• Matthieu (10/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, à proximité de la Sagrada Familia et d’une station de métro. - Autonomie pour y rentrer, propreté Pas de bruit au niveau de la rue en revanche pas bien isolé des autres appartements. Les gens pendant notre séjour ont été calmes et respectueux mais bruyant si des personnes ne font pas attention

• cristina (9/5): Cercano a la Sagrada Familia - La localización está genial, a 10 minutos andando de la Sagrada Familia y al lado de una parada de metro. El personal es muy amable. El apartamento es cómodo, la cocina está bien equipada y te dejan detalles que se agradecen como detergente, algunas cápsulas de café, de lavavajillas, etc. La temperatura es la que quieras porque hay termostato. Con la fianza no hubo ningún problema. No sé si advertían que el ascensor deja en una entreplanta para algunas habitaciones y hay o que bajar o subir unas 10 escaleras. No hay donde guardar la ropa en la habitación de 2 camas, hay 2 barras pero sin perchas ni cajones ni baldas.

• Ionel (9/5): - Foarte aproape de metrou, apartamentul curat, drăguț, ne-a plăcut. Bucătăria utilată, cafea si ceai. Lipsa gelului de duș, șampon. Bucătăria utilată, dar mai mult de decor. În apartamente de regulă mai găsești un pic de sare, piper, ulei. Aici nu era nimic în cazul în care voiai să îți pregătești un mic dejun.

Blisko sklepy, restauracje, piekarnie. kawiarnie. Blisko genialny sklep dla osób na diecie bezglutenowej. Mieszkanie wyposażone w sprzęt AGD:płyta elektryczna ,piekarnik-mikrofalowka, zmywarka, duża lodówka, pralka, naczynia. Były dla wszystkich ręczniki, suszarka do włosów , żelazko. Klimatyzacja z opcją grzania; nasz pobyt był w styczniu, nie mieliśmy problemów z temperaturą czy wilgocią w miezkaniu. Spokojna okolica, bardzo dobrze skomunikowana. Fajny taras na dachu dla gości na poranną kawę w słońcu Barcelony. Nie mam zastrzeżeń do apartamentu. Spełniał nasze oczekiwania 4 osobowej rodzinki.

• Louise (9/5): Nice apartment would definite recommend - Lovely quiet location with some cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Only downside was there was a smell coming from the toilet but I’m sure this could be easily fixed and didn’t affect our stay

• Mario (8/5): - El lugar muy cómodo solo que la entrada tenía dificultad en el ascensor, para una persona discapacitada no sería recomendable, pero es muy céntrico de la ciudad y con todos los bancos y restaurantes a la mano, muy bien equipado. Siento que fue falla mía pero el alojamiento tiene una condición de pedir 300 euros al ingreso y los devuelven a los 15 días hábiles, es lo único que no me gustó pero lo aclaro fue una falla por no ver en las condiciones ante de tomarlo.

Está muy deteriorado, las fotos no reflejan la realidad del apartamento. El ascensor es muy pequeño y de difícil acceso, para un carro de bebé no es muy práctico.

• Julie (8/5): - A 5 min de la Sagrada Familia. A 5 min à pied d’un super resto (la Selva). Nous ne nous en sommes pas servis mais la cuisine a l’air très bien équipée. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à la réception le dernier jour pour profiter avant de repartir à l’aéroport. Accueil très chaleureux. Manque de lumière naturelle mais ça c’est du à la configuration de l’appartement. La literie mériterait d’être changée. Mais nous sommes globalement contents. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix. Merci beaucoup.

• Tjaša (7/5): - Udobne in čiste postelje,lepa lokacija,blizina podzemne,varna soseska,cisto dovolj prostorno za štiri člansko družino. Razen postelj ni bilo ravno cisto stanovanje. Potrebno je bilo plačati zavarovanje 300 eur kar ni na vidnem mestu pri rezervaciji.

El piso está del todo bien y comodo, de las camas al baño, cocina, salón. Muy tranquilo, sin mucho ruido, muy bien ubicado (a unos metros del metro y unos 10 minutos andando de la Sagrada Familia) El piso no tiene mucha luz natural, pero no era una sorpresa y estamos en noviembre, así que nada anormal. Más bien le da un toque de tranquilidad para descansar. No hemos faltado de nada.

• Cristina (8/5): Comodo e strategico - Nonostante fosse un appartamento ci sono orari di reception che è molto utile se si hanno domande o richieste (es su uso dei locker per bagagli al checkout). Due camere separate e tutto il necessario (caffè, tè, bollitore ecc) an che è per cucinare volendo. La zona è molto strategica e a 10 m dalla metro. La pulizia non sempre impeccabile (es bagno, camera, qualche angolino sporco e polvere) La zona non è wow ma comunque tranquilla e ben collegata. La cameretta non ha tende o scurino, quindi alle 5 c’è luce e non si riesce a dormire. La camera principale le ha, penso sia una miglioria da fare. Insonorizzazione scarsa, dalla cameretta si sente tutto quello che succede nella scala o nel pianerottolo.

• Giankpetrov (9/5): 2nd time here, because 1st time was awesome - Location, Location, Location... starting from being 2 blocks from the metro station and walking distance from La Sagrada Familia, you can go almot anywhere in Barcelona from here. The neighborhood is quiet and has very local places to have breakfast or dinner. The beds could have been of better quality, as we found them very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. For the rest, I cannot complaint, we always try to stay here every time we visit Barcelona.

• Themistoklis (7/5): Πάσχει σε υποδομές,άριστη τοποθεσία και άριστο προσωπικό - Πολή καλή τοποθεσία,δίπλα στο μετρό,10 λεπτά περπάτημα από τη Sagrada Familia,με πολλά και πολύ καλά Cafe και εστιατόρια τριγύρω.Εύκολο check in και κυρίως άριστη εξυπηρέτηση στο θέμα του check out καθώς φεύγαμε 22.55 από Βαρκελώνη.Κλειδούμενα ντουλάπια που χωρούσαν κάθε μεγέθους αποσκευή στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και κλεισμένο ταξί από τη reception να μας περιμένει ακριβώς την ώρα που θέλαμε να φύγουμε για το αεροδρόμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά παλιό,μερικώς μόνο ανακαινισμένο με έντονη μυρωδιά υγρασίας.Επίσης δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι και θέα παρά μόνο κάτι αρχαία παράθυρα που έβλεπαν στο φωταγωγό.Μηδέν ηχομόνωση φυσικά.Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά καλά καθαρισμένο αλλά όχι καθαρό.Το 2ο υπνοδωμάτιο ειδικά είχε παντού στους τοίχους μια ταπετσαρία με πολλαπλούς λεκέδες.Επίσης,το roller του 2ου υπνοδωματίου,όσο και αν σου έδινε την αίσθηση του βρώμικου,ήταν τελικά καλύτερο απο το παράθυρο που κρυβόταν από πίσω.Ίσως κάποιο άλλο από τα διαμερίσματα να είναι καλύτερο.
• Endri (7/5): Good location but need improvement - Location,facilities. Very noisy. There were two bedrooms and from the bedroom on the elevator side you can hear all building noises starting from 4.00 AM, like doors opening and closing, elevator noises because he was very old. Pretty difficult not to wake up from the sound. One night there were knocking at the door for around 30 minutes, probably the guy forgot keys or something and it was clearly heard in our apartment also. Also if you have to leave Saturday or Sunday evening you better arrange luggage from Friday with reception because they will not respond Saturday in 24/7 number even if we called 9.30-10.30 AM in the morning:(

• Sonja (5/5): Ok, wenn der Geruch nicht da wäre. - Die Nähe zur Metro. Einrichtung und Ausstattung einfach aber völlig in Ordnung. Es begrüßte uns bei jedem Reinkommen ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch (alt und feucht). An den Dichtungen der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel.

• Rosane (6/5): Enfim, não gostei dessa estadia. - Não gostei, na acomodação, tinha aparelhos elétricos da cozinha sem manutenção. Fiquei sem fazer torradas( ela estava em curto), e o cafeteira de cápsula estragou e outra não era compatível. Outra coisa, a anfitriã pede cheque caução ( foi a única nesse período) que pediu cheque caução. Mas, e se o apartamento tive pegado fogo por causa de eletrodomésticos mal conservados? Quem pagaria meu prejuízo? Enfim, não gostei. Custo/ benefício ruim. Localização: perto apenas da Sagrada Família. Sem mais nada perto.

• Elisa (7/5): Ideal location - The location was ideal, right next to the metro. We got woken up multiple times in the night as it was very loud. We really struggled opening the front door, and I got stuck in the bedroom as the inside doors were really stiff.
