• Koehl (10/5): Entspannter Aufthalt in guter Lage - Sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet, Zentrale Lage, sehr schöner Pool und außen area, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, insbesondere Hector, waren sehr nett. In der Rezeption gab es Kaffee Und Süßigkeiten Automaten. Leider gab es keinen Bügeleisen und das halb-offene Design der Dusche hat mir nicht so gefallen

• Clara (4/5): - El trato en la recepción Llevo 10 años viniendo a estos apartamentos y jamás he visto lo que viví este fin de semana. Me prohibieron BAÑARME EN LA PISCINA PEQUEÑA CON MI HIJO que apenas está empezando a caminar, no se puede bucear en la piscina grande, está prohibido bajar por el borde (tienes que dar la vuelta y bajar por la escalera), está totalmente prohibido caminar por el borde, en Internet pone que la piscina en CLIMATIZADA y estaba más fría que un témpano. El comedor estuvo cerrado todo el fin de semana cosa que nos sorprendió bastante porque siempre que hemos ido ha estado abierto. En definitiva, se nota que han cambiado de dueño y personal porque Tamaragua ya no es ni la sombra de lo que era. Espero de corazón que mi reseña no la pasen por alto sobretodo las personas que tengas niños porque lo van a pasar muy mal. Muchos huéspedes tuvimos que ir a recepción porque la socorrista que estaba no nos dejó disfrutar en todo el día (en vez de levantarse y llamarte la atención, tocaba el pito constantemente y molestaba sin necesidad). La televisión estaba toda en inglés, se encendía y apaga sola, solo podíamos ver un canal en español. Las camas durísimas y las almohadas porque se te hundía la cabeza al apoyarla. El último día a la salida pedí el libro de reclamaciones y NO ME LO DIERON. En conclusión si lo que buscan es ir a un sitio a desconectar y disfrutar lastimosamente este ya no es el apartamento adecuado. Me hubiera gustado seguir yendo como de costumbre pero después de lo que viví esos 4 días no creo que vuelva, no merece la pena pagar para sentirte como en una cárcel.

• Pérez barreto (6/5): - Que estaba cerca de todos los comercios y el jefe de mantenimiento muy amable la socorrista gucimara es muy simpatica y amable Los colchones estaba todo echo polvos las camas se escuchaban desde el apartamento de arriba el piso nada mas entrar sucio las almohadas parecian folios la vitrocerámica se encendía y se apagaba sola el agua de la piscina fría que por ley tiene que estar a 26 grados y eso estaba a 15 grados por lo menos. Tenia muchos prohibición nada mas entrar tenia los azulejos del baño soplados a punto de caerse y yo con mi 2 hijas nos fuero a cambiar pero como estabamos en la planta baja por las niñas nos quedemos hay y nos quitaron los azulejos no tenian nada de limpieza la primera y ultima vez que vengo y encima para rematar te piden 100€ de fianza que te lo dan a la salida

• Hakan (6/5): Nice but no pool - 20-24 April 2026...Apartments colors, garden,tropical trees are super But I was not informed that the pool was being repaired. We came here with high hopes; the pool looked beautiful in the pictures, but unfortunately, it was deserted, and we couldn't enjoy the pool at all.If you intend to stay at this hotel, please ask if the pool is under construction, repaired, and ready. Otherwise, please don't come. The hotel management, in response to our complaint, suggested we use the pool at another hotel they recommended. However, this wasn't very pleasant. Thank you anyway.Imagine saving money all year and then arriving and there's no pool. A huge disappointment, and you're not even informed about it.

• Hakan (8/5): - Everything was perfect. But ...There is no active swimming pool here...The hotel management didn't inform us about this; they said it was under repair. Because of this, we waited a year, hoping for a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The pool is not working. The hotel management recommended another hotel, but we declined. This was because we had already packed all our belongings in the closet and filled the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Cleaner women was so nice and precious she was so friendly and nice we loved her. • Andrew (7/5): Overall we had a good stay and would go back - Nice pool and not busy at all so always got beds. 5 minutes walk to the yumbo center and 10 mins to the plaza It’s self catering but there is only 2 hobs that didn’t work properly and a microwave so very limited on what to cook.

• Ricardo (5/5): No es para ir con familia, es una pena. - La ubicación es magnífica, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa del inglés. Es un complejo que necesita mucha reforma, la cocina es antigua, las camas son de diferentes durezas (no son iguales), el baño tiene el plato de ducha nuevo pero todo lo demás es antiguo y con humedades. El agua de la piscina aunque estaba climatizada, tenía un aspecto turbio, que nos daba una sensación de poco limpio (y no es por las cremas, que hemos estado en otros complejos y esto no pasaba).

• María del Pilar (4/5): QUE PENA DE LUGAR - Lo que más me gustó es la cercanía al CC Yumbo (donde trabajo) La habitación e instalaciones necesitan ser arregladas ya. Nada más llegar estaban arreglando los ascensores tuvimos que subir por las escaleras a la habitación. La habitación por dentro está muy deteriorada, entrar al baño es viajar al pasado en el tiempo. Estábamos ubicados encima del restaurante y al lado hay como un espacio para gatos donde huele horrible y solo a excrementos que hace que no puedas estar ni en la terraza. Los colchones viejos y suenan los muelles cada vez que te mueves. La cortina del baño tiene hasta vida propia de la suciedad que tiene. La nevera hace un ruido espantoso cada 1 hora y hace que te despierte del ruido que hace de noche.

Je krijgt juist later in de middag trek in een drankje of een tapas en dan is er niks meer te krijgen de toko sluit te vroeg. Heel jammer

Huoneen lattiat erittäin likaiset, liinavaatteet tahraiset ja reikäiset, huoneessa ei ollut kaikille kylpypyyhettä (saimme respasta pyydettäessä lisää pyyhkeitä) suihkun lattiakaivo veti todella huonosti, huoneessa ei ollut hiustenkuivainta (saimme pyydettäessä respasta), viimeisinä majoitus päivinä huoneessa torakoita, aamiainen luokattoman huono (hedelmiä joka aamu muutama jäljellä, tuoremehu automaatti toimi vaihtelevasti sekä vaihtoehtoina oli vain leipää johon sai kaksi täytettä valita), huoneessa ei ollut ollenkaan suihku- tai käsisaippuaa, Huoneessa ei ollut kokovartalopeiliä, siivoaja herätti käymällä siivoamassa joka aamu ennen kahdeksaa terassin, saimme huoneeseen vain yhden avaimen, kylpyhuoneen katossa paha kosteusvaurio, kylpyhuoneessa pieniä lentäviä hyönteisiä, sängyt narisi kovaäänisesti
• Pindoria (8/5): Good value for money - Great location, bus stops nearby and a shopping centre nearby with massages. Staff was friendly and we also enjoyed the pool in the heat. Good value for money. We got coffees every morning from the inhouse restaurant. Convinient. We could hear banging doors from nearby apartments middle of the night. The walls are thin and most outside sounds can be heard loudly. The bathroom was outdated and there was continous water sounds from the pipes.

Alustades toast - Tekke ei olnud, vaid olid pleedid millega olli külmemal ööl külm magada. Küsisin pleede juurde, siis toodi linad. Vannitoas koorus laest värvi. Voodi krigises nii kõvasti, et ärkasin ise üles kui vahetasin külge. Tenniseväljak oli renoveeritud, kuid korvpalli/jalgpalli väljak oli täiesti räämas, korvid katki, võrgud katki. Väikeste laste bassein oli jääkülm.

• Myrthe (9/5): Aanrader vanwege ligging en zwembad - Goede locatie, erg vriendelijke mensen die er werken, fijn zwembad en prima kamer (is basic maar schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Perfect hotel voor deze prijs)
• Asta (7/5): Hintalaatusuhde kohdillaan. - Hotellin sijainti oli ihan hyvä. Erittäin rauhallista. Mukava henkilökunta. Altaalla alkoi aurinkotuolien varaaminen jo ennen auringonnousua. Olisi toivottavaa, että siihen puututtaisiin kun altaalla oli kuitenkin vahti koko päivän. Allasbaarin ruokalista ei ollut ajan tasalla. Huoneiden siivous oli ok, mutta lattiat oli niin likaiset, että jouduttiin erikseen pyytämään niiden pyyhkimistä. Keittiövälineillä tuli toimeen, kun enimmäkseen syötiin ulkona. Kalustus vanhahkoa, sängyt pitivät hurjaa ääntä, mutta niissä nukkui yllättävän hyvin.

• Adrian (10/5): - Bardzo fajny hotel z przyjaznymi, pomocnymi i zawsze uśmiechniętymi gospodarzami. Wprawdzie hotel ma już swoje lata, ale jest zadbany i panuje porządek i czystość. Lokalizacja niedaleko morza z darmowym parkingiem w pobliżu, na którym nie było problemu ze znalezieniem wolnych miejsc. Kuchnia wyposażona minimalistycznie, ale na prawdę niczego nie brakowało. Bardzo fajny i zapewniający intymność balkon, podgrzewana woda w basenie z ratownikiem. Super miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy, polecam. Nie byo

• diana carolina (8/5): - Prima volta in Gran Canaria, ci siamo trovati con uno staff pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema, molto sorridenti , pulizia top! Per sbaglio ho rotto il vetro del tavolino , lho comunicato subito per sapere come risarcire il danno, loro molto tranquilli mi hanno detto che può capitare e non c'è nessun problema, la tranquillità che trasmettono è incredibile. Ti fanno sentire proprio in vacanza. Lo consiglio moltissimo xe ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo ci sono circa 450 mt dal mare e tanti scalini da fare ma abbiamo capito che Gran Canaria è così, in salita.

Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko na nogach i do centrum, plaży i wydm. Można było dojść spacerkiem z dziećmi. Świetne miejsce za tą cenę. Nie polecam opcji ze śniadaniem. Myślę, że nie warte swojej ceny. Nie było szwedzkiego stołu, tylko kanapki, tosty i rogale z różnym nadzieniem, do wyboru z meni.

Every day a member of the team spoke to ensuring everything was ok.the complex appartment pool and land round the apartments was spotless have no negative points can't praise the staff highly enough and all work hard to maintain the complex to a high standard thankyou No negative points to add
• Dagbjort (10/5): We liked the hotel very much and will come back (upheated pool, good price, excellent location) - The pool is heated and grate, there is a pool life guard present there and childrens pool. There is a pool cafeteria. The reception personella is grait and present to assist you. The room was cleaned very well 2 or 3 times (cant remember). There are 2 small elevators . All apartmets get good sunlight for relatively long time. The hotel is very close to yumbo center, the beach and Kasbah (open area dancing and life music). So location is great. I would like to see the hotel opening op an another gate to the premineces preferble with an elevator straight from the pool area and down to the main road .
