- Jiřina (10/5): - Resort je na strategickém místě blízko německých skalních měst. Je stvořen pro rodiny s dětmi, je to velký areál se zvířátky, a hřišti. Ubytovat se můžete jak v hlavní budově tak v chalupách. Kuchyně výtečná, snídaně pestré, mají restauraci, takže můžete zkusit i večeře, jejich pivo bylo výborné a mají i vlastní pizzerii. nic se nenašlo

- Sebastian (2/5): - Das Frühstück war gut. Allerdings sollte man nicht zu spät kommen. Es wird einmal aufgelegt und dann muss man eben zeitig da sein. Das Zimmer konnte man nicht abdunkeln, es war super hell. Das warme Wasser aus der Dusche kam nur in Tropfen raus. Früh um 6 wurde man vom Personal geweckt, da im Restaurant darüber Stühle hin und her geschoben und geworfen wurden. Frühstück wurde ab einem gewissen Punkt nicht nachgeleg und man konnte nicht alles essen. Wenn du gerne frühstücken möchtest, gerne dunkel schläfst, gerne ruhig schläfst und warm duschte, dann kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Radosław (10/5): - Bardzo ciekawe miejsce. Bardzo ładnie położone. Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci i dla dorosłych. Cisza w okolicy. Ładne pokoje. Czysto zarówno w pokoju, jak i łazience. Wszystko zgodne z opisem. Pokój znajduje się około 1km od budynku głównego hotelu. Zdecydowanie polecam.
- Johnny_Docent (8/5): - Vynikající snídaně, velmi ochotný, přátelský a profesionální přístup zaměstnanců jak na recepci, tak i v restauraci. Vynikající lokalita. Čistota. Na matracích se spalo velmi dobře. Plusovými body je okolní příroda a blízkost Lužických hor. Navíc minizoo, bowling, golf, velmi dobrá kapacita parkovacích míst. Podkrovnímu pokoji na Depandanci Pražačka chyběla šatní skříň na oblečení. Pokud z nějakého důvodu musí být ručník pod nohy umístěný uvnitř sprchového koutu a je mokrý, je třeba mít připravený náhradní ručník suchý pod nohy v blízkosti sprchového koutu. Alkoholické i nealkoholické nápoje mají být umístěné v pokojovém minibaru ( pokojové ledničce) vyjímaje čaje či kávy. Pokud je láhev vína mimo bar jednoznačně viditelná při příjezdu hosta na očích, bývá to bráno jako dárek na uvítanou. Pokud to tak hotel nemá nastavené, tak doporučuji pořídit větší minibary (miniledničky), nebo jasně informovat hosty o tom, že vše je placené. Náběh na teplou vodu ve sprše byl výrazně pomalejší než je obvyklé. Nejsou to zásadní problémy, ale je třeba o tom informovat, aby se k vám zákaznici rádi vraceli.

- Peggy (7/5): Kein 4 Sterne Hotel - Unsere Zimmer waren lange nicht belegt. Es kam erstmal nur braunes Wasser für 1,5 Std. Überall Spinnweben und Spinnen. Löcher in den Bettlaken. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Beim Frühstück wurden die ersten 2 Tage das Buffet nicht noch einmal aufgefüllt. 09:15 Uhr gab es keine Semmeln oder Brot mehr. Für einen Kaffee musste man 20 min warten, da der Kaffeeautomat defekt war.
- AlexMacLeod (8/5): Schönes Hotel zum Entspannen. - Das Resort liegt in der Natur und dadurch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Über die Tage war eine bessere Belegung des Resorts erreicht; da wurden verschiedene Eiervarianten per Live-Cooking im Buffet-Bereich zubereitet. Das (Abend)Essen im war immer lecker. Auf der Karte gibt es eine schöne Auswahl. WIFI ist kostenlos verfügbar. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: ;) In der Wintersaison ist leider nur ein Restaurant geöffnet, anstatt aller drei. Die Betten sind hart. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig.

- Klára (7/5): Skvělé místo, až na pár drobností. - Úžasný wellness (sauny+venkovní vířivka).. paráda! Krásné místo, milý personál. V restauraci výborně vaří. Snídaně pestrá. Bohužel na pokoji byla zima. Bylo by dobré před příjezdem hostů, zapnout v pokoji topení. Přes okna táhlo, takže jsme tam teplo moc neměli. Ve 22h nám netekla teplá voda a proud byl absolutně minimální. Tudíž jsme se ani nemohli vysprchovat. Na pokoji 13 extrémní hluk. Nejdříve z bowlingu, který je hned pod ním a následně z radiatorů, mláceni čeho si. Takže celou noc nás to bohužel budilo.

- Aneta (8/5): - Nádherné místo, výhledy na kopce, vyžití pro děti, velmi milý a usměvavý personál. Na snídani nechybělo absolutně nic, salámy, šunky i sýry, vajíčka na 3 různé způsoby, slanina, parky, lívance, krupicová kaše, bublanina, různé druhy světlého i tmavého pečiva, cereálie, mléko, káva, čaj, džusy, spoustu ovoce a zeleniny. Vybrali jsme si pokoj ve vedlejší budově, spousta místa k parkování, pokoj byl vyhřátý a tekla i krásně horká voda. Povlečení bylo čisté a ručníky taktéž. Určitě bychom se chtěli někdy vrátit i třeba na víc dní. Chyběly nám žaluzie, okna sice měly závěsy, ale i tak bylo vidět z parkoviště do pokoje. Ve futrech do koupelny bylo několik pavučin a v koupelně za dveřmi na pavučinach viselo i několik pavouků. Postele měli každá jinou matraci, jedna byla tvrdá jak pryčna a druhá zas extrémně měkká, pružinová, při sebemenším pohybu se celá houpala do všech stran a nedalo se ležet na kraji, to člověk přepadaval dolů. Absenci skříně na uložení věcí simulovala prosklená vitrina. A byla jen jedna židle pro dva lidi. Ale nebylo to nic, co by se nedalo nějak zvládnout.

Das Zimmer, die Anlage sind sauber. Das Essen schmeckt lecker und das Personal ist freundlich. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. -

- Martina (8/5): - Die Lage de er Hütten ist wundervoll. Die Betten sind angenehm. Die Ausstattung der Minibar ist sehr gut. Die Marke der vorhandenen Seifen (Haarwäsche, Durchreise, Handseife) ist hervorragend. Die Frau an der Rezeption war nicht freundlich. Die Straße (Schotterweg), welche zu den Hütten führt ist in einem so schlechten Zustand, dass wir um unser Auto fürchteten. Es fehlt ein Toaster oder Miniofen. Gerne hätte ich auch eine Pflegecreme im Bad gehabt. Es hat ein wirklich gutes scharfes Messer gefehlt
- emmy (7/5): - De prachtige omgeving in zijnbherfst kleuren. Kwamen laat na de race aan en er was geen warm water en de hoeveelheid straal was ook niet veel. De dag nadien is de housekeeping ook niet op kamer geweest voor propere handdoeken. Personeel in restaurant is vriendelijk. Ontbijt pover.

- Juliane (9/5): - Die Unterkunft war sauber, schick und modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage selbst war sehr großzügig, mit Spielplatz für die Kinder, kleinem Zoo, Trampolins und ganz viel Grünfläche. Ideal für Golfer, da die Golfplätze direkt vor der Tür liegen. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Leider war in der Zimmerbeschreibung nicht genau die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten raus zu lesen, so dass wir zu viert in quasi einen Raum geschlafen haben, da es kein abgetrenntes Schlaf-/ oder Wohnzimmer gab.

- Anna (3/5): - Na Malevilu jsme strávili dvě noci. Na fotografii vlevo je zachycena snídaně z prvního dne, vpravo pak z druhého. První den bylo na hotelu jen pár hostů, zatímco druhý den dorazila velká skupina na teambuilding. Ačkoli nám bylo slíbeno, že nám na požádání připraví vejce, celkový dojem ze švédského stolu první den byl opravdu slabý. Chápu, že při malém počtu hostů není ekonomicky výhodné chystat širokou nabídku, ale i tak by bylo možné snídani lépe naservírovat, vizuálně i celkovou úpravou. Současná prezentace působila velmi neprofesionálně a spíše smutně. Obzvlášť pokud vezmeme v úvahu, že hotel rozhodně nepatří mezi levné. Za tuto cenu bych očekávala úplně jinou úroveň služeb. Co nás také zklamalo, bylo rozdělení pokojů. Vzhledem k tomu, že hotel byl téměř prázdný, nebylo nutné ubytovat všechny hosty na jednom patře. Skupina lidí na teambuildingu se samozřejmě chovala hlučně, což je do jisté míry pochopitelné, ale nemělo by to negativně ovlivnit ostatní hosty, kteří přijeli za klidem a odpočinkem. Na Malevil jsem jezdila už jako malá a mám na něj hezké vzpomínky, proto mě současná zkušenost velmi mrzí.

- Monika (4/5): Zklamani. Znovu se vracet nebudeme. - Personal v restauraci byl velmi mily. V horku jsem byla rada za osvezujici bazen a celkove prostredi bylo prijemne. Bowling jsme si moc uzili! Prijedeme v 15h ( hodinu po moznem checkinu) na Prazacku, kde zjistime, ze pokoj stale neni pripraven a minimalne jeste hodinu nebude.Jedeme zpet resit situaci na recepci, kde slecna recepcni a jeji proklientsky pristup byl na bode 0. Sama jsem musela navrhnout kompenzaci pro nas za velmi neprijemnou situaci (horko, bez sprchy, bez moznosti se prevleknout). Recepcni nas dovedla za panem provoznim, ktery byl velmi napomocen a diky jeho pristupu se situace zmirnila. Nejhorsi mojito ever - matova voda s par kousky ledu. Pomer ceny a kvality z jidelniho listku absolutne neodpovida, jidlo prumer. Voda ve sprchovem koutu neodtykala. V horku neberte pokoj na Prazacce c. 48 - pokoj v hornim patre bez klimatizace - neda se tam byt. Obsluha v restauraci casto zmatena, nosili spatne objednavky, dlouhe cekani. Snidane v 9h rano nedoplnene - chybela vajicka, livance, ovoce, slanina. Nedoplnene talire.

- Klara (1/5): Ruined vacation - Nothing We were put up in an old house 2 km from the hotel. They said it is also a hotel. We couldn't find it. No one showed us the way. They gave us a map - look for it yourself. We couldn't find it because we couldn't imagine that it was just an old house in the village. It was a two-kilometer walk to breakfast. The door was broken. There was no wardrobe, telephone, or chairs in the room. The Internet didn't work. The water in the shower was cold. The staff doesn't respond to complaints. They just tried to make liars out of us. We left the next morning. They refused to return the money. In general, this is not a hotel, it does not meet the criteria of hotels. At best, a hostel. I do not recommend anyone to go there
- Thomas (7/5): Beautiful location and kind staff but the cottage/rooms had no curtains. - Fantastic location. Beautiful golf and facilities. Very kind staff. The golf is amazing. The zoo is super fun. The horse back riding in the forest is amazing. The tennis courts are well maintained. The restaurants are really good. The bowling is super. Again the staff is really really really kind. None of the rooms had curtains, blinds nor shades. Be prepared to wake up at 5am with the sun and have no privacy. Impossible to bathe the kids as the bathtub stopper did not work. Stove had one of the burners broken. Main bathroom heating was broken. It was 13 degrees celcius and no heating in the bathroom.
- Krejci (7/5): Good - Great location, large facilities. Great food. It is completely surrounded by the golf courts so for us no golfers with a dog this was a bit disadvantage. I would also prefer to know in advance under which conditions facilities like bowling, sauna and stuff can be used.
