- Mario (1/5): Gute Lage aber extrem laut und keine Reaktion vom Vermieter - Lage war sehr gut Es war extrem laut in der Nacht und in den frühen Morgenstunden, wie wenn jemand Bauarbeiten/Renovierungen in den Wohnungen nebenan/darüber vorgenommen hätte, wir haben dies auch dem Gastgeber gemeldet, leider keine Reaktion, dh. wir konnten nur kurz schlafen, da der Lärm extrem laut war.

- Tomas (6/5): - The location is absolutely amazing. It is in the absolute center of the living city. It was clean, huge TV, comfortable bed and the representative was nice over WhatsApp. The accommodation seemed neglected — for example, the handle on the door to the courtyard was falling off, there was only one wine glass, almost every cupboard contained various cleaning products etc. The apartment is rather dark, as both windows face small inner courtyards.

- Graziella (5/5): Passable - clean and central. 3 hours before our flight we were informed that the apartment was not available as they had a problem with water. we were offered another apartment in the center but with a shared kitchen. The kitchen was not even equipped with a kettle or any utensils.

- Moran (9/5): Superb - Excellent apartment situated in a great area of Cagliari. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. The apartment has everything you need, including an outside dining area. Instructions from owner as regards keys etc are perfect and easy to follow. Nothing to dislike about this apartment
