• Aqsa (5/5): - The best part was the location At arrival, garbage was stored in front of the appartment. The main entrance was not clean. The bathroom was smelly and loads of dust on the floor

Aaaaaah pour la cuisine autre histoire 🤦‍♀️mais bon à éviter l'appartement n'est pas du tout confortable

Rolladen im Schlafzimmer kaputt und heruntergelassen, Antriebsgurt ausgerissen und man konnte nicht mal Licht ins Zimmer lassen
• Artemow (8/5): Good location, good value - It was a ok stay, nothing to write home about very acceptable. People smoke a lot so when you go through the property, you smell it, although, I did not see anyone smoke in the accomodation.
• Ck1212 (7/5): Star Oerlikon Family - Oerlikon tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Check-in ve check out sorunsuz. Çekyat için ilave çarşaf yastık almak için 2-3 kere istemek gerekti.. Saç kurutma makinesi yoktu, onu da ayrıca istemek zorunda kaldık.
• Venetz (4/5): Nicht zufriedenstellend - Die Lage und das einfache Checkin mit Schlüsselbox. Das Dusch/Shampoo und frische Hand/Duschtücher. Alles war leider sehr heruntergekommen. Grundsätzlich wäre dies noch akzeptabel, jedoch waren in zwei der drei Zimmer die Storen defekt. Zusätzlich waren die Türen bzw. Türfallen im Badezimmer sowie im Elternschlafzimmer defekt. Die Duschstange war mit Klebeband zusammengeklebt, wodurch sie nicht verstellt werden konnte, obwohl der Duschvorhang tief in die Badewanne hineinragte und man beim Duschen beinahe darauf stehen musste. Auch die Sauberkeit war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. In der Küche waren die Storenkästen und Fenster stark verfettet und vergilbt, unter den Radiatoren hingen Staubfetzen, und allgemein wirkte die Reinigung mangelhaft. Zudem roch die Unterkunft nach Rauch. Für den verlangten Preis war dies für uns leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

• Jean-Frédéric (6/5): Ok pour une ou deux nuits sinvous cherchez un emplacement central à Oerlikon, sinon passez votre chemin. - Emplacement proche de la gare et Hallenstadion, grandes pièces, balcon, literie. Il n’y a quasiment aucun meuble à part les lits, une table et quatre chaises, un petit canapé et une TV. Etat du sol et des murs très moyen, mériterait un refresh. Un store cassé, impossible d’aérer ou d’avoir de la lumière du jour dans une des chambres.

Trotz winterlicher Temperaturen und sogar Schneefall in der Nacht stand uns lediglich eine sehr dünne Decke für zwei Personen zur Verfügung. Auf unsere Nachfrage reagierte das Hotel zwar, teilte uns jedoch mit, dass nicht garantiert werden könne, eine zusätzliche Decke bereitzustellen – letztlich erhielten wir auch keine. Zudem war das Bett defekt, sodass man ständig in die Mitte gerollt ist. Aus diesem Grund musste eine Person auf dem Sofa schlafen, was ebenfalls keine angenehme Alternative war, da dieses stark verschmutzt wirkte und kein Laken vorhanden war. Wir schreiben nur ungern negative Bewertungen, aber grundlegender Schlafkomfort sollte in einem Hotelzimmer gewährleistet sein. In diesem Fall war das leider nicht gegeben.

• Anil Rai (2/5): Frustrating stay On the positive side, the room was or electrical issues, no Wi-Fi, and poor support - On the positive side, the room was a very generous size with plenty of space to move around. I also really liked the bed, it was a large, comfortable king-size bed which provided a good night's sleep despite the other issues. ​I recently stayed at the Swiss Star Zurich Oerlikon, and unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating due to several service and maintenance failures. ​Parking Issues. I had pre-paid for parking, but upon arrival but I could not gain access. I called the support number provided at the entrance and was told to use my room key, which did not work. I was promised that someone would come to assist me, but no one ever showed up. I eventually had to figure it out myself by discovering an electrical outlet/plug on the main wall that granted access. The room was not properly prepared for a couple. There was only one single duvet and two very small pillows. Additionally, the kitchen lacked a microwave, which made self-catering difficult. ​Electrical Faults here is a serious electrical issue in the unit. Every time I turned on the kitchen extractor fan, it caused a power cut/short circuit. I had to locate the fuse box to reset the power myself and was unable to use the fan for the duration of my stay. ​The Wi-Fi provided on the back of the door did not work. Even after contacting the property via Booking.com and receiving a new network name and password, I still could not get a connection. ​Overall, between the lack of support for the parking issue, the electrical hazards, and the lack of basic amenities like working Wi-Fi, I would not recommend this location. The "Self Check-In" model only works if the facilities are maintained and support is available when things go wrong, which was not the case here.

• rukken (10/5): Ein perfekter Aufenthalt mit super unkompliziertem self check in absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft war hervorragend! Besonders geschätzt haben wir den unkomplizierten Self-Check in die Anleitung war klar und wir konnten völlig flexibel anreisen, ohne auf jemanden warten zu müssen. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen. Alles war perfekt organisiert und genau wie beschrieben.
• Marco (4/5): - The appartment is spacious but it was left in very poor conditions. The dishwasher was full blown dirty from food, as well as the fridge. Some furniture in the kitchen is broken, the overall hygiene is not it. The apartment has a lot of potential though!

• Stefano (1/5): Ottima posizione ma appartamento da rivedere sicuramente. - Appartamento grande e posizione strategica. 5/10 minuti a piedi da Hallenstadion. Non è mia consuetudine dare o fare recensioni negative. Ci sono però alcune cose che, visto il prezzo pagato per una notte, sono inammissibili. Può passare la tapparella rotta in camera da letto ( ci può stare) , può passare la non presenza di una coperta, però non può succedere che non ci sia la carta igienica in bagno. Questo non è possibile. Basterebbe veramente nulla e un po’ di attenzione in più per far stare bene un “ospite”.

• Hassan (7/5): Good - Good accommodation for a short stay. Location is good, with station and McDonalds at a walking distance. Paid parking (quiet economical on the streets around the property). Overnight parking until 9:00 am is free outside property, subject to a free slot availability (which we found for the single night that we stayed). Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and good communication via Booking.com Modern plugs or adequate converters (for Swiss standard of plugs) should be provided by the accommodation to help the customers coming from the U.K. or other European destinations. We were only staying for a night, arrived a bit late, and none of the plugs in the property were usable for charging any phones or devices. At that time of the night (i.e.; after 10:00 to 10:30 pm), you cannot expect the plugs could be bought from anywhere locally. I walked around for good 20 - 30 odd minutes but no luck. Swiss standard of plugs are unique and none of our European converters were plugging in (which we were able to use as comfortably as converters in other European countries that we stayed in, such as Austria or Belgium etc.).

• Vera (5/5): Zum Glück musste ich nur 3 Nächte dort verbringen. - Das Appartement war mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und sauber. Es war auch sehr geräumig und verfügt auch über genügend Stauraum. Der TV hat funktioniert. Das Login hat nicht von Anhieb funktioniert. Ich hatte einen Code für die Checkinbox der nicht funktioniert hat. Nach mehrmaligen Anruf hat endlich Jemand meinen Anruf entgegen genommen. Der Gestank nach abgestandenem Nikotin war richtig übel. Musste eine Spraydose Febreeze versprühen um einigermassen im Appartement verweilen zu können. Das Bett war sehr weich und es hatte auch kein richtiges Dachbett. Im Apartementhaus selber roch es schon nach dem ersten betreten nach Gras und es lungerten üble Gestalten rum. Nicht gerade ansprechbar für eine allein¨reisende Frau.

• Sabine (3/5): Es hat an der grundlegenden Ausstattung gefehlt. Geht gar nicht! - Das Hallenstadion, Messe und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar Es gab sehr viele kaputte Sachen in der Wohnung. Der Straßenlärm und Baulärm waren in der Wohnung extrem laut zu hören. Die Wohnung wurde für 6 Personen gebucht. Es gab allerdings nur 3 Stühle und 4 Teller....
• Michelangelo (8/5): - Tenendo conto del costo della camera, mi sono trovato molto bene per la pulizia, per le dimensioni della cucina, della camera, cioè del mini alloggio. Ho pagato molto di più un analogo alloggio sempre a Zurigo che era peggiore (per non dire molto peggiore) di questo. Ho avuto problemi con il self checkin. Nel senso che non mi aspettavo (non prenoto molto con booking) di dover compilare un modulo per avere il codice da introdurre. Quindi quando mi è arrivata una email con l'oggetto "codice .... " l'ho interpretato come quello per il self checkin senza leggere la email. Putroppo non c'entrava nulla. Ho telefonato al numero sulla porta e alla fine mi hanno fornito il codice. Ragazzi che occupavano alcune stanze un pò troppo rumorosi e casinisti. Per i resto tutto OK.

• Davide (4/5): Soluzione adatta unicamente a spendere meno - Prezzo più basso della media Appartamento sporco, inquilini vicini al quanto discutibili. Abbiamo preso accordi per il parcheggio volendo lasciarla la domenica anche qualche ora dopo il checkout, pagando per le 24h come da accordi. Sul posto scopriamo dopo aver già pagato che il garage partiva dalle 14 del check-in fino alle 11 del checkout e non per le 24h come comunicatici via mail. Al telefono la persona a cui richiesto spiegazioni addossava la colpa a qualche collega non identificata senza ammettere soluzioni. Zona pessima con persone poco raccomandabili che si aggirano nelle scale del palazzo. Meno male ci ho fatto una sola notte perché avevo paura per i miei figli... L'appartamento spazioso ma sporco (microonde inutilizzabile dalla quantità di sporco), con tapparelle e finestre rotte...Consiglio alla proprietà: assumete personale di pulizia qualificato, sistemate gli infissi e per la zona capisco non si possa fare molto!!!

Boah ey alles halbwegs kapput immer wieder neue überraschungen. Kommt bitte nur zum übernachten hierher. Alles andere lol wollt ihr gar ned mal wissen. Es ist einfach ne Wohnung die nicht gewartet wird oder nur halbherzig. Es sollte nur zur übernachtung dienen. Gefühlt wen man das hotel anruft spricht man mit ne KI die auflegt wen man lauter wird. :D geil ne?

On arrival, groups of young men smoking marijuana were gathered out the front & also on the bottom story in the courtyard. Our window at the front of the unit had been broken inwards & was unsecured.

• Matt (2/5): Dreckige Absteige mit dekorativer Küche. - Die Lage war sehr nah zu einem guten Café und nahe an einem Bahnhof Die Küche ist nutzlos. Die Mikrowelle war angebrannt (man konnte sie nicht verwenden). Es war sonst nur eine zerkratzte Pfanne und einen Topf ohne Öl um die Pfanne zu nutzen. Die Spülmaschine war nicht einmal befestigt. Dreckige Teller und Gläser. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich sauber, jedoch war der Abfluss verstopft. Im Wohnzimmer wo das Bett war waren die Wände voller Dreckflecken und um auf Balkon zu kommen war eine verrottete Tür. Die Stühle und Couch war Kaputt. Brandschutz gab es überhaupt keinen. Kein Feueralarm, kein Feuerlöscher, nichts.

• Amanda (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen. - Nah am Bahnhof Oerlikon Das gesamte Appartement roch stark nach Rauch, sodass am darauffolgenden Tag auch meine Kleider, Jacke und Tasche noch intensiv danach rochen. Das war sehr unangenehm und kein Ort, an dem ich mich länger aufhalten möchte. Zudem handelt es sich hierbei um Wohnungen, die von der Zürcher Bevölkerung dringend benötigt werden.

• Hendrik (3/5): Zu teuer und nicht wie hier beworben, aber für eine Nacht geht's... - Der Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage mit Nähe zum Bahnhof und dem Hallenstadion ist gut - und Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung reichlich. Die Fotos hier auf Booking entsprechen leider nicht der Wahrheit. Unser Apartment im obersten Stockwerk war grundsätzlich sauber, aber ziemlich billig eingerichtet. Es dürfte trotzdem eines der besseren im Haus sein. Im Doppelbett gibt es nur eine sehr dünne Decke und zwei extrem dünne Kissen. Außer drei Plastikstühlen ist auf dem Balkon nichts, auch kein Aschenbecher - das sieht man am Dachvorsprung daneben. Zur Küche können wir nichts sagen, die haben wir nicht benutzt. Aus dem Waschbecken im Bad kamen beim Spülen Haare und Fingernägel... und der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war leider mit einer Imbiss-Ausstattung vollgestellt. Preis/Leistung passen nicht zusammen.
