Bed was broken,hair on sheets and marks - I liked the fact that it is totally affordable for short times such as one night and near the theaters/Halle We were kinda disgusted by the lack of hygiene. The bed sheets were probably NOT changed as we found some hair. We noticed that the bed was broken as we sat down- . Not to mention the marks of hands and face on the window. It shows people had s*x there and the room was not cleaned.

• Ilyas (2/5): Ein reiner Scam. Günstig, aber alle Bilder sind Fake und der Geruch ist unmenschlich. - Die Lage des Wohnkomplexes ist dehr zentral und einfach zu erreichen. Das war auch alles gute an der Unterkunft. Es ist ein reiner Scam. Nichts auf den Bildern stimmt mit der Realität überein. Es stinkt im ganzen Haus und der Wohnung nach Zigaretten, abgestandene Luft und ist extrem(!!!) unhygienisch. Der Boden ist komplett kaputt, es liegt überall Staub und Haare und die Fotos online sind eine reine Verarsche. Ich war 10 Minuten dort und habe das Apartment sofort verlassen. Die Unterkunft selber ich uneinsichtig, verweist dich auf ein Beschwerdeformular und sagte mir sogar, dass ich nicht einfach gehen konnte.

• Susanne Bah (5/5): - Wir haben im 12. Stock ein Apartment gemietet. Fahrstuhl war kaputt. Keiner hierfür interessierte sich dafür. Fernseher im Zimmer ging nicht. Offene Steckdosen und keine Funktionierte richtig. Sagen wir mal so. Sauberkeit naja. Das Zimmer ist für eine Nacht OK. Wir waren nur dort weil es in der Nähe vom Hallenstadion ist.

• Thang (6/5): Stay here if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. - The location was walking distance 5-10 Mins to restaurants and shops. The tv doesn’t work, contacted the property manager and they were no help. There were stains everywhere.

Ausstattung defekt. Steckdosen kaputt oder hängen halb aus der Wand. Keine Steckdosen für runde Stecker. Im Bad gar keine Steckdosen. Böden defekt das man nicht ohne Schuhe laufen kann. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt für solch ein miserables Zimmer.

Abbiamo passato una notte infernale convinte che gli uomini fuori dalla nostra stanza (che urlavano, sbattevano cose e fumavano) potessero entrare dalla porta che è facilmente scassabile. Un incubo. La struttura è sporca e puzza incredibilmente. È inquietante. Di solito non faccio recensioni ma in questo caso ci tengo a farla per una questione di sicurezza. “Hotel” dell’orrore.

Steckdose im Badezimmer nicht abgedeckt. Ganze Wohnung sehr kalt, wurde nie wärmer. Gestank im Gebäude. Fernseher konnte nicht gebraucht werden, da keine Fernbedienung.

• Miroslav (3/5): Never again! - Nothing. Broken floor, dust everywhere, a terrible smell and dirt in the hallways, and an out-of-order elevator (my room was on the 7th floor). The area around the hotel was also a mess. Never again.
• Esther (7/5): Ubicación 10 - Apartamento normal - La ubicación es excepcional. Las almohadas eran muy finas e incómodas, al igual que el colchón de la cama, muy fino. Además, la cama contaba con 2 nórdicos pequeños en lugar de uno grande que cubriese la cama para 2 personas. Las vías del tren se encuentran frente a la ventana, por lo que no dejan de pasar trenes a todas horas y es muy ruidoso. La TV no es smart y no pude configurar ninguna de mis plataformas para ver pelis o series.

O prédio tem frequência estranha, o elevador cheirava a maconha e a noite os arredores não me pareceram amistosos . Talvez o preço justifique a falta de manutenção mas as fotos do site não refletem a realidade atual .

• Rene (4/5): Eher Fragwürdig auch für diesen Preis - Die Lage war super und man hat Handtücher bekommen was immer ein Vorteil ist das bett war gemütlich Der check in war leider erst sehr spät die Türen musste man abschließen da sonst jeder rein konnte man hat noch haare der vorherigen Gäste im Bett gefunden das küchenzubehör sah aus wie als hätte das mal wer vergessen 5 teller ein paar löffel eine einzelne Pfanne um den Wasserkocher zu verwenden musste man den Kühlschrank ziehen und es war nur auf einer Seite des betts eine Steckdose also alles in allen würde ich nicht nochmal machen außer für die Lage

Moreover, after you do not have the slightest reason, I wake you from sleep, I politely open the door, ask me to present them with an identity card and tell them that I immediately go to get my wallet and do not take 2 steps that they are already in the room and start opening the closet, the drawers, the luggage and ask me if I am sure I am alone in the room. As if they hadn't opened everything yet, they had the impression that someone was hiding in the drawers. It is not at all pleasant, without doing anything to come across you in the morning, searching and asking silly questions and without any logic. Everything else went well. However, those responsible for the building should not give their consent to enter people for no reason. However, not everyone is doing illegal things in Switzerland, and yet we pay them for that room where I have expectations of peace and quiet. Not about searches out of nowhere. I know that the police are out on the street or when an illegality is reported to that address by that person, in that case there is nothing to say. But not that they received the data of a tourist who rented a hotel night and they do not like how his name sounds and come over him.

• Eduard (10/5): - I was somehow skeptical at first approach but once inside the premise and after a short period of time, I actually started feeling better than the initial 3 properties I was staying at during previous month. Great views over the city and green all around, quiet place, and kind neighbors. At first I vibed a bit less with the entrance area, some smells of combined food due to the amenities around, however two ladies from the staff passed by coming out of the building, whilst me proceeding to the self check-in zone, had some wonders....them seeing me slightly confused immediately jumped to help out, after which I ended the communication with, as they rushed into work of course. I then didn't know the room number so I called the back office. Very efficient and welcoming soothing voice I must say. I felt silly yet i am blonde, as the room number was written on the key! We had some laugh! I obviosly checked..not the right side...and so it started indeed one right foot.

Früher gab es Shampoo, jetzt wäscht man sich nur mit Wasser. Ich konnte nicht auf den Balkon gehen, er war verwüstet. Die Aluminiumvorhänge waren immer noch kaputt, in dem Zimmer funktionierte nichts, und ihr verlangt weniger für ein Zimmer, das einfach nur ruiniert ist.

• MYRIAM (5/5): Buena - No hicimos desayuno ni lo hubo. La ubicación estuvo. Falta jabón en baño y en la cocina. La cama muy baja pero cómoda . Los closet muy bien. El balcón muy sucio no entramos no pudimos subir la persiana. La cama más alta. Jabón para la ducha el lavamanos y la cocina. Un poco de shampoo.
• Bea (2/5): - Auf den Bildern hat es schöner ausgesehen. Und, es hat nach Rauch gerochen. Im Zimmer hatte es Brandflecken und "Küche" ist übertrieben. Die beiden Stühle, die es im Zimmer hatte, waren derart kaputt, dass man nicht draufsitzen konnte (sie krachten zusammen). Uns war nicht wohl. Deshalb haben wir schlussendlich nicht dort übernachtet und uns etwas anderes gesucht.

Nema parkinga,ulaz prljav i jako smrdi.U trenutku kad smo mi ulazili unutra usao je i čovek bos koji je seo na stepeniste ispred nas i počeo da obuva čarape i blokirao na je put do lifta.Lift prljav,slike samo aprtmana nemaju veze sa stvarnom slikom,photoshop je uradio svoje.Hotel se nalazi pored same pruge a voz prolazi non stop,terasa je spojena sa drugim apartmanom pa svako moze da udje u vas apartman kad god hoce.Kupatilo je prica za sebe,voda u vodokotlicu curi non stop,wc šolja je bila prljava kad smo došli,slivnik nema mrežicu pa ako ti nešto upadne u lavabo ode pravo u kanalizaciju.Ogledalo polomljeno,krevet tvrd i nedudoban.Izvinjavam se ako sam zaboravio i preskočio neku stavku ali jako loše sve.

• Nievergelt Werner E. (5/5): - Very well located and close to the train-station Oerlikon. The Apartment itself was clean. The check-in was complicate and I had to repeat my registration. There was also some confusion with the booking. The Entry-area of the house was not very clean and bad smell. Also the corridor on my floor had very bad smoking-smell. The Apartment should also have a minimal cleaning product and sponge. The Lift didn't work properly: on the 8th floor the call-button didn't work.

• Gabriela (5/5): - Honesty the location was great. But The room have a couple of things to improve. Firstly the curtains didn't work properly and The bathroom curtain was hung incorrectly. The fridge couldn't close completely. I didn't take picture and is a shame but during my fly I thought it was unfair for that price and received a very poor service. You can improve this a little and this room could be a nice place to stay long time to visit Zürich. Like 4 or 5 days..we was only 2 days.

Il y avait de l’eau et des cheveux quand nous sommes arrivés dans le lavabo ainsi que dans la douche. Les serviettes n’étais pas rangés et étaient humides. La porte était ouverte. Quelqu’un est rentré dans la chambre pendant notre absence, on ne sait pas qui c’était mais en tout cas cette personne n’était pas là pour faire le ménage… Heureusement rien n’a été volé.

• Camila (1/5): Disappointing and a complete mistake. - Nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. I don’t usually review hotels but every step of our stay here was uncomfortable and disappointing. To begin, our room was on the 10th floor and the elevator was broken. It seems to have been broken for a while. We were not notified ahead of time and it was an exhausting climb. The room itself was semi-clean. Although the sheets were clean, there was dust on the floor, crumbs on the couch, old food crusted on the silverware, and cigarette butts on the balcony. The room has no AC. The only way to cool it down was to open the windows. I usually wouldn’t mind this but there is a horrible train line and switch outside the window. Every hour to 30 minutes, a train would pass by and make an ear-piercing screeching noise, waking us up over and over again in the night. I used to live by a train and this still woke me up. We contacted them after the first night about the issues but never heard back. The 2nd night of our 3 night stay, we decided we couldn’t take it any longer and booked another hotel. We emailed the hotel management again about the situation and requested a refund for the final day, since we wouldn’t be there. We still haven’t received a response. If you have any other options, consider staying somewhere else.

• Iris (5/5): - Nahe am Bahnhof gelegen Ideal wer froh zum Flughafen muss Der Lift war defekt! Ein No go wenn man ein Zimmer im 11. Stock und Koffer dabei hat. Das Bett war aus Kunstleder und das Kopfteil sehr abgenutzt was einen schmuddeligen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Ansonsten war es sauber und genug für eine kurze Nacht
