MANDY (6/5): - The guest room suited its purpose for our short stay, small rooms. The bathroom needs repairs, toilet didn’t refill and the tub had a slash in the bottom. But the room was clean and quick walk to Sasktel Centre.

Carol (6/5): Location location location. - All about location. Can walk 5 minutes to Sasktel arena for events. Don’t stay in lower level rooms. You won’t ever open curtains. Cars are parked facing the window.

Wayne (10/5): - The hotel is within easy walking distance of SaskTel Centre, making it very convenient for events like the one we attended. Also, I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. We had an AC issue in our room, so we were moved to a larger room with a full kitchenette. It was a wonderful upgrade, and much appreciated.

Laura (4/5): - The staff tried to overcharge us for the room. It was to be $225 for Saturday night but they said it would be $450 because of the concert. I had my Travelocity info on my phone and showed it to them. They had to honor it. The beds were horrible and so was the breakfast. The only thing we like was the location because it was right by our concert venue.
Guest (2/5): Disappointed - Room assignment was NOT as in the picture shown . Room was very small. Picture showed large fridge, kitchen sink, cooking equipment but.. this room apparently was already booked by someone else. I booked that room because our diet restrictions require home cooked meals- husbands medical diet means we cannot eat in a restaurant. I travelled with raw food etc but the kitchen facilities was NOT as advertised. The small room was cramped. The bathroom was excellent, room was clean, staff polite, mattress was comfortable. You should not ensure that photos used in advertising are accurate as to the rooms provided.

Brian (8/5): - The Tim Hortons in the parking lot was super helpful since there was no coffee in the room amd no kitchen inhouse. Staff was very kind and pleasant. Room was clean enough but small & cramped, bed was stiff, and shower was not really useable. (If nothing else i always clean the shower but the awkward shape, cracks in tub, build up on head, and no wand made that a no go). Its a fabulous hotel for one night passing through. The staff was great. Also brace yourself in elevator as it jerks at the start and finish.

Tracey (4/5): - The carpets in the room were disgusting need to be cleaned more often there was a water spill on the floor a pillow fell off the bed and it was completely saturated and brown looked like a coffee stain but it was from the wet carpet it stunk and was moldy as well. Also there were spiders in the room needed to be fumigated in there Please acknowledge and a solution we paid 274 a night which was pricey and for a gross dirty room to boot

Clifton (2/5): Don’t stay here - The people took our payment from Expedia and we arrived at 3:45am expecting to have a room waiting for us and did not give us a room. They said you have to check in Friday and that it is not Saturday and you cannot check in. Then I went to comfort suites across the street and they had no problem giving me a room at 4am and I stayed there another 2 days with excellent customer service. So ditch this place and stay across the street.

We went to see easy walking distance, even after dancing all night another bonus was that there is a Tim Hortons close by as well as gas stations and a husky restaurant. The only problem we had was that the drain stopper in the tub didn’t work that well, but that’s a minor compared to the other value from the hotel

Chelsea (3/5): Disappointing - Location was nice Guests were able to come and go at all hours. We were constantly woken up from the other guests. They would scream and yell. There were also children running up and down the halls most of the night. I would recommend making the third floor adults only with a curfew or quiet time in place. The bed was also dirty. We slept on top of the bedding due to the stains on the sheets. We won’t be back. I did advise the front desk but they unfortunately were no help.
