A személyzet vendégszeretete kifogásolható.Pl:a tulajdonosok nagyon nehezen akartak visszaköszönni.Külön kifizettették a villany fogyasztás árát,mert 31 napot voltunk.Aki 28 napot tartózkodott ott annak minden benne volt a szoba árában,villany,napi takarítás,víz stb…Nekünk 31 napra ez külön fizetős volt ,pedig én sem fizettem kevesebbet másoknál.Este 10 órakkor a tulajdonos gyereke még kint ordibált és rohangált a folyosón.Egyáltalán nem voltak figyelemmel arra ha valaki este már pihenni akart.Reggel 6-kor pedig a személyzet hangoskodására kelt az ember.

Am ersten Tag war die Dusche nach einmaligem Benutzen verstopft, kurz danach auch das Klo. Die angebliche Reparatur hielt nicht einmal bis zum nächsten Morgen – wieder alles dicht, wieder derselbe widerliche Gestank nach Kloake, Fäkalien und Urin im ganzen Zimmer. Statt uns ein wirklich funktionierendes Zimmer zu geben, wollte man uns später ernsthaft wieder in genau das erste Zimmer zurückschicken, das angeblich „repariert“ sei. Im zweiten Zimmer ging es genauso schlimm weiter: Der gleiche Abflussgeruch, überall Schmutz, nicht gereinigte Ecken und verschmutzte Abläufe. Das Bad war sichtbar dreckig, als hätte seit Wochen niemand sauber gemacht. Auf der Kommode lag ein benutztes Snooze, einfach liegengelassen. In einer Ecke fanden wir eine Plastiktüte mit Amitriptylin, einem verschreibungspflichtigen Antidepressivum – ein völlig inakzeptabler Fund in einem Gästezimmer. Dann der nächste Schock: Eine Kakerlake, die an der Wand entlanglief. Das spricht für sich. Als wir die Rezeption darauf ansprachen, war dieser Zustand bereits bekannt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass „andere Gäste damit keine Probleme“ hätten – eine Aussage, die angesichts dieser hygienischen Katastrophe einfach nur absurd ist. Schaut die Fotos an – sie sprechen für sich. Dieses Hotel ist in seinem aktuellen Zustand absolut nicht bewohnbar, unhygienisch, respektlos und potenziell gesundheitsgefährdend. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder.

• Alvin (9/5): A nice and quiet residential place to stay, and still close enough to the Rawai Beach. - We initially booked into a Delux but it was too cramp for us to stay for 5 days. So we upgraded to the Penthouse that was really spacious, with separate big sized toilet and shower rooms. It has a balcony with good view. It also has kitchen facilities. The aircon controller didn't work. It's funny that the hotel offered free sachets of coffee and tea bags to the Delux rooms but not the Penthouse. When we asked, the staff replied that it was because the Penthouse has a kitchen. We failed to see the rationale of that explanation.

• Ravi (8/5): Very good - Daungjai Residency Rawai is a wonderful place, located in a pleasant residential area. While the Google Maps Street View might not fully capture its charm, this residency offers a relaxing and soothing environment, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The staff are very nice, friendly, and cooperative, and there's a lovely pool to enjoy. For those looking for vibrant nightlife, this may not be the ideal spot, but if you appreciate a peaceful retreat, it's a great choice. Rawai Beach is within walking distance, and you can easily access a shore area across the East Coast Highway to witness beautiful sunrises. Plus, the internet connection is quite decent, with WiFi speeds around 10.5 Mbps for both uploads and downloads, making it easy to stay connected. They also have a small in-house bar/kitchen where you can enjoy refreshing beverages and breakfast. The friendly staff are very accommodating, allowing outside food and encouraging food deliveries via various apps, unlike some hotels that have restrictions. They truly want you to feel free and comfortable with your food preferences. Nothing much really.

• Roman (5/5): Too expensive for what it is - Good location. The electric bill for one month stay at studio flat came to 6000 baht. This is not the actual price charged by electric company. The quality is of a two star hotel. No microwave or easing machine. The penthouse flat is just a studio flat on-top level. I haven seen any one use the jacuzzi on the roof. This is very odd amenity.

Extra marks given for be 2 beautiful cats who are very much in charge of the place. The double rooms could do with a bit of maintenance and a refit but good value for money considering the price

• Siok (8/5): Clean and affordable - Clean, affordable and close to Sinbi Muay Thai and there are couple of nearby decent eateries. Staff in general were friendly and helpful. Sound proofing was bad as I got woken up every night couple of times when other residents started closing/slamming doors. Could hear very loud flip flop hitting the floor as they walked or run door the stairs. Even the reception bell would sound really loud in the middle of night. A little dusty outside as next door and some nearby doing construction so clothes washed and hung outside at times could be seen with whitish dust specks. These unfortunately are external factors beyond the hotel management's control. Was there in July this year with a friend but we stayed at a bigger unit on level 2 and didn't had any of these issues which was why I returned to stay at the hotel.

• Tal (2/5): - I checked in late, the toilet were derit to the fact that i had to clean other people's tissue papers. the girl at the front desk saw it, she was not willing to clean it saying "tomorrow morning" with not the best english and said that there were no other room, the hot water also didnt work. the next morning I discused with the manager who "allowed me to leave with chraging me" as there were no other rooms, but instade of apologise he just said that it was wierd.. anyhow, I later found out that he charged me for the one night even tho the toilet was derity, saying that it was we discussed which is not. not cool, not cool at all. Went to stay at the near by Z & Z resort , nice rooms, clean and friendly staff, highly recommend.

Especially Peach the main receptionist, and all the cleaning ladies were very friendly and mindful of our sleeping patterns as not to disturb us at all when we had a late night. Honestly nothing to dislike, easily the best hotel I have stayed with in Phuket.

TV was faulty but the receptionist arranged for it to be replaced after 2 days. Great customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rawai!

Close to Sinbi Muay Thai, in walking distance that’s the main reason I picked this place. Very poor sound proofing, can hear everything someone says when they are talking in the hallway, and can also hear construction which is taking place behind the apartment and they work till very late some days around 8pm ( I put a picture ) which is frustrating if you like to nap in the day and also sleep early at night.
