Simone (7/5): - Direkt am Strand Dusche ist im Zimmer Wasserdruck ist in der Nebensaison so niedrig dass man Wasserhahn und Dusche gleichzeitig laufen lassen muss - damit warmes Wasser im nicht so vorhandenen Druck raus kommt - scheint aber ein Problem im ganzen Haus zu sein

Winfried (9/5): Ideale Strandlage - Für einen Strandurlaub ideale Lage. Sauberer breiter Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Anfang Oktober war aber fast alles schon geschlossen. Die Pizzeria und das Restaurant, zu denen das B&B gehört, ist jedoch geöffnet und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Kein Fahrstuhl, Gepäck muss man durchs Treppenhaus bis zur 3.Etage schleppen.

Aleksandr (10/5): Замечательный B&B, цена приемлемая за такой номер с видом на море на первой береговой линии. Отдельно хочу отметить - Прекрасный номер, чистый, с хорошим ремонтом. Вид на море с балкона просто шикарный! Уборка в номере и чистое белое белье и полотенца каждый день.

Sibilla (3/5): Andrebbe messo in risalto che la struttura è al quarto piano senza ascensore - Posizione con vista sul mare Quarto piano senza ascensore, difficoltà con l acqua calda, per fare check in e colazione bisogna allontanarsi dalla struttura per recarsi al ristorante del proprietario. Non è comoda come struttura

Werner (9/5): Wir waren 3 Nächte im Haus und waren sehr zufrieden… - Die Lage ist Top… Mitten im Zentrum …die Strandpromenade vor der Haustür…. die Aussicht ist Top Strand und Meer beim aufwachen, das Frühstück ist im Familien Restaurant… ausreichend und italienisch.
Imma Iannace (10/5): Tutto bene - Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma siamo stati molto bene, la camera è accogliente, ottima la posizione (perfetta per passeggiare sul lungomare e andare in spiaggia) e colazione buonissima. Ho anche apprezzato trovare un buon asciugacapelli. La comodità è quella di avere anche il supermercato nello stesso edificio. Ultimo piano senza ascensore
Maria (6/5): Good value for money - Breakfast was very good (for those who like typically-sweet Italian breakfasts. Staff were very nice and accommodating also! They should leave more than only one roll of toilet paper per day. We once run out of it and the cleaner would sometimes leave us with half a roll for a whole day. There should be some hangers to hang wet towels and other things in the bedroom. Also, the fridge was working but you can't regulate the temperature and it was extremely cold. A great deal of our food got wasted, unfortunately.
Andra (9/5): Recommend - -very close to the beach -sea view -the guy who gave us the keys was very friendly, he explained to us everything, he even helped us to find a free parking space -very clean, everyday new bed sheets, towels -air conditioner -balcony -the breakfast waitresses were very bored and not friendly at all -you can find a free parking space if you’re lucky enough -same breakfast every day

Anibrata (9/5): Great stay, will return always. - The room was great, just that there were no elevators to carry our bags. Plan to travel lighter. Apart from that, the location of the room is exceptional. There are great restaurants and awesome beaches absolutely at a stone's throw. A departmental store at the backside of the building. A great Michelin-star restaurant about 150m from the restaurant where you have your breakfast. The view is unparalleled. Only one: The apartment is on the top floor (3rd), and there isn't any elevator. The AC wasn't really powerful, so it should be checked soon.

G (6/5): Nettes B&B, aber... - Das Zimmer im B&B Bellavista war im großen und ganzen wie in der Beschreibung (nur die Flasche Wasser die man "Gratis" im Kühlschrank finden sollte fehlte!) Zimmer waren ordentlich und wurde täglich sauber gemacht..Alles in ordnung! Das Caffè wo das Frühstück statt fand, war doch recht weit weg vom B&B (mehr als 200m). Das war morgens nicht wirklich angenehm.. Das Frühstück selber war sehr einseitig. Es gab jeden morgen immer das selbe..Nur süsses Gebäck..Kein Brot, Obst oder Joghurt.. Für Diabetiker oder für jmd der eine bestimmte Diät bzw Allergien hat, gab es keinerlei Auswahl. Das war für mich ein sehr großes Problem und ein negativer Aspekt. Zudem war das Personal jeden Tag unpünktlich, man stand mindestens 15 min vor verschlossener Tür..die Kellnerin war nicht wirklich freundlich zu den Gästen..Man hat sich etwas unwohl gefühlt. Im Endeffekt war das B&B in Ordnung, aber ich würde kein 2. Mal dorthin.

Mark (6/5): Clean, convenient and affordable - The B&B host Fabio was very helpful. He helped organize a tour of Matera with an English speaking guide. He sent us an SMS to be sure he was there when we arrived for an early check in. He provided an array of delicious items for breakfast, and a coffee when we arrived. The B&B was very affordable and within easy walking distance of the main site: the Sassis of Matera.
