• Rod (3/5): It was OK but didn't get a good night's sleep with an uncomfortable bed. - Bed was hard. Limited space in the shower. No tissues or drinking glasses in the room Locate was handy to what I was in Swan Hill for. The area was quiet with plenty of parking room.

• Laura (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - It was the cheapest motel in town ... that should have told me something ... DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The semi permanent residents who were gathered around their beaten up old Commodore, no rego plates, next to my room. They were drinking, smoking cannabis and carrying on very loudly. I felt VERY UNSAFE with the room placement and knew there was no way I'd be able to sleep knowing what was happening right next to me. The room smelt musty and was very dusty. The bed was like a rock, and only had a top sheet, no blanket or doona. The provided cutlery and crockery were mismatched and stored in a dirty plastic container. The bathroom was dirty and smelled of mould. I spent about 45 min in the room before deciding that my personal health and welbeing and the safety of my vehicle weren't worth risking for the sake of the $120 room price. I took my key back to reception but couldn't raise anyone. I put my key in the return box and sent them an email and message through booking.com requesting a cancellation. I have not received any reply from them.

People driving in and out all night, gravel driveway so constant noise from the wheels turning. Seems like a party motel with lots of loud music and odd people coming in and out including taxi’s. Rooms looked like they would fall apart, bed is rock solid, bathroom felt like it had a wipe over but not clean.

• Sammmi73 (5/5): A clean bed for the night, short stay would be fine. - The bed was very comfy the air con worked well, which you will need in Swan Hill. The staff were indifferent. not very welcoming with no directions or info offered at all. We stayed two nights and the room went un serviced. i do not expect fresh towels or the bed to be made. however some top ups of tea and coffee would have been nice. especially the sugar. The WI Fi was terrible and my partner could not even access it at times.

Good off street parking Plenty of uht milks in fridge Great water pressure in shower Close to the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We booked three rooms, and every single one had issues. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable. There were blood stains on the toilet paper, the toilets were not properly cleaned, and the air conditioning filters were visibly dirty. The rooms also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay very unpleasant. When we tried to raise the issue of the blood-stained toilet paper with reception, there was a language barrier, and we were unable to effectively communicate the problem or get help. On top of this, the air conditioning in 2 rooms didn’t work, the TV reception was poor in all rooms , and the rooms looked nothing like the photos online, which were very misleading. To make matters worse, there were residents individuals sitting outside near our doorways of rooms, which made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, this was a negative experience across all rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay there again. Owners appear to be trying to run the motel but are unaware of the acceptable standards expected in small country town motels. It is listed as budget accommodation but even that has standards. Gardens overgrown and dead plants abound.

The windows didn’t shut properly and the room stunk from smokers outside. Had to wait for someone to come back when we checked in because the person had left the premises.

• Luke (3/5): - The bathroom was disgusting. after a long drive i wanted a shower but dare not use the shower as it was filthy. Had holes and mold all through the grout. The window screens were falling off so could not leave the window open and the blinds did not cover the windows properly. Its also on the main road and heard trucks using exhaust brakes all night (not the motels fault but still annoying)

Pool area very old, uneven pavers etc. Walk way between rooms very unkept. Littered with people’s belongings (we’re outside the room for our whole stay) and full ash trays.
