• Cathryn (9/5): Would definitely stay here again - Super friendly and helpful 24 hour reception staff. Room was spacious and clean, luxurious towels. Our room faced the back of the property so was very quiet, but I don't think it was a busy street anyway. Short walk (5-7 mins) to Bayswater restaurants/supermarket/laundry and other shops and tube station. Same short walk to Queensway tube station and Kensington Gardens -
• Jerome (8/5): Een hotel op een toplocatie in Londen, waar we ook konden parkeren met zeer vriendelijk personeel. - Locatie is fantastisch. Je kan alle kanten op: lopend naar de markt in Notting Hill, Kensington of zelfs wel naar het centrum (mooie wandeling via Hyde Park en Buckingham Palace van een uurtje). Metro ook heel dichtbij. Daarnaast is de parkeerplaats echt ideaal! Je betaalt per nacht voor het parkeren. De receptie is 24/7 open en al het personeel was heel behulpzaam en aardig. We waren er al om 11:00 en mochten al inchecken. Daarnaast mochten we de auto op de dag van uitchecken tot in de avond laten staan. Onze kamer was wat verouderd en basic en het ontbreekt hier en daar aan wat dingen, zoals een nachtkastje of nachtlampje. Daarnaast had het bed best een hard matras. Maar voor de prijs op deze locatie vonden wij het eigenlijk allemaal best prima!

We had an issue with our room, so we're moved to another room with no hassle at all, done very smoothly, no issues.Good customer service. Area close to tube and bus links. The mattress in our room was hard as a brick, didn't sleep at all, but we did get moved the next day. No bedside lights, so had to get to your bed in pitch black.. Shower cubicle doors didnt close together so there was a slight gap, so water was getting through onto the floor. No tray in shower, so nowhere to put your toiletries apart from the floor. The scores are based on our first room, it's difficult to mark.this accurately as we had 2 rooms..The other room would be a better score.

Je recommande cet hôtel. - La localisation par rapport au centre de Londres et du centre commercial Westfield, accessibles facilement en autobus. De nombreux petits commerces et restaurants à proximité. Il y a un traiteur italien qui mérite le détour pour les amateurs ! Comme souvent à Londres, les chambres sont vraiment petites, mais pour 4 nuits cela fait l’affaire car la literie est bonne.

• Stex67 (8/5): onesto - Ottima posizione vicino a 2 fermate metro e numerosi posti dove mangiare e fare colazione. Da apprezzare il deposito bagagli gratis , personale gentile e check-in 24 ore . Abbiamo provato tutte le camere, una tripla , una doppia e una singola. Le stanze non sono grandissime ma puo' non essere un problema. Sulla doppia il letto era duro e non funziona va il fon, la singola aveva la doccia fissa e senza bidè puo' essere un problema. Il lavandino minuscolo, che non sarebbe neanche male , se non ci avessero messo sopra una mensola che impedisce di lavarsi i denti. Basterebbe spostare la mensola e il problema è risolto.

• AMANDA (6/5): Hôtel très bien situé mais un peu vétuste. - L’emplacement est parfait, station de métro proche et commerces et restaurants disponibles au bout de la rue l hôtel est propre, et le personnel agréable. La literie est affreuse, comparable à une planche de bois. Les équipements sont dans l’ensemble assez vétustes et mériteraient une rénovation pour le prix de la nuit.

• Romain (8/5): Un hôtel au calme très bien placé - Un hôtel très bien placé dans une rue au calme. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. La chambre est agréable avec un vrai lit queen size très confortable. La kitchenette et le frigo sont un vrai plus pour économiser quelques repas à l'extérieur. La chambre accuse un peu le poids des années à certains endroits (carrelage fêlé et réparé, bac de douche, peinture de la fenêtre), mais l'ensemble est très propre et entretenu !

Quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, non abbiamo avuto problemi nel tornare la notte (eravamo 2 donne). La stanza non era molto grande ma, considerando l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto, è risultata perfetta. Quando tornerò a Londra prenoterò sicuramente qui.

Had no time to mention to staff as going straight out. On returning pool of water on floor. Decided next morning to demand another room as dripping from basin all night. Management came to see and stated plumber needed. I stated that it was obvious the cleaner must have known. This was admitted!! Got an upgraded room thereafter

• Mara (9/5): Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! - Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου εξαιρετική! Πανέμορφη γειτονιά κεντρική αλλά και ήσυχη . Ανάμεσα σε 3 σταθμούς μετρό και δίπλα στο Hyde Park ,γυρίσαμε όλο το Λονδίνο! Τέλος το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Το δωμάτιο μας πολύ άνετο για εμάς και το μωρό μας. Είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν.Άλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες κάθε μέρα! Έχει ένα πολύ άνετο ασανσέρ,που ήταν μια μικρή έκπληξη για εμάς! Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε εδώ στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο Λονδίνο! Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ήταν ότι θα ήθελα λίγη παραπάνω προσοχή στην καθαριότητα,παρότι καθημερινά μας τακτοποιούσαν το δωμάτιο, το μωρό μας είχε συνεχώς πάνω του σκόνη και τρίχες από το πάτωμα. Το μπάνιο είναι όντως μικρό, αλλά χωράει μια χαρά για ένα ντους και τουαλέτα. Τέλος, το πάτωμα τρίζει ελαφρώς και ακούγεται,αλλά και οι περισσότεροι θόρυβοι ακούγονται,χωρίς όμως να μας ενοχλήσει στον ύπνο. Παρόλα αυτά είναι ένα αξιοπρεπές κατάλυμα και η τιμή του ήταν εξαιρετική για τις παροχές του!

• P.N.N (5/5): Short Stay Whilst In Between Moving Homes - The location near Queensway is very good, close to a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a good size mini fridge provided. Good sized double bed. The bathroom, particularly shower area in my room was old and the ceiling looked mouldy. I was told it was due to water from the upstairs room. The shower walls look sweaty, even after cleaning is done. Thin walls, you can hear some loud conversations and doors banging.

Otobüs ve metro durağı da yakın 3-5 dakikalık mesafede. Odanın küçük olduğunu biliyordum ama banyo gerçekten çok küçük, lavabodan ötürü klozet sığmamış rahat ergonomik bir alan değil.

• Abdul Fattah (10/5): Exceptional hospitality! - The location is walking distance to Bayswater Station, and there are plentiful of diverse food options around the area. The staff also display exceptional service, from the warmth of the reception team to the meticulousness of housekeeping. While the room is small, this is expected for London properties in general (from my understanding). Nevertheless, everything else about the amenities, service, and location of the hotel makes up for it. In summary, i would recommend family and friends visiting London to consider staying at The Royale Chulan, as well as return here myself if I am back in London!

Elke dag werden de bedden netjes opgemaakt, dat was erg fijn. De ‘badkamer’. Oud schimmel bij de douche en erg klein. De kamer was erg gehorig.

Location was great for city accessibility (or it would have been if there weren't tube strikes) and there's plenty of food within walking distance. The rooms and hotel are a little dated but for the money you're paying they're good enough. Odd room layout. We did not need a dining table in a twin share room. There would have been a lot more room to move with a smaller table! No ventilation at all in our bathroom.

• Caz (4/5): Construction in the room next to us - Close to main road with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was very small. We're both disabled and really struggled to get round the bed there was very little room between bed and wall. Within hours of us arriving, there was work going on in the room next to us. Along with the sound of drilling, there was also loud music from the worker in the room. We were told the work would be finished the next day, but it was still happening until the day before we left. I did complain at the time. I asked if we could move rooms, but because we were both disabled, there wasn't another suitable room. We were given a £30 refund, which I only accepted because we were about to get the taxi. I wouldn't recommend this place to to disabled people as the rooms are very small, if you have difficulty walking, don't go here, the space between the wall and the bed is very narrow. There were no bedside lamps in the room, no chairs or information about the hotel and things to do. I wouldn't trust the hobs in the rooms, I would have preferred a microwave as it is very limited as to what can be cooked with only two hobs. There was not enough tea and milk, there was only 4 sachets of white and brown sugar. For the price we paid, I would've expected more choice.

Nezih bir mahallede metro hatlarına çok yakın ayrıca otele yakın çok fazla yemek seçeneği var. Oda gayet büyüktü. Temizlik fena değildi. Odada buzdolabı ve mikrodalga fırın vardı. Ayrıca Ütü vardı . O bölgede fiyat performans olarak en iyi otel diyebiliriz. Otel genel olarak temiz görünse de detay temizlik noktasında eksiklikler vardı. Yorgan kılıfı değiştirilirse de yorganın içinde çok fazla insan kılı vardı.

La pulizia è stata fatta giornalmente e il personale al ricevimento è stato molto disponibile. Il bagno piuttosto piccolo ma per chi non ha esigenze particolari può essere accettabile.
