- Hugo (5/5): Not the best stay - No complaints about the place which is comfortable, and the price-quality ratio is good for the town The reception staff were cold and unhelpful, not focused on problem-solving It's NOT possible to pay by card; you must have cash in US dollars. This is completely absurd for an international hostel, especially since card payments are accepted everywhere else in the city. No other solution was offered to me for this. There's no water in this hostel, not even at the bar, except for a water fountain that only works when you buy a $10 water bottle with limited refilling (!) The goal is simply to make you pay under the guise of recycling. It's better to go to the supermarket where you can also recycle for much less. The hostel is far from everything, and it takes about 30 minutes/2 km to reach the "city center". It's impossible to walk outside after dark because of the animals. The internet connection is mediocre and cuts out regularly.

The room did not have windows, only small holes on the wall, it was dark during the day. I must say the fan did help a bit, but it was just too hot.

- Anna (6/5): - We were 10 people and we all stayed in the camp site with our campers and 1 car with 2 rooftop tents. The camp site is VERY small and cramped and the place is also quite out of the town centre and the Vic Falls itself. The staff is friendly though and certainly the young man who prepared for us all a braai for supper is very helpful and nice. I am sure there are better places in Vic Falls if one wants to camp.

- SANG YOUB (10/5): - 빅토리아폴스 지역의 터무니없는 숙박비를 생각하면 가성비가 좋음. 시설도 나쁘지 않고 최대한 깨끗하게 유지하는 곳임. 개별 짐 보관 시설이 없고 프런트 앞에 로커에 짐을 따로 보관해야 함.(열쇠 필수) 귀중품 보관함은 따로 있음. 에어콘은 없고, 선풍기만 있으며, 습도가 높은 지역이라 빨래가 마르지 않으며, 방도 항상 습하다는 느낌이 있음. (깨끗하게 유지되기는 함) 가격 대비 결코 나쁘지 않음. 위치는 약간 외진 곳에 있으나 다니기에 나쁘지 않음.

The reception staff is a bit cold and also the chef for the restaurant is sometimes not there so you have to manage your own food. They also don’t tell the exact prices. We zagen twee olifanten en een buffel in de straat rond 20u. Dat was heel speciaal!! Maar let dus op! Weinig ruimte om te kamperen, is op de parking en er is redelijk wat lawaai. Misschien enkele plekken minder aanbieden en meer ruimte?

Dazu gibt auch noch einen Gratisparkplatz. Leicht per Auto erreichbar. Nur beschränktes Dinnerangebot. Zu Fuß etwas abgelegen.

When i was picked up after dinner we saw kudu and other animals from the car which was great!.loved the swimming pool and kitchen area. There was unfortunately a really noisy drunken group of men on the second night i was there which was really.unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. Stayed in my room but was a shame they were so noisy- singing, fighting etc. The owner really tried to sort them out but it definitely ruined the experience for me a bit. Obviously this is hopefully a one off!

The place is really lovely, close to everything and had lovely amenities like the pool and stocked kitchen. They truly thought of everything. Our tent was next to the general workers communal area and the noise from that place was extremely disturbing. Screaming/shouting/laughing. Couldn’t get any sleep/rest during the day when we arrived and the noise started as early as 06am! Politely asked them to keep it town twice with no improvement till I gave up! I would go back but I wouldn’t pick that tent.

- Palomastetceballos97 (8/5): - We konden onze grote 4x4 binnen de hekken parkeren. Het is een mooie locatie en we werden vriendelijke ontvangen. Onze kamer was precies zoals omschreven; ruim en twee aparte bedden met klamboe. De wc en douche zaten om de hoek en waren simpel maar schoon. Het zwembad is heerlijk, er is een keuken aanwezig met grote tafel en je kan heerlijk schaken met zelfgemaakte schaakstukken. We konden ook nog mooie craft souvenirs kopen. In de avond was de keuken gesloten maar de eigenaar heeft ons geholpen en pizza besteld. Aanrader!

- Lysann (6/5): Für Camper nicht das richtige Hostel - Großer Bereich zum Kochen, Sitzen und am Pool liegen Wir hatten den Stellplatz für unseren 4x4 mit Dachzelt gebucht, leider fehlt dabei hier jeder Charme. Mehr als eine schmale Parklücke darf man nicht erwarten und die eine Dusche hat bei uns nicht funktioniert, die man mit allen anderen Campern teilt. Schade! Mit richtigem Zimmer sicher empfehlenswert, für das Campen nicht.

- Gary (10/5): - We stayed in a standard double. It was tight for room but bed very comfortable. Pool was nice just to cool off because we hit the hot period. The internet worked very well. Tent was way too hot even with a fan during the day but cooled off nicely around 8-9pm. Bathroom facilities were not so nice/ipdated. No hot water when we came but because of the heat, that was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Airport pick-up went smoothly. Didn’t use the kitchen self-help but others did. If they upgraded the bathroom facilities and made dining here easier (no hour limit to let them k ow for dining), it would be uniformly nice.

- Aitor (8/5): - Está bien. Es práctico y funcional. De las pocas cosas que merecen la pena en Victoria Falls si no quieres dejarte mogollón de dinero. Tiene piscina y cocina compartida totalmente equipada. Si quéreis hacer alguna actividad mejor que vayáis al centro de la ciudad que está a 15 minutos y negociar con alguna agencia. Aquí los precios son más elevados. Al igual que con los taxis, nos dijeron 60 dolares al aeropuerto y tras decirles que no, nos hicieron una “oferta especial” de 45€. Mejor que pidáis el contacto de algún taxi local a gente de la ciudad, ya que nos cobró 30 dolares.
