• Lavell (8/5): I really enjoyed it. - The breakfast was decent. I had a little trouble getting in and out of the facilities. I’m short so it was hard for me to wave my hands high enough for the sensors to let me out of the pool. The door leading outside by the pool was broken.

• mayrirose (5/5): - The location is very close to evething especially the golf course for the tournament that weekend First the staff who check us in is not very helpful and rude we have to wait almost an hour wait.Then the room were in are no remote for the tv at all .we call front desk for assistance 1 hour wed been waiting noone come to give us the remote

• Hamilton (10/5): My favorite hotel in the area for a very reasonable, comparable price. Best value by far. - Everything was great. I'm learning more about which hotels I like as I stay at different ones every week now -- I will continue staying here from here on out. Phenomenal gym, the staff was polite, the elevators were timely. My only complaint was my milk was spoiled one morning for breakfast even though the carton was still in-date. Can't fault them too much, it happens especially if someone replaced that particular carton in the fridge after not drinking it. I'd consider this point a wash, I'll be staying here from here on out during my time in the area.

It’s like there is a big hole in the center, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to sleep in. I’m sure some kids there playing at Lakepoint had a fun time jumping on this mattress, PLEASE check it out and replace for the next customers who sleep in that room

• Brandon (8/5): Not horrible, but needs to be updated - The room felt very small. The bathroom door was broken at the sliding bottom and had cracks so not really any privacy. The bathtub was TINY, my 12 year old could barely fit in it and he is not a big kid. The pool looked muggy and could use an update for sure. The breakfast was good, but could use more options. The snack store could have been better stocked. The fridge was so tiny it couldn’t even hold a to go box. The staff was great!

• Karen (4/5): Disappointing - Thought the breakfast was not up to standards with a Hampton Inn. The bacon and eggs were cold and all the baked goods were in wrappers like you get in a vending machine. Not a big selection of food. We were looking for the tv remote (which we never did find) but did find a half full bottle of sport drink, straw, and whole lemon under the bed. The room appeared to be clean but under the beds and behind the tv were filthy.
• 349caitlyne (2/5): Bed bugs !! Beware - Do NOT visit this hotel! Our room was infested with bed bugs. They didn’t seem very concerned and were not very shocked either. One was crawling on the bed and then we looked at the trim on the walls and they were all along the side of the walls! They moved us to another room and we found them in the new room as well. We will not be coming back here. And pretty disappointing because they look like a decent place to stay Also the toilet continuously ran and kids running up and down the hall ways all hours of the night and I mean like until 4 am.. they breakfast is also trash. They over charged us as well and if we get charged more after we check out we will dispute because it’s been the worst hotel we’ve stayed at yet

• Verified traveler (6/5): Keep looking… - Pros: - Walking distance to ball fields, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks and pizza place. - Beds were very comfortable. - Good shower pressure and better than average counter space for toiletries. Cons: - Thermostat only allowed for hot or cold air. Temperature did not seem to matter. It was either extremely hot or freezing cold. Never found a comfortable setting. - Breakfast was very disappointing both days. Items offered were either over cooked, over salted, or nonexistent. Coffee was very watered down. The attendants were rarely seen but always had earbuds in and on a call. We did not use the pool or outdoor spaces.

• Leah (10/5): Great for families - Chick-fil-A right next door. - This Hampton Inn is located right next to a Chick-fil-A (which has an open play area for kids), and right across the street from an entertainment area called Lakepoint Station (bowling, climbing, froyo, etc.) The car was safe and there didn’t seem to be a high amount of foot traffic at night. Room overlooked a wakeboard park.

• H7179HGjamesl (2/5): Awful - Will not sleep at this hotel. Not for business travelers with kids allowed to run wild in rooms at all hours of the night. Hotel staff suggestion find another property she said I won’t even work here when ball starts. This is the second night in a row. Called front desk after first night and was told it would be resolved. It’s 1:26 am now so no sleep.
