• Ann (7/5): Great location - This is a nice hotel in a very good location. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We were in a room on the terrace. The bed was right up against the wardrobe so you had to climb out of the bed if sleeping on that side. Being on the terrace meant that it took a long time to get hot water. It comes out cold for a long time before starting to warm up and never gets very hot. Overall it is a nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable.

• Georgine (9/5): Boutique hotel well located - Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Lots of choices and nicely presented. Staff of hotel was so helpful and pleasant and quick to assist. The bathroom showerhead was clogged up and needed to be cleaned. A handle bar around the bath would be wise to install to avoid slipping getting in and out of the bath. As for the breakfast, a simple toaster might toast the bread quicker than the complicated and slow toaster currently present!

• Kazunori (5/5): ロケーションがよく、建物も築年数の割には清潔に保たれている - モスクやレギスタン広場に徒歩圏。 レセプションスタッフのスキルと理解度の低さ。現金しか受け付けない、というのは事前に分かっていたが、支払いのときに受領証を要求したが、前例がないとか、システムが対応していない（？）とかで、受領証ないしレシートをもらえなかった。こんなことは、どの国のどのホテルに泊まったときも経験したことはない。宿泊者は支払いをした日時、支払先、支払金額について、支払い済の証拠を入手てきないことになり、二重払い請求のリスクにさらされることになる。また、宿泊費用以外の、観光税の計算が間違っており、当方から2回、計算違いを指摘し、2回差額の一部を返してもらった。また、当初、2泊分予約し、その後、1泊追加していたため、3泊とも同じ部屋になるようお願いをし、了解を得ていたのだが（その旨の回答メールもある）、3日目のチェックアウト時刻（つまり2泊終了後）に、係員が部屋に来てチェックアウト時刻だから、なるべく早く部屋を空けるよう催促してきた。再確認の結果、3泊が2泊と誤認されていたことが理解してもらえたようで事なきを得た。以上のように、ホテルの予約管理、会計管理など、基本的な体制に不備があり、余計な説明と質問とやり取り（交渉）が要求されることを想定し覚悟しておく必要がある。

• Frédéric (9/5): Très joli boutique hôtel avec un personnel attentif - L'hotel a deux points forts majeurs : un personnel extrêmement aimable et aidant ainsi qu'un magnifique petit déjeuner, peut etre le plus beau de notre séjour en Ouzbékistan. La vue de la chambre sur un mur, c'est un peu triste mais j'imagine qu'il n'y a pas grand chose à faire en ville. Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas forcément optimal mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour cependant.

• Joanna (6/5): Pleasant but rather expensive. - I chose this property for location, which was excellent and because I wanted a more traditional, boutique style hotel, rather than an international hotel. A pleasant breakfast area in a nice garden. The room was comfortable but the bathroom incredibly crowded. Little things like a loo brush should be provided rather than fitting in a bidet. The internet service was poor and extremely frustrating. If a property advertises that it provides WiFi then one makes an assumption that it’s available in the room. It wasn’t and the management made the excuse of too much use at any one time by the guests. That’s ridiculous and only smacks of lack of investment by the property.

При регистрации в номер у нас взяли паспорта, я гражданка Израиля мой парень гражданин Узбекистана который имеет так же документы Израиля . Вернувшись в 12 ночи после долгой прогулки нас не хотели пускать в номер так как мы не женаты . При заселении о этом никто ничего не говорил . Дело дошло до вызова полиции. Только после этого нам предложили пройти в номер. Осталось очень плохое впечатление о этой гостинице и за такие деньги которые они берут за ночь и желание казаться современной гостиницой они абсолютно не совместимы с отношением к клиентам и наглостью девицы которая вела себя особенно не компетентно с нами повышая на нас голос и пытаясь обвинить нас . Совсем не советую молодым парам приезжать сюда и пройти через весь этот ужас который нам пришлось пройти.

C'est un bâtiment ancien au charme désuet (très charmant) avec une très belle cour intérieure vraiment agréable (plantes et terrasses). Le must : vue de notre chambre sur le Gour Emir ! Et une terrasse dont on n'a malheureusement pas pu profiter car il pleuvait. Accueil vraiment charmant : personnel très gentil et serviable.

• Frederick (8/5): Lovely boutique hotel with great staff. - Very tranquil and what you’d expect a boutique hotel to look and feel like. Nice courtyard and there are roof terraces with great views. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable. Excellent staff. I simply loved the whole atmosphere. Very relaxed. These are not criticisms, just observations. There are no amenities as such (pool, gym, spa..) though this is a small hotel so wouldn’t usually have them. Also no bar so any sunset drinks on the terrace will have to come from your minibar. The terraces also have no comfy seats or umbrellas so you are at the mercy of the mad heat.

• Bektas Laila (1/5): Teueres Hotel, Schlechte Qualität - Die lage das Hotel ist perfekt. Die Zimmer und das Bad wirklich sehr klein für 2 Leute, im Bad ist kaum Platz um Sachen hin zu stellen. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen, manche Sachen fallen schon auseinander. Frühstück ist eine große Katastrophe, ist zwar viel Auswahl aber die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das könnte eigentlich eher ein Hostel sein, nur fast 6 mal so teuer.

• Ariella (9/5): - A very beautiful hotel located within the talking distance to Amir Temur Mausoleum. There’s an amazing rooftop facing the site and all the facilities are amazing. Had a lovely breakfast included in the price, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and I felt so welcomed. Highly recommended!

Amazing terrace and inner courtyard. Sophisticated interior design. Very good breakfast. Otherwise, the waiter, who was very nice and helpful overall, served my wife a bottle of "Chardonnay Bagizagan (export)" wine on the terrace instead of the "Peri Bagizagan" wine we had ordered. In other words, he served a lower-quality wine that is cheaper in stores — and repeatedly claimed that it was Peri.

In generale trovo che il prezzo della stanza sia davvero alto, per quello che offre, rapportato all’offerta di altri alberghi in Uzbekistan

On the downside, the bed was not very comfortable as it was quite hard, and the bathroom is rather small.

The two men who worked in the reception area were professional, fRiendly and cared about my experience. I spent 3 nights here. They communicated with me fast and efficiently from the time i made my booking. They arranged airport transfers that were reliable, on time and reasonably priced. My Room was quiet. The AC worked perfectly (it was very hot outside). Breakfast was excellent. Eggs. Fresh breads. Fruits. Really a hearty meal in the courtyard garden area. Highly recommend.

The property is located at a walking distance from the touristy areas, and yet is quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved everything about it. The breakfast spread is hearty and fresh. The rooms are spacious. An often overlooked bit of the hotel is the terrace, please check that out. Will definitely recommend the property. They also packed breakfast boxes for us on the day of our early check-out.

The garden is absolutely beautiful, the terrace is lovely, breakfast was excellent with great coffee, and the staff were helpful and incredibly attentive from start to finish. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

• Radovana (6/5): The hotel is ok, but a bit overpriced comparing to the other hotels we stayed in Tashkent - Helpful, kind personel, wonderfull garden, good breakfast with selection of diverse fresh fruits, sweets ecc. Plastic curtain in the bath- no shower, the fact that we booked two same rooms and got one with view over Amir Temur mausoleum and the other looking at the roof of some industrial buliding.

• A2802QVgregc (6/5): Hotel infrastructure lacking - What very few of the reviews mention is that the infrastructure of the hotel is very old. The satellite TV never worked. It always registered “ no signal.” When I plugged the kettle into the socket in the early morning, it blew a fuse and the room went dark. The repairman came, fixed it, and blew it again. I didn’t use the kettle again. One night the remote control of the air conditioning unit went out in the middle of the night and I could not turn it off. (dead battery). The showerhead in the bathroom was broken and could not hang on the wall so I had to kneel on my knees to take a shower”. Another complaint is that all prices are listed in euros, not in Uzbek Soms. All other hotels and restaurants accept Som so prices are inflated. The redeeming feature is the location, so close to the main sites.
