• Emilie (5/5): Le cadre est sympathique et idéal pour le coucher de soleil, malheureusement beaucoup il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir - Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très beau, la chambre et la douche magnifique! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour admirer le coucher du soleil. Je reste mitigée par rapport à cet hôtel. Dès le premier jour, ma chambre a été inondée et une forte odeur d’égout s’y est installée. J’ai dû insister auprès de l’équipe pour obtenir un changement de chambre. On m’a également posé des questions déplacées, comme si quelqu’un était venu dans ma chambre pendant mon absence, alors que j’étais simplement à la plage. Dans la seconde chambre, les toilettes étaient régulièrement bouchées, il n’y avait pas de coffre pour mes objets de valeur, et aucune serviette n’avait été fournie à mon arrivée. L’établissement est aussi très éloigné du port (environ 38 minutes à pied). N’ayant pas de liquide sur moi, je n’ai pas pu louer de scooter électrique ni de vélo. J’ai demandé l’aide de l’hôtel, mais on m’a répondu que sans cash, aucune solution n’était possible. J’ai donc dû marcher environ 40 minutes aller-retour deux fois par jour pour mes activités. Je trouve dommage qu’un hôtel de ce standing ne propose pas d’alternatives ou d’assistance à ses clients dans ce genre de situation.
• Julia (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Lage war ganz gut Eine absolute Enttäuschung! Wir mussten in dieses Hotel ausweichen, da unser eigentliches Hotel ausgebucht war. Schon beim Check-in fiel die mangelnde Sauberkeit auf. Der Zimmerservice kam erst um 18:30 Uhr – für ein angeblich gehobenes Hotel völlig inakzeptabel. Es gab nicht einmal Seife am Waschbecken, was absolut unhygienisch ist. Unter dem Waschbecken lagen tote Kakerlaken, die trotz Reinigung einfach liegen gelassen wurden – ekelhaft! Besonders unverschämt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Wir haben im vorherigen Hotel deutlich weniger gezahlt und dort war alles um Welten besser – Sauberkeit, Service und selbst der Pool. Im Vergleich dazu war dieses Hotel eine Zumutung. Wir können nur abraten und würden nie wiederkommen!

Rodeado d diferentes lugares donde ver el sunset. Hacía mucho calor en el baño. Servicio de habitaciones al entrar a limpiar dejo la puerta abierta por descuido, lo comunicamos.

Lille køkken med to kopper lg en elkedel der kogte vand efter 20 min. Ville nok nærmere benytte det som unge rejsende med vennerne på druktur end som familie. Natten var præget af bassen fra nabobaren der spillede dak-dak musik og holdt skumparty, hvilket altså ikke fremgik af beskrivelserne. Hotellet har ikke egen pool men vi kunne låne en lille en i nabobaren og den anden var “no kids”, hvilket var forståeligt men begrænsede oplevelsen. Personalet var ret søde og imødekommende men omgivelserne bare ikke gode nok.

• Aleisha (10/5): Amazing, best beach in Gili - Fantastic location on Gili T. Beach here is stunning and the sun set….amazing 🤩 Breakfast was really good. A nice variety which changed each day (noodles, rice, chicken, potatoes, vegetables, pancakes, cereal, fruits, eggs, omelets, sausage, salad, cakes, croissants, tea, coffee and juices…..and so much more) We stayed in a cottage room. They are very spacious and the bathrooms are huge. Outside shower is amazing…..powerful and hot Bike hire is a 1 min away. You can rent a bicycle or electric bike with 2 seats. Both are great fun and get you around the islands 👍🏼 Rabbit jump is next door. Great place to go if travelling with teenagers (like us). They loved the foam party and jumping boards. Music goes off at 10pm so easy to get a good night sleep. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Nothing

• 726hemap (2/5): Inhuman hotel staff and no medical help - Worst property and absolutely inhuman staff. A very dear friends young son had fallen sick in the room and on repeated requests from his wife the medical help came very late and they didn't even have the basic emergency drugs and knowledge. When he passed away the hotel staff refused to give even a bed sheet to cover the body when the wife was literally begging them to give one and was also willing to pay for it. I would strongly recommend not to stay in this property.

El baño estaba al exterior con las paredes de azulejos en no muy buen estado. Estuvimos constantemente pidiendo toallas porque nos daban una por cabeza. Llamaban a la puerta para hacer la habitación en vez de poder colgar algo que indicase que estábamos durmiendo. Había literalmente dos puntos de eschufe, uno cerca de la cama y el otro en la otra punta de la habitación. Muy incómodo. La piscina del hotel está en un restaurante a la salida del hotel y justo delante de la calle de ppal por lo que la piscina tiene intimidad cero y te obliga irte al restaurante.
• Salvatore (8/5): Il giusto compromesso! - La stanza molto ampia con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno e la pulizia ( asciugamani, dentifricio e spazzolini usa e getta ), macchina per bollire l'acqua e buste di tea, apprezzate le bottiglie d'acqua ogni giorno. Il letto comodo anche se rumoroso. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile, molto comodo il servizio di lavanderia e la colazione. Avremmo apprezzato il cambio degli asciugamani più frequente, ogni tanto avevamo problemi con l'acqua perchè usciva di un colore strano e con poca potenza ( ma ogni tanto non sempre ). Per il resto ottimo soggiorno. Per chi ha bisogno di silenzio tombale la notte, valutate perchè a fianco c'è una discoteca rumorosa ( a noi non ha dato fastidio , anzi, ottima musica per giovani )

• Charu (2/5): - Very bad experience at Frii Resort Gili. I stayed there for two terrible nights.. 17th-18th aug. The room was in poor condition with torn curtains, blocked drainage, and overall lack of maintenance. Even basic amenities were missing — bath soap, hand soap, and shampoo were all combined in one bottle with no separate options. Cleanliness was below standard, and the property looked very different from the pictures online. Breakfast was terrible — no options for vegetarians and the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. On top of that, when I complained to the hotel supervisor and reception staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the money — I would never recommend this resort.”

• Atug (1/5): Tolle Insel mit schlechtem Hotel - Die Lage (wenn man Partys liebt) und das Personal waren super. 1. die Zimmer sind unglaublich dreckig und man fühlt sich einfach unwohl weil es voller Moskitos ist und man nichts dagegen tun kann 2. das Hotel ist sehr veraltet und die Zimmer sind in einem miserablen Zustand 3. es herrscht ein Riesen Handtuch Mangel im Hotel, wir mussten förmlich nach Handtüchern betteln, zum Strand haben wir immer alte Handtücher zum duschen bekommen… das geht gar nicht! 4. das Essen im Hotel geht gar nicht geschweige denn das Frühstück!! Geht unbedingt woanders frühstücken aber nicht da im Hotel Ich würde das Hotel in diesem Zustand nicht empfehlen!

• Cameron (5/5): Mixed, better experience and value elsewhere on Gili T likely. - Good location on the relaxed side of the island and close to Aston Outdoor Movie Night. Outdoor shower was amazing. Almost missed my boat (and flights if I had) because the hotel gave the horse and cart I pre-booked with them to someone else despite me pre-confirming the morning of and night before to triple check. When it did come I had to squeeze in with another couple who also booked their own and I had to apologise to them for making them bunch up. Found a bedbug in my bedding and most nights a rat would scratch in the roof above at the ceiling. Staff clearly don’t care and are way too laid back, I heard many other guests all complaining about reasonable, different things to them in passing over my stay. I respect that island life and the culture is different but this is not what I’d expect from a hotel/resort. Resort itself is nice but overpriced for what you get. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, avoid.

• Ruby (4/5): - The location is great on the far side of the island near turtle point. We had a room in the back so we couldn't hear the music from the Rabbit place next door that much. The rooms were not kept up very well. There were many gaps in the ceiling and under the door that allowed mosquitos inside. The shower was spacious but did not drain well and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We ran out of toilet paper and it was never replaced. Small things that you could over look if it was only one item started to add up during our 3 night stay.

• MayaG14 (2/5): TOnce Charming, Now Neglected, We Couldn’t Even Stay the Night - We ended up not even checking in to this resort because the rooms were in such a dirty and unacceptable state. As soon as we walked in, we noticed yellow stains and even blood stains on the bedding. The floor had dirty footprints and toe imprints everywhere. The toilet and bathroom were filthy, with hair left behind and dried toothpaste still in the sink. When we reported this, staff only brought us one clean sheet and a small brush. No proper cleaning supplies. No offer to fully change the linens or clean the room properly. It felt like they were trying to patch up a much bigger issue with the bare minimum. The photos suggest that the resort has its own pool, but that is misleading. There is no on-site pool. You have to go to the restaurant next door to swim. Even though guests receive a 20 percent discount there, the food was so bad we couldn’t eat it. It was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. However, I do want to highlight that the staff were genuinely kind and caring. You could tell they were doing their best with what they had. The resort must have been lovely 15 years ago, but now everything feels run-down and neglected. Even at reception, all the pillows on the lounge sofas were stained and worn. Sadly, the charm of the past is no longer enough to make up for the current state of the place.

• Grant (10/5): - Awesome location. On beachfront. Perfect spot to chill and away from the hustle of the young crowd. Bit quiet if you like the party vibe. Based on other side of the island. The accommodation is adequate. But could do with fresh makeover on bedding and decor. No fridge or tv in the rooms during rainy times.

Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen können nicht genug lobend erwähnt werden. Die Freundlichkeit und die Gastfreund sind einfach der Hammer. Lage Top, Frühstücksbuffet einfach, aber absolut i.O. Preis- Leisungsverhältnis absolut fair und i.O. Kein 5*.... braucht es aber auch nicht. Der Pool wurde gerade restauriert, daher konnten wir im Nachbar Pool des *Rabbit Jump* uns abkühlen. Dieses Resort ist jedoch permanent Party Musik, und dies nicht gerade leise. Mich hat dies nicht gestört, da ich eh praktisch den ganzen Tag eher am direkt gegenüber liegenden Strand lag.

• Bruno (4/5): Great location, friendly staff but structurally the hotel looks abandoned. - Location and friendly staff Property was in very poor conditions, the pool was under renovation so they gave us access to the Rabbit Jump Beach Club for free however even the conditions of the pools at the Beach club was very poor (the water was so cloudy and the ph so acid that we couldn’t open our yes or stay in the water for too long without noticing our skin itching). The rooms were spacious with good beds and showers, however the place definitely needs a lift up). Without mentioning the sewer smell right outside our bedroom.Walking across the island we found much better places for better prices.
• Josh-1 (6/5): Not worth the money, there are better places elsewhere on the island - The location of the hotel on the sunset side of the island is excellent - you can walk across the road and watch the sunset every day. The room was well-appointed, and the bed was comfy enough. The shower was unusually large, which felt a bit weird. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early since our ferry arrived before the usual check-in time. But there was a significant delay at the reception because of a bunch of other guests checking in and not enough staff. It's the little things and the big things. Like they only provide a 3-in-1 hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner that smells terrible. I can not imagine what scent it's supposed to be, but it's putrid. Secondly, the swimming pool was closed for renovations (for 3 weeks) during our stay. This was the main reason why I chose this hotel (and paid the high price). I was annoyed and felt this was a bait-and-switch, and I should have been notified in advance so I could arrange alternative options. They provided breakfast next door at Rabbit Jump which was below average. There was almost no plant-based options other than fried rice every morning. No plant based protein options whatsoever. Seating was uncomfortable. Considering the price, I expected more. They only provided access to the Rabbit Jump pool but only on lounges FAR AWAY from the pool. There was a minimum spend for using the closer lounges. Since I visited Rabbit Jump 2 years ago, it looks like no maintenance has been done during that time. All the cushions and bean bags are faded, umbrellas are faded, pool has lots of missing tiles and looked dingy, pool seating in front of pool bar looks disgusting. Overall, that pool was really gross and cloudy and I could not bring myself to swim in it. The customer service at Rabbit Jump was terrible. I had to walk around and find a staff member to place an order for a drink - twice. They just chatted amongst themselves and never looked out for customers. Considering the astronomical price of cocktails, you'd think they should be motivated to provide quick service. Nope. Considering the price I paid for the room, and was hoping to use Rabbit Jump more often, I felt really disappointed. I'm generous, giving it 6 out of 10.
• Luke (8/5): - The resort was a lot of fun! We enjoyed the pool and the lovely sunsets every evening. Ulfa at the front desk was very helpful giving us information and suggestions of activities. Would highly recommend this resort.
• Prabhat (9/5): Good stay, Must visit - Good property on the west side of the island, some maintenance work was going on but it did not created any disturbance, over all nice property we got an complimentary upgrade too. They show free movie too in the evening which is a big plus. Just the Internet speed which is of some concern.
