• Gaylord (5/5): Magnifique cadre et belles installations, mais accueil, service et restauration très décevants. - La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale, avec une magnifique vue et un environnement très calme. Les chambres sont confortables, les lits agréables et les installations de qualité. La piscine est également agréable, même si elle n’était malheureusement pas chauffée Le gros point négatif concerne clairement le personnel. À part le maître-nageur, qui était sympathique, l’ensemble du staff s’est montré froid, peu accueillant et sans aucune empathie. Mention spéciale à la patronne, dont l’attitude a été particulièrement désagréable durant notre séjour. L’ambiance du restaurant est également très froide et peu chaleureuse, autant par la décoration que par l’atmosphère générale, presque glauque. Prendre le petit-déjeuner dans cet environnement n’était vraiment pas agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est d’ailleurs très décevant : produits industriels, peu de choix et qualité médiocre. Le dernier jour, nous avons préféré aller déjeuner ailleurs. Autre point négatif : la piscine n’était pas chauffée, l’eau était donc très froide et peu agréable. Pour le prix demandé, il existe clairement de meilleurs établissements dans la région. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel.

• Michaela (4/5): Nicht nochmal! - Lediglich die Aussicht von der Terrasse war toll! Hatten spontan ein Zimmer gebucht. Laut booking.com war als einziges Zimmer ein Familienzimmer frei. Haben dementsprechend auch dafür bezahlt. Als wir an kamen hat der junge Mann an der Rezeption erst mal unfreundlich gesagt, dass sie keine Buchungen für heute haben. Erst als ich ihm die Email gezeigt habe, hat er reagiert. Aber ein Familienzimmer für nur 2 Personen hat er nicht. Haben dein ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss bekommen. Unterhalb der Küche. Sehr laut. Die Arbeiten waren furchtbar. Man hat jede einzelne Feder gespürt. Uns hat aber von Anfang an der unfreundliche Empfang geärgert !!!!! Und dass wir nicht das Zimmer bekommen haben für das wir bezahlt haben.

Le serveur n’a pas été à la hauteur. Un plat de friture immangeable... petits poissons bourrés d'arêtes... il aurait été commerçant de proposer à changer le plat. Il a simplement proposé d’"eplucher" poissons et crevettes pour nous. Les arêtes et carapaces étaient toujours là. Nous avons compris pourquoi nous étions les seuls à dîner .. les autres clients étant partis sur San Vito lo Capo...

Endlessly captivated by the surroundings of the hotel. The place tends to be somewhat noisy, particularly because during the first two nights we stayed in the basement room situated directly below the restaurant kitchen, which contributed to the overall noise level.

• Barbara (8/5): - Das Frühstück war hervorragend, besonders die Auswahl aus mehreren frisch gebackenen Kuchen, die vorzüglich schmeckten war beeindruckend! Die Lage ist herrlich, gut um in Ruhe am Meer zu spazieren und die Küste zu genießen. Es war kalt im Zimmer. Ich wollte zum Meer spazieren, die Tür für den direkten Weg war versperrt. Vielleicht hätte ich einen Schlüssel an der Rezeption bekommen? So bin ich an der Straße rundherum gegangen. Das war zwar ein weiterer Weg aber mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken aufs Meer und sehr ruhig. Eine wunderschöne Lage!

• JONATHAN (10/5): A lovely location - The hotel is situated in a beautiful location on the coast . The staff were always polite and helpful and always went out of their way to help . The rooms were comfortable and had everything you needed cleaned daily. Breakfast had plenty of choice . It's important to hire a car as the hotel is isolated.

• Tim (8/5): Tolle Lage, sonst aber einige Schwächen. - Die tolle Lage mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, es war aber alles sauber und recht gut gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ok, leider muss man früh da sein, da manche Sachen später nicht mehr aufgefüllt werden. Unser Zimmer war im Souterrain, der Meerblick war dementsprechend eingeschränkt, außerdem hat es im Flur leider immer etwas modrig gerochen. Die Chefin tut sich schwer ihren Gästen den Eindruck zu vermitteln dass sie willkommen sind.

They also offered their homemade jams, granola, and desserts. The furnishings in the room are somewhat outdated, and both the blanket and the bed have an unpleasant smell.

Personale disponibile e flessibile per quanto riguarda l’ora di arrivo. Prezzi almeno in bassa stagioni per quanto riguarda pernottamento più che onesti. In se bella idea che combina il teatro con l’arredamento ma ci sono troppi oggetti in giro che danno alla sala da pranzo un aspetto di uno sgabuzzino brocante. Stanze ampie ma buie, menu troppo caro.

• Amelie (9/5): - Die Lage ist traumhaft, mit super Ausblick und in der Nähe von Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Die Zimmer sind groß. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Balkon der Zimmer ist klein und im Hochparterre , sodass wenig Licht hinkommt. Der Pool hat etwas kurze Öffnungszeiten.

Per i giovani potrebbe essere estemporaneo e superato ma io mi sono immerso in uno stato di benessere. La camera era piccolina e troppo piena di mobili diciamo "vintage" ma molto piacevoli, il balconcino con vista mare, accessoriato di sedie è stata una chicca inattesa. Il bagno nella norma e pulito. Ottima la colazione, non tantissima varietà ma di qualità. Lo staff simpatico e accogliente, la signora Marilù la proprietaria, simpatica e disponibile Nulla da evidenziare

• Thiago (8/5): Bon séjour. - La vue sur la plage est magnifique, l’hôtel est beau mais avec une deco vintage. J’adore, mais peut être différents. L’accueille et la dame de la réception est très attentive, accueillante et ouverte. Le lit pouvait être plus confortable. La cuisine est très bonne et la qualité prix est correcte, mais il y a très peu dans l’assiette. Malheureusement.

• Anna (8/5): Obikt na uboczu z uroczym widokiem, miła obsługa - Widok na Zatokę i morze jest wspaniały. Smaczne śniadanie. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu, ale myślę że gorące dni byłby super. Obiekt znajduje się jakieś 10 minut jazdy samochodem od miasteczka więc trzeba być na to przygotowanym, niestety restauracja w obiekcie nie działała.

• Kimberly (9/5): Unique, attractive hotel, lovely, quiet location, excellent food and staff. - This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I wanted to book out of town, as my husband and I prefer quiet. Lovely, quiet hotel reflecting the owner’s personality. Gorgeous location with view of ocean and mountains. Excellent food, we had 2 dinners and several breakfast buffets. Homemade quiches and cakes with breakfasts, which can be eaten at the terrace tables. Marilú, the owner has fascinating collections of her grandfather’s (?) puppets and backdrops, as well as china, cats, and other memorabilia from her time in the theater. She explained some to me, but my Italian is non existent. Loved the amberjack, and chocolate soufflé with cinnamon gelato was so amazing I’m going to attempt a chocolate soufflé at home. We had a patio room, very nice to relax outside, and there were paths around. Good towels, comfortable if firm bed, typically flat European pillows. Nice sized room with a desk and a couple chairs, plenty of storage. The Sicilian red orange juice is delicious. Lovely, huge pool area and lots of outdoor space and a large indoor common room. Great staff. The staff would make you an espresso or macchiato on request, but the brewed American style coffee available in a pot on a heating pad, which I prefer, was always burnt tasting. Plus having milk in a small pitcher for the Americans who prefer it would be nice. I asked at the bar, and always got some, but I like my coffee right away before I start dealing with people. Also, I have this complaint of several Sicilian hotels - no window or door screens, but if left open, we got flies, gnats, and mosquitoes in the room. So room got stuffy at night. I don’t see screens on most homes either, so it’s a cultural thing, and perhaps I don’t know how things are supposed to work. We tried keeping the door open with curtains closed and that was not effective. It was October, so maybe the flies were trying especially hard to get inside for the winter as they do in the fall in the U.S., and are more of a seasonal problem. A standing fan would be appreciated. Finally, the air freshener in the hall was overwhelming. We did not swim, but had purchased a swim cap at Decathlon in advance for 2 euros.

Kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf eine Mauer. Einige Zimmer liegen direkt unter der Küche. Morgens und Nachmittags bis am Abend Lärm. Lieber ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite buchen.
• Jari (8/5): Rauhallista oleskelua hienoissa maisemissa - Hyvä sijainti, mutta auto välttämätön. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Rauhallinen paikka. Kivat maisemat. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maistuva. Uima-altaan käyttö jäi hieman epäselväksi. Rajoitettu ajallisesti ja vaatimuksena uimalakki.

• Lucie (10/5): - Osobní přístup. Cítili jsme se zde opravdu skvěle! Báječná večeře na terase. Hotel má duši díky majitelce.

• Eva (7/5): Tolle Lage, Hotrl selbst etwas schrullig, Personal von total nett bis total bocklos alles dabei. - Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und Berge ist traumhaft. Man kann auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Sehr viel Deko, Marionetten und viel Kram der rumsteht. Hat sicher seine Geschichte, ich persönlich hätte es nicht gebraucht.
• Susanne (10/5): - Schönes kleines Hotel mit fantastischem Ausblick. Hatten das Glück ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen und hatten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Restaurant sehr gut mit Blick aufs Meer. Frühstücksbuffett mit großer Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Nicht weit zu einer Badebucht mit klarem Wasser. Sehr nette Inhaberin. Alles gut 👍

• Obser (9/5): Fast alles perfekt. - Die Einrichtung des Hauses war mal etwas ganz besonderes. Nicht so steril wie viele Hotels. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Super Aussicht auf das Meer! Es musste am Pool eine Bademütze getragen werden.

• Hugo (9/5): Cadre splendide à l’écart de la station balnéaire de San Vito Lo Capo : Super séjour ! - Nous avons adoré le cadre de l’hôtel avec sa magnifique vue sur la mer, la gentillesse du personnel à l’écoute et aux petits soins ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec ses gâteaux maisons (ils nous ont préparé spécialement du chocolat chaud italien !). Le restaurant est également très bon avec son super coucher de soleil. L’insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer malheureusement. Nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir eu la piscine fermée pour maintenance une journée entière, la seule journée où nous pouvions nous baigner.

Unser Zimmer war extrem voll gestellt- dadurch wirkte es kleiner als es war. Frühstück war ok- nachlegen war jetzt nicht ihr größtes - man musste nachfragen- da fehlte mir die Aufmerksamkeit

• Norbert (8/5): - Sehr schöne Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Küche. Das Hotel ist nicht behindertengerecht. Treppen haben keine Handläufe und sind mit Blumentöpfen und Figuren vollgestellt. Echte Stolpersteine!

• Martin_3047 (9/5): - Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, ausgezeichnete Küche. Wunderschöne Stimmung beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse. Das Zimmer ist eher klein ausgemessen, aber originell eingerichtet.

• Dominic (10/5): Délicieux et reposant - Un lieu calme et agréable, avec une nourriture excellente. L’emplacement est idéal et très commode, parfait pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est dévoué et toujours attentif, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Seul petit bémol (mais rien de grave!) : la piscine est magnifique mais ses horaires un peu contraignants, dommage de ne pas pouvoir en profiter davantage.
