• Menand (9/5): - Situation idéale proche de la gare pour explorer les Cinq Terres. Logement très propre ! Un peu bruyant à cause du passage des trains mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir.
• MARION (6/5): 3 nuits a Lia Roos - Tout proche de la gare ; fonctionnel Très mauvaise isolation que ce soit au niveau fenêtre que des murs, on entend tous les voisins alentours et surtout ceux du dessus qui ont une grande table et des chaises juste au dessus du lit. Il faut donc etre prêt a se coucher et a se reveiller en meme temps qu'eux, au gré des crissements des pieds de chaises
• Luiselli (8/5): Ottima posizione, struttura carina. - La vicinanza alla stazione permette di non spostare la macchina, anche se è molto difficile trovare parcheggio ( tutti a pagamento o per residenzi) La posizione è ottima anche per visitare il centro della città e il porto Il bagno è poco funzionale. Dal bidet esce poca acqua e il doccino spruzza acqua lateralmente. Il bagno manca di finestra.

• Herath (9/5): - Stayed here during our visit to La Spezia. The self check-in process was well guided and easy to follow. The place offered a lot of useful facilities, which made our stay very comfortable, especially considering the price. The location is also convenient for getting around. It’s an excellent base for anyone planning to visit Cinque Terre. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money option, and I would recommend it to other travelers.

• JEANETTE (9/5): Buena ubicación - La habitación era grande , con el baño en excelentes condiciones , completo hasta con secador de pelo. La ubicación es súper estratégica para moverte luego por los pueblos de Cinque Terre ya que está a 7 min de las estación a pie, también hay cerca un supermercado grande. Del centro está a 15 min caminando. Relación precio calidad. Emilia te da toda las indicaciones para que puedas hacer el check in. Gracias!!!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La vicinanza alla stazione purtroppo si sente. La stanza inoltre è davvero molto piccola!

• Ioana (8/5): Good value for money accommodation - A good accommodation, close to the train station (6 minutes walk), with a supermarket nearby. Small room (as stated in the description), but clean. Every day, the trash was taken out and the room tidied up. Good soundproofing. The room is a bit cramped. For 2 people it might be a bit difficult with space. It doesn't have a closet, just a rack with 3 hangers.

On July 31, I booked this hotel and asked whether I could check in between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. They replied that it was possible to complete the check-in online, without providing any other information. However, shortly before my trip, the hotel staff informed me that online check-in was not possible and demanded that I pay an additional fee to check in. 2. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the hotel’s behavior and asked again whether I could check in. They told me I could, without mentioning any extra charges. Yet today, they informed me that I must pay an additional fee in order to stay. This is utterly absurd. 3. This hotel also attempted to communicate with me via other platforms, such as WhatsApp. I insisted on communicating through Booking, but the merchant still asked me for my WhatsApp account. 4. The staff's attitude was terrible. Many customers were only informed a few days after booking that they needed to pay extra, and the business appears to be deliberately exploiting a loophole in Booking's policies to extract additional fees.

• Ivana (6/5): Close from the station - The room was very close to the station, maybe 10 minutes walking The guests in the other room were so noisy when they went in and out of the apartment. The owner sent out a colleague to give us the keys in the station and when I texted him because the colleague hadn’t contacted me beforehand, he just answered “i remind you that the office closes at 8pm”. The apartment was in a sketchy location

Um el sector no es el más céntrico y la puerta principal se quedó atascada en una ocasión. También dar un poco más de instrucciones de cómo usar cada llave y cada cosa para el ascensor….
• ALEJANDRO (7/5): Muy Buen apartamento de paso - La cama muy cómoda, el baño excelente, el agua caliente perfecto, que la habitación sea espaciosa, y que tenga un hervidor, tazas, café, té, frigo y S-Mart TV (No es culpa de la propiedad) Que en los alrededores no tenga parking free. Tuve que ir al Coop que estaba a 5 cuadras para usar el parking en la calle. Que es barato. Todo alrededor del apartamento está reservado para el residente, con línea amarilla.

• Nathalie (9/5): Uma ótima base para visitar as Cinque Terre - Quarto muito espaçoso e limpo. Check-in e check-out muito simples, fácil e com instruções muito claras. Fui atendida sempre que precisei muito rápido. O predio tem elevador, o que é raro e muito útil, perto da estação de trem (menos de 10 minutos caminhando) e a cidade é encantadora. O chuveiro é bom e o banheiro tem um tamanho ótimo também. Tem frigobar no quarto.

• Leveque (5/5): - Logement propre Lors de notre réservation nous avons prévenue Mme pour lui dire que nous arriverions au logement pour 20h. Ok pas de soucis pour elle. Le matin de notre réservation, nous lui reprécisons l'heure d'arrivée. De là il faut payer 20€!! Oui oui , 20€ supplémentaires pour arrivée "tardive". Quel professionnalisme. Nous pensions qu'elle serait présente pour le check in. D'où les frais de déplacement de 20€ déjà bien trop élevés. Une fois en bas nous l'appelons, même pas elle décroche le téléphone. Elle nous raccroche au nez et déverrouille la porte! Nous avons donc payé 20€ pour qu'elle appuie sur un bouton du haut de son logement! Cher payé pour nous. Rentable pour elle. Nous rentrons dans le logement... Fenêtres salle de bain et chambre grandes ouvertes. Un 7/11 à la Spezia je vous laisse imaginer la température. Lendemain matin ils rentrent dans le logement pour "faire le ménage". Nous rentrons tard, fenêtres encore grandes ouvertes. On lui fait part de ce désagrément. Et demandons à ce que quand ils repassent, ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres... Encore une fois nous rentrons tard et logement grand ouvert il faisait froid!! De plus nous ne sommes pas maître du chauffage. Nous avons eu froid toutes les nuits et au réveil! Merci pour ce séjour!

• Tímea (10/5): - It's in a great location, a 5-minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes from the city center, and 30 minutes from the beach. The bathroom was beautiful,á and clean! It was an excellent choice! We'd love to go back! We missed some kitchen utensils, plates, and a microwave oven, but the room was quite small, so it would have been difficult to fit them in. Everything else was perfect.

Ils ne m'ont pas donné la clé si je ne leur avais pas donné d'argent liquide, et le banquier a essayé de m'extorquer une amende de 200 euros pour avoir endommagé la chambre et fumé des cigarettes, ce qui est faux. Je ne le recommande pas.

• Patricia (9/5): Superb - I stayed in a spacious and comfortable room with private bath. Very clean and tidy. The location was great, few minutes from the train station and bus stop. The key is not provided at the same location as the booked room. It’s a bit far from there.

• Liliána (9/5): Superb - It was close to the train station and to the center of La Spezia, and it had a beautiful and modern bathroom. The room itself was a bit small, there was no option to leave the luggage there after check out.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Estadia péssima - Estadia muito ruim. Instruções não são claras. Funcionária sem paciência. Chegamos no local da estadia com as malas aproximadamente às 18h30, cansados. Para a nossa surpresa, a chave é entregue em outro local, cerca de 20 minutos a pé do apartamento onde ficaríamos, o que não faz sentido nenhum. O apartamento é pequeno, o box do banheiro inunda de água, além disso não entregaram o controle do ar condicionado pq disseram que não estava calor( Mas passamos calor) Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, e foi um problema porque o trem passa perto com barulho que não deixa dormir a cada 20 ou 30 minutos. Bairro não oferece opções de mercados e restaurantes, bairro aparenta estar em situação de abandono, o que causa certa insegurança. Não recomendo, não indico e nao ficaria novamente nessa acomodação, principalmente pelo descaso na hora do check in.

Primeiro, tivemos que pegar as chaves em um endereço diferente do endereço do apartamento; segundo, o anfitrião não nos informou o endereço do café continental que teríamos direito mediante o pagamento de uma taxa (o café também não era no local) e por fim, o que me deixou terrivelmente chateado foi encontrar a acomodação do quarto aberta e com gente dentro porque haviamos chegado 11 minutos depois da hora do check out. Vale salientar que o check in deveria ser a partir das 15:00h e como tivemos que sair para tomar café em outro local porque o anfitrião se quer nos informou como seria o café, chegamos apenas 11 minutos atrasados e nossas coisas já estavam em um corredor e na acomodação já encontravam outros hóspedes. Experiência extremamente desagradável. Não recomendo. j
• Megan (4/5): - The room was nice enough, small though. Close to the train station. Our water was turned off at 9 am the last morning. Check in was terrible. You have to walk to another location (15 min, one-way with luggage). They don't have a credit card reader either. With check in only 3-7 pm and at another location, it was very inconvenient. Once you walk back to the room, you have to call to get let in remotely, walk up a non-lit stairwell, enter some codes then finally get a key. Felt like an unnecessary, multi-step process after a long travel day. Staff also insisted we settle our account the day before check-out. Continued to harass us to settle when we were out travelling for the day. Very frustrating.
