde restaurantlar var bütün koku içeride. Perdeler öylesine takılmış foto atıyorum.

• Marco (4/5): Für eine Nacht wars okay, der Preis war für die Verhältnisse auch noch okay, vieles hat ja gepasst, aber oben aufgezählt - An und für sich gut, die Einrichtung war auf den ersten Blick echt toll, sauber und ein angenehmer Flair. Handtücher und Bett waren sauber und schön. Trotzdem bringt die beste Einrichtung nix, wenn das kleine nicht vorhanden ist: -keine Seife -grad mal eine Gabel, zwei Löffel und Messer -Geschirrspüler vorhanden, bringt aber nix ohne Tabs -Mikrowelle macht Geräusche wie eine Baustelle. Hat sich nach der eingegebenen Zeit auch nicht abdrehen lassen, mussten 2 mal den Stromschalter kappen damit die überhaupt aufhört. Stellt finde ich eine Gefahr dar!!!! -Waren im 5. Stock, irgendein Fenster dürfte nicht gut Schallisoliert sein, Gerede von draußen so laut wie direkt neben dem eigenen Ohr. Macht das Schlafen leider etwas anstrengend.

Magari due stampelle nell'armadio non sarebbero state male . La zona intorno non è il massimo . C'era una rissa quando sono tornato , anche se non mi ha spaventato

• Büşra (2/5): Çok kötü, asla parasına değmez, özensiz bakımsız, kötü deneyim. - Mutfağı olması güzeldi. Mikrodalga fırın ile istediğinizi ısıtabilirsiniz. Yatak aşırı konforsuzdu yayları batıyordu her tarafımıza, doğru düzgün uyuyamadık bile. Duş gideri tıkalıydı ilk duş aldığımız andan itibaren her tarafı su bastı ve her duş aldığımızda 2 dk su açıp sonra kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Yaklaşık 3 dakika su açık kaldı ve oda göle dönmüştü bile. Mutfak var ama bir tane kase veya çukur yemek tabağı veya bardak koyulmamıştı yani sıvı birşey tüketemezsiniz. El sabunu yoktu 2 kişi 3 gece kaldık ve sadece 6 küçücük şişe şampuan koyulmuştu.

Receiving the room key was itself a headache which we had issues in Receiving it, then it didn't open the main door which was the worst part. Thanks to that srilankan restaurant guy otherwise we would suffer a lot as I was not having data on my phone. Difficult to deal with the owner.

• Tenzin (1/5): Nicht befriedigend. - Die Storen haben nicht funktioniert, was die Privatsphäre sehr beeinträchtigt hat und man hat sich immer von aussen beobachtet gefühlt. Der Code am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert und erst nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Kundendienst gegangen. Location ist sehr schlecht an der Langstrasse, sehr laut rund um die Uhr und die Sicherheit is auf nicht am besten dort.

• Alberto (4/5): Si deseas Descansar este no es el lugar adecuado - Estaba en una ubicación buena, y el acceso al alojamiento práctico y rápido. Estaba sumamente descuidado, todo al inicio se ve súper lindo, pero ambas camas las peores en todo el viaje, las talas de las bases de colchón estaban caídas al llegar y aunque las colocamos de nuevo, se volvían a caer sin si quería hacer algún movimiento brusco, la tapadera de la taza del baño estaba suelta, los black Out no funcionaban de las ventanas, las sillas del desayunador a un toque de desarmarse preferimos no ultilizarlas, la verdad Decepcionante, por suerte nos quedamos solo una noche, ya que el otro alojamiento no tenía más disponibilidad, pero no lo recomendaría si el plan es descansar.
