J'ai trouvé très agréable de prendre une bière et une bouchée au bistro de l'auberge, fréquentée par les touristes et locaux. Le petit déjeuner était également disponible sur place, composé de produits frais, complet et agrémenté d'un délicieux cappuccino. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Service du petit déjeuner termine à 9h ce qui m'a semblé un peu tôt. Arrivée la dernière j'ai eu l'impression de déranger. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient vraiment très confortables mais il manquait une couverture chaude pour une note parfaite.

Bien placé dans une rue avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Parking gratuit sur place. Chambre et salle de bain un peu petite mais suffisant pour une seule nuit.

Respecto al aparcamiento, el hostal disponía de su parking propio gratuito pero también en la calle de enfrente había sitio y también gratuito. y alrededor había. La chica que llevaba el hostal nos pareció muy simpática y muy amable. Al lado de la habitación, disponíamos de un listado de restaurantes cercanos para todos los gustos y todos los bolsillos. La habitación con baño propio era un poco pequeña para la gente alta, pero al ser una casa, es el espacio que se dispone.

Le prix, un peu cher tout de même, le logement n'est pas une construction récente et bin qu'il y ai l'essentiel ça ne valait pas la somme pour la nuit.

Petit bémol mais ils ne peuvent rien y faire ce sont les craquements du parquet et du lit en bois. Si vous êtes sensible aux bruits cela peut être dérangeant. Si vous voulez faire une halte à la Malbaie n'hésitez pas c'est vraiment très mignon

- Valerie (6/5): - J’ai séjourné aux Pinsons des Rives à La Malbaie du 28 au 29 août. L’emplacement est vraiment agréable et les chambres sont douillettes et très propres. Cependant, j’ai attribué 3 étoiles parce que l’accueil à mon arrivée a été assez froid. Comme je suis arrivée 40 minutes avant l’heure d’enregistrement, j’ai tenté de me rendre vers l’accueil pour visiter les lieux mais il n’y avait pas de directives claires sur l’emplacement de celle-ci. J’ai donc fait le tour du bâtiment pour tomber sur une employée qui m’a répondu avec un « oui? » plutôt sec. J’ai eu l’impression de déranger. On m’a informé qu’il n’y avait pas d’espace pour profiter des installations en attendant mon enregistrement et qu’il fallait absolument que je revienne à 15:00 de manière assez directe. Il pleuvait, un beau bonjour et une alternative auraient été appréciés. De plus, l’insonorisation est à améliorer, on entend facilement les bruits des autres chambres et les planchers grincent. De plus, les aires de repos communs sont inaccessibles lorsque l’espace bistro est fermé. Malgré ces points, c’était un séjour agréable et j’espère que ces suggestions aideront à améliorer l’expérience client.

- Debra (5/5): Wanted to like the place but not made to feel welcome - Nice location, room ok. The host was not very friendly or welcoming. We were told breakfast was between 7:30 and 9:30 am. When we came down at 9 am we were told breakfast was served between 7:30 and 9 and only the dining room was open until 9:30 am. No apologies or optional offerings, just pointed to restaurants down the street. We found it very off putting as we had asked twice at check in to make sure of the hours. At check out we suggested that the serving hours be made more clear for future guests. Signage or instructions online would have helped.

- Mary (8/5): Very good - We stayed two nights and enjoyed our stay at this cute little hotel. It's an old building and the rooms are small and the floors are creaky, and yes, you'll hear neighbors coming and going. Breakfast was good with many options and nice sitting areas to enjoy coffee. It's on a great street with several restaurants. For the price I'd say this was a good choice but just don't go there expecting a 3-star hotel!

- Dr. Ekkehart (10/5): Charmantes bed&breakfast - Laura war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns alle Informationen für unsere sehr späte Ankunft geschickt. Das Zimmer war liebevoll und sehr originell eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Frühstück gut und voll ausreichend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

- Éric (10/5): - Service courtois et attentionné par la propriétaire qui gère son établissement avec son conjoint. Un peu chaud à l’étage supérieur (pas de clim) malgré le ventilateur sur pied et au plafond. Bonne ambiance lors des 5 à 7 tous les jours sur la terrasse devant l’auberge. Galerie pratique avec chaises et fauteuils pour prendre son propre apéro ou manger des mets à emporter du restaurant.
- Ivy (9/5): Quaint hotel in a Beautiful area. - Great location, great external area for happy hour and great host (Lora). Breakfast was good and well worth the $10. Parking was easy.. either on the street or behind the hotel. Food at the restaurant below the hotel was also good. Shower was a little small (but the water power was great. The door to our room only stayed shut locked... needs a quick ajustment.
