A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges:
- EUR 20 from 20:00 to 22:00;
- EUR 30 from 22:00 to 01:00.
Please note that the use of a car is recommended to reach the centre of the city of Lagos. Public transport is not available.
Please note that the property does not accept reservations without being in an individual name. Companies and groups are not accepted.
Please note that the Apartments are cleaned twice a week for stays of more than 6 nights.
