- Berenice (9/5): - En general están muy bien las habitaciones, cumplen el propósito de descansar y cerca de hospitales Tuvimos un percance a un lado del hotel, una casa se estaba incendiado a la 1.30 am pero los bomberos llegaron pronto, el hotel estuvo pendiente de las instalaciones del lugar, por otro lado, como se está ampliando el hotel, en el dia había mucho ruido y no dejaba descansar a mi familiar que estaba operado, pero espero que sea temporal ese asunto

La nostra camera aveva finestre che davano sul corridoio interno, non era possibile quindi arieggiare la stanza mantenendo da privacy.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Mi reserva fue por una habitacion con 2 camas matrimoniales y cocineta, esto con motivo de que viajo con una bebe y requiero lavado de sus biberones y utensilios, al llegar me cambiaron la reserva a dos habitaciones con 1 cama matrimonial cada una, un rato mas al estar junto al Lobby me percate de que habia otra persona que llego despues que nosotros con una reserva ya pagada y su habitacion no se encontraba disponible por lo que supongo que la de nosotros la dieron a alguien mas y que una de las que me dieron a mi era la de la persona que se quedo sin habitacion. Deberian de respetar las reservas y mas si uno hizo el pago previamente.

Pero rico el sabor. Además de que el area del restaurante lo tenían como salón de reunión, y no pudimos comer dentro, pero es agradable la parte exterior.

Olía a caño - El cuarto olía a cañeria y solicitamos nos cambiaran a otro cuarto , dijeron que no tenían categoría igual y pagamos diferencia, tuvimos que renegociar el desayuno que también estaba incluido y que nos habían ya quitado. Mucho ruido. El hotel está en el medio de la nada. El personal totalmente indiferente y renuente a apoyarnos. El mesero fue muy cordial.

Luego de un filtro de mas de una hora de espera para que me confirmaran mi reservacion, decidi declinar el servicio por falta de proactividad y amabilidad en el personal de recepcion. habiendo facilitado mi numero de reservacion y mi identificacion lo mas que podia hacer el personal es hacer pronto una llamada a Expedia y pedir confirmacion si no se tienia. Sin embargo ese trabajo me toco a mi. El proceso es largo y molesto uno espera llegar a descanzar y no hacer el trabajo de alguien mas. De favor HOTEL SALVATIERRA mejoren la comunicacion con la agencia Expedia u otras para que las personas con familiares, bebes y equipaje no tengan que esperar en la banqueta en diciembre mientras consiguen su confirmacion.
- gabby (2/5): Horrible - I paid in advance by Expedia, and when I get there they said it was one day pay, and paid 4 days in advance next day, I went to the office, a different person for the night before was there, she said not even a day was paid, they did have my information, my card and everything, I left the hotel and got another one, very bad experience, and the hotel was not what I expected bad area, bad rooms, tiny bathroom.

Very clean and very friendly staff, great breakfast and big rooms with kitchenettes!! Loved it!! But wish it was a lil closer to the water

- Pat (6/5): But hard to find, but good stay - Needed a room for the night transiting to Los Cabos so wanted to stay near Carretera 1 instead of beach resort/accessibility. Had done that on our trip up the peninsula. We didn't have a good map so a bit hard to find, but if we'd gone one more intersection we would have seen the hotel and had our directions fixed. Staff has limited English. Room was very clean, bed comfortable. They provided extra pillows when we asked. It was quiet, we were there on a week night. Not sure what weekends would be like. Not a resort area for sure. Residences and businesses and the hospital are in the area. It's not too far to a Soriana, Walmart and other shopping opportunities. No fridge or microwave. Have your cooler iced up, no machine, but can purchase nearby.
