• Jennifer (8/5): Fun with family - Location by the beach lovely. A walk into Gaios and taxi back worked for us but others may prefer a car. Olga was the best hostess - nothing too much trouble. We had a lovely terrace with sun loungers, a hot tub and table and seating. I’d stay here again. A bit of updating wouldn’t go amiss but all in all a good place.

• Philippides (9/5): Lovely location and very friendly accommodating hostess - Location was good. A bit far to walk into Gaia at night. You had to pay for the beach loungers and noisy air-conditioned unit outside main bedroom. Also room service that does not clean dishes or pack the washed ones back in the cupboards.

• KATIA (8/5): Overall a very good place to stay - Location overall setup of the suites Big balcony with amazing views Easy access to the beach with umbrellas bar and food Ms Olga was an excellent host attended to all our needs 2nd room was a bit small and badly designed. No room to strech legs in bathroom moist on the walls overall inside of suite needs a bit of renovation The bigger room was very good and spacious. In Both bathrooms however the water was all over the place when you had a shower
• Ionut (10/5): - One of the best examples of hospitality ever received, like most of the reviews here mention, no request or question was too much for Olga who was always there to help. The location of the villas is maybe one of the best in the whole island, offering you easy access in 2 minutes to a beautiful beach with a bar, sun loungers and and drinks. The main town on the island can easily be reached via taxi in about 10 mins for 10€ or around 25 minutes walk. Apartments are excellent, comfortable and clean and most of them will offer you the most wonderful views over the sea. Without a doubt one of the best summer destinations you can go to so don't hesitate to book☺️

• Lorian (10/5): Great apartment, great view, great host - Nice apartment with great view! It was clean, spacious, bottle of view was waiting on us in the fridge. Apartment had also a jacuzzi which was great for relaxing in the evening. Public beach with the bar (not part of the Annasa Mare) was right accross the street, not even a minute walk to it. Host Olga was very polite and extremely helpful, she was proactively communicating with us about not only about the accomodation, but also everything else we needed to know on the island. She also organized the transport form and to the port, scooter and the boat during out stay which saved us time to search for the offers. One would get an impression that Annasa Mare beach bar belongs to the Annasa Mare complex, which is not the case. So at the beach bar you don't get any discounts on the sunbeds or drinks/food.

Olga was lovely, welcoming bff and helpful. Not much to not like, weirdly my partner didn’t feel like we needed the pool.. we were just steps away from a private beach with bar/cafe but had to pay to use the loungers there but worth it for a day

Olga was amazing - she couldn't do enough for us. Slight confusion when booking - it may be how Booking.com organises their filters. Had expected to be booking a pool however the beach, only a few steps away was amazing so in terms of holiday it didn't matter. However in terms of value, I'm not sure.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les chambres sont ultra propres. Il manque du matériel de cuisine et les lits sont peu confortables.
• Micheline (10/5): Superbe vue, séjour relaxant - A 5 minutes en voiture du port de Gaios. Appart 2 chambres vue mer au 1er étage d'une villa. Propre, équipement cuisine suffisant. Belle terrasse avec jacuzzi, tables, chaises, fauteuil.Olga très sympa répond rapidement à toute demande. La plage et le bar à l'entrée sont gérés par un independant. Transats et parasols 10 € pp/jour. Pour visiter les 2 autres ports une voiture est necessaire. Sejour très agreable et relaxant.

• Naomi (10/5): Fabulous, comfortable villa with beautiful views - The villa was right on the water, with beautiful views of the turquoise water. There was even a beach bar just below. The villa had loads of places to lounge and have fun a, comfortable, clean beds and an en-suite in each bedroom. Olga was a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable and looked after. We were a group of 3 families staying in the 5 bed villa and it worked very well for us all! It’s only a short drive to Gaios and the other towns for dinner. There’s even a hot tub on the balcony! We would love to return. A washing machine would be good. The smaller kids didn’t like the salt in the pool. A paddle board or kayak would have topped it off!

• STEFANOS (5/5): Θέλει βελτίωση! - Υπέροχη θέα, ωραία τοποθεσία . Ακριβώς μπροστά μια όμορφη , γραφική παραλία. Εξαιρετικά ήσυχο .Φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Απόσταση σπό το Γάιο 2300 μέτρα, όχι 1200 μέτρα, όπως αναφέρονταν στο booking.com. Το οίκημα θέλει face lift και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και τα έπιπλα αντικατάσταση . Δίνει εικόνα περισσότερο εποχής 2010-2015. Πλημελής καθαριότητα. Πετσέτες, σεντόνια δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν ούτε μια φορά. Ο χώρος δεν καθορίστηκε ποτέ κατά τη διάρκεια διαμονής μας. Δεν μας χορηγήθηκε πέρα των αρχικών amenities ή έξτρα χαρτί υγείας. Οι πετσέτες είχαν μια κάποια μυρωδιά, σίγουρα όχι φρεσκάδας. Τα στρώματα ήταν εξαιρετικά σκληρά και άβολα. Τα μπάνια εξαιρετικά μικρά. Στο ένα μάλιστα η πόρτα έκλεινε με δυσκολία. Στο ένα ντους δεν δούλευε το τηλέφωνο, ενώ στο άλλο ο καταιονιστήρας Η ροή του νερού μη ικανοποιητική ενώ ο θερμοσίφωνας σχεδόν δεν δούλευε.. Για τελευταίο άφησα το υδρομασάζ. Πέρα από τη μυρωδιά και το γεγονός ότι εκ των υστέρων έχω κάποιες αμφιβολίες αν το νερό αλλάζει πριν την άφιξη κάθε επισκέπτη η θέση του εγείρει σοβαρούς κινδύνους. Αντί να βρίσκεται στην πλευρά της βεράντας με το ντεκ, βρίσκεται στο τμήμα με το ιδιαίτερα ολισθηρό πλακάκι. Είχα σοβαρό ατύχημα την πρώτη κιόλας ημέρα της διαμονής μου που θα μπορούσε να είναι άκρως επικίνδυνο. Όταν το ανέφερα στους υπεύθυνους προτείνοντας μέσα προστασίας μου φάνηκαν να εκπλήσονται. Περίεργο, πρέπει να είναι πολύ τυχεροί αν δεν έχει ξανασυμβεί σε πελάτη τέτοιο ατύχημα παρά την αβλεψία τους . Εν κατακλείδι, 475 ευρώ η διανυκτέρευση υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες, δίχως πρωινό και με επιπλέον χρέωση των sunbeds το βρίσκω άκρως υπερβολικό.

• Zakaria (10/5): - Had a great stay , special thanks to holga the property manager who made the stay even better, very helpful she was able to arrange taxis, itineraries, boats and even restaurant reservations!! She was there anytime we needed her and made this stay extra special. The hotel is also near a very nice clean beach with sun beds and a restaurant making it super convenient. The villas are clean and they know when to change towels and clean up the villas . Overall highly recommend and for sure will be back :) .

• Pantelis (9/5): Amazing location, Quaint Villa, wonderful staff! - The villa was really quaint, felt very cosy and homely. The pool was a great fit for our young kids, and the place was very clean and regularly cleaned thoroughly. A nice beach with reasonably priced deck chairs and chilled atmosphere is just at your feet. The location is also close to the main town and other cool beaches/towns, the longest distance you can drive is 20minutes. The host/manager Olga was fantastic in helping us get info for activities around the island and helped us plan out our visit, with great recommendations and very direct and round the clock communication! Not really something I didn't like, but it would have been helpful to have an iron and board and a hairdryer included in the amenities, although I am sure if we had asked, they would have lent us one.

• Marialuigia (9/5): Ottima esperienza per una vacanza in famiglia - L'appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno in vacanza. Il personale di accoglienza e pulizia è estremamente gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Attenzione: la distanza dal centro del paese non è piccola e, specialmente la sera, la strada è pericolosa se percorsa a piedi. Come segnalato al personale, il parcheggio nominalmente assegnato alla struttura è sistematicamente occupato dagli avventori della spiaggia e dunque, se non molto tardi la sera, non è possibile parcheggiare a meno di lasciare la macchina lungo la strada, anche molto lontano e comunque in zona di sosta vietata. Basterebbe segnalare che la piccola area di parcheggio è di pertinenza della struttura alberghiera e riservata ai suoi ospiti. Questo è stato già segnalato alla struttura e siamo stati rassicurati su un futuro miglioramento di questa situazione.

• Moshe Liav (8/5): חוויה טובה, מחיר יקר מדי. - מיקום מעולה, נוף מדהים, אולגה מנהלת המקום אדיבה מאוד ומסייעת מייד בכל בקשה. מקלחות קטנות, זרם מים חלש, מחיר יקר ביחס לתמורה, החוף שמוצג בתמונות כחלק מהמלון הוא עסק נפרד והשימוש במתקנים בתשלום.

• Elias J (10/5): - I can't say enough about the island, property and their staff, especially Olga. It was well-maintained, adjacent to an independent beach club, close to town and port. Olga was helpful and responsive if there were any questions or needs. She went above and beyond her duties as resort manager and made our stay wonderful.

• Andreea (8/5): Un sejur 👍 - Este aproape de mare Piscină privată și jacuzzi Olga extrem de amabilă și serviabilă, ne- a răspuns foarte repede la toate solicitările Am avut furnici atât în cameră, bucătărie și baie; Olga ne-a adus un spary pentru a scăpa de ele, dar din păcate era o soluție temporară, acestea reapăreau. Ușile la camerele și băile de la etaj nu se închideau. Curtea nu este îngrijită;

• Terry (9/5): Appartement devant la mer en tranquilité - Localisation 10 minutes du port principal et Gaios centre. L'hotel est juste devant la mer que nous trouvons géniale! La reception et responsable est très attentive and nous avons aidé de reserver les restos et taxis. Il y a une table pour 4 personnes sur le balcon devant la mer que nous prenons nos petits dejeuners. Facile acces à la plage juste à côté avec une petit cabane pour déjeuner et les boissons, les transats. L'appartement avec 2 chambres sont climatisées mais la décor et meubles sont un peu daté. La cuisine est bien équipée.

• ZAFEIRAKOU (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή με θέα το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος!!! - Υπέροχη διαμονή δίπλα στη θάλασσα.Ακούγαμε το κύμα τα βράδια και γευματίζαμε στην βεράντα τα μεσημέρια με άπλετη θέα το Ιόνιο Πέλαγος. Πολύ ευγενική, πρόθυμη και εξυπηρετική οικοδέσποινα η Όλγα ,μάς έφερε ότι χρειαστήκαμε!!! Τα διπλά μπάνια ήταν μικρά.
• Diana (10/5): Absolutely perfect - I have no words to say how beautiful this place is. We had an amazing appartment with an incredible view and very comfortable. Everything was spot clean and there was a daily cleaning service : changing the towels, the bed sheets, taking out the garbage. A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, a jacuzzi and Olga is a very nice person always willing to help you, felt like our friend. Also the beach in front is very nice , intimate and comfy . It was our 3rd time in Paxos, this island is close to our hearts and we had beautiful accomodations each time but this one was the best ! It is hard to say anything bad about this place, maybe a few more kitchenware would be nice and a clothing washing mashine but these are merely humble suggestions as we considered everything to be perfect.

• ANTHONY (10/5): Olga - A very comfortable stay but the unique selling point for Anassa Mare Villas is Olga. She is a true professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very lucky to have her as manager. Nothing at all.

Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were happy. She really was absolutely marvellous! The view from the balcony straight over the ocean was also lovely The rooms was incredibly basic, unclean and we arrived to no towels. At ~£400 / night this fell well below our expectations on standards. Especially having stayed in other accommodation elsewhere on the island beforehand. The listing online was misleading - there is not a pool; only for certain rooms. And the beach is not private; and sunbeds came at a charge to the bar that occupied it.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Rezeption mit Olga, welche uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen bestens unterstützt hat.

Evin önünde plaj taşlık ancak suyu bir havuzdan daha berrak çok nadir böyle bir denizde yüzdüm inanılmazdı Sevmemek değilde çevrede sürekli çalışan motora benzeyen birşey sesi var sadece o cihaz onlara aitse ses izolasyonunu yapmalarını öneririm ama bu çok büyük bir sorun değil tesis gerçekten çok güzel herşeyiyle

Appartamento molto grande, idromassaggio nuovo e funzionale, vista esagerata, isola stupenda e mare. Un gioiello trascurato. I mobili, tavolo e comodini hanno molti segni di usura ed è ora di sostituirli. La spiaggia da sogno sotto la struttura è stata purtroppo lasciata ad altra gestione. Peccato. Parte della terrazza è in legno ormai usurato molto difficile da pulire. Sé queste criticità venissero risolte, questa struttura sarebbe al top, tra le più belle da noi visitate.

• Petra (10/5): Excellent room, location, staff and island! - Everything! It was on a beautiful beach. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms which was a nice surprise. The Seaview from the balcony was amazing. Olga the manager was incredible, helped us book taxis, even gave us a ride into Gaios and organised an incredible boat tour for us. Highly rate! Nothing
