All the staff were really attentive and caring about us. - It was a very good place to be, specially at the center of the city. The rooms were always impeccable if not perfect. All the accommodations were comfortable and the views you had were mostly breathtaking.

Really didn't like the detail required for the mandated web based checkin. Photo license, all card details +address = recipe for hack. Some noise from the carpark in the early morning. No microwave to support self catering.

Great location in the heart of everything to the front and the ocean to the rear, large car park at the back too. Reception is very welcoming and the staff were extremely help and efficient, looking after our luggage whilst we were on a Whitsunday trip. Would definitely recommend.

Du coup la nuit beaucoup d'agitation, des jeunes qui font la fête et les camions de livraison à partir de 5h. Comme les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées c'est compliqué même avec des boules quies.

- Tae Joon (9/5): Satisfactory - Superb Location, being the central location of Airlie Beach, so everything is within walkable distance. Por of Airlie is around 10 minutes walk. Carpets were kind of old and smelled musty but overall pretty clean room. Coffee Pot could do with residue build-up removal through boiling lemons as tasted very iron-like.

There was a small amount of noise on the village side but, it did not bother me, people enjoying themselves is good. The bus pick up was 5 minutes away, perfect for all the tours and airport transit bus. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation to all.

- John (10/5): definitely recommend for it's location-good value for money - easy to find and right on the main street among cafes shops bars restaurants but no noise in the room from the street at all. car park at the rear pay per hour or 24hr rate very reasonable. Reception staff very friendly -rooms small but OK for short stay well equipped and very clean. Would recommend . if you were staying a week the room we were in facing the street was very small for 2 adults but bigger rooms might be available than the one we chose.

Also close to all the main bars and restaurants. The lagoon was closed when we were there and we weren’t informed of this in advance.

- emily (7/5): - The photos online were very different to the room we received. The room was an awful lot smaller than it appeared online. We were also overlooking a car park which wasn’t shown in the photos. Our bed sheets had mould on them and when addressed with the front desk lady she didn’t offer an apology it was simply “I’ll get the girls to change them”. When the cleaner came in to change them she said “sometimes that happens from the clothesline but we have to use these before we can use the next batch”.

- Clemantine (4/5): Fine - The beds were comfortable, the location was great & the staff were helpful and accomodating Images on booking.com of room were far from reality. The bathroom didnt have a proper wall between the bedroom, so everything can be heard. A false fire alarm went off ealry every morning, it was blaringly loud and went for several minutes. The door locked us out of the room , and the door also locked us in our room and we needed to call to be let out.
