• Ashley (10/5): Everything was great! Definitely will be back again - I loved that it wasn’t on a busy road and had an open field on the front where dogs or kids could run around. I also loved how the staff was super kind and was clean. The only thing that wasn’t up to par for my liking was the beds, they were decently comfy, just a bit firm. But that’s just me, otherwise I think everything was great!

• K2616XYmatthewd (10/5): Best Experience in Minneapolis To Date! - Overall, this was an excellent stay and one of the better hotel experiences I have had in quite some time. As a military member who travels regularly and comes to the Minneapolis area about once a month, I stay in many different hotels throughout the year, and the level of professionalism, hospitality, and genuine kindness shown by the staff at this Hyatt truly stood out. From the moment I arrived through check-out, the team made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Small things — acknowledging guests immediately, offering assistance proactively, and simply treating people with kindness and professionalism — make a huge difference, and your staff absolutely delivered that experience during my stay. Because of this experience, I fully plan on staying at the Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis again when I return in June, and I would absolutely recommend this property to others traveling to the area. Please pass along my appreciation to the front desk team and leadership for creating such a positive experience.
• 438tiffanyv (8/5): Great Location - close to the airport and MOA. - Was very surprised at how close this hotel was to the airport and MOA. You could literally see the Delta terminal from the room. Its quiet and in a nice area. Food is expensive here though. We went next door for breakfast instead. Also a warning that ice and microwaves are on other floors and not in your room or on your floor. Plus cost to park in a parking lot that is really more of a money grab since they have a huge parking lot to accommodate all guests. Overall, I would probably stay here again due to location. This was our first time in Minneapolis and just went with what was convenient.

No water is provided in the room so we had to head back down to get some. Didn't provide breakfast voucher nor did they mention that the breakfast is not buffet. The next day I almost paid for my breakfast until the waiter mentioned that you can get free breakfast voucher at the front desk if you are a globalist. On top of that room service is extremely slow. I asked for new towels before I jumped in shower. But we only got it after my husband made two more calls and complaint that I have been standing in the bathroom all wet for 15 minutes. Overall would not recommend this garbage hotel.

• robbor2024 (4/5): Don't bother coming here - Curtains did not close properly (so light shine through) Housekeeping was scheduled every three days, but my room was not serviced at all during my stay, even after I requested it The bedding quality was noticeably poor and not in line with what I would expect at this level Drinking water was not readily available, requiring repeated trips to reception to collect bottles At one point, the air conditioning emitted an unpleasant odour Communication with some staff members was challenging at times, which made resolving issues more difficult A couple of good things: the conference food was good and the hotel was right next to the metro so I could get around easily.

I was there for 4 nights and NEVER received a housekeeping visit. They also charged the wrong card for the entire stay. Very disappointed and frustrated. On a positive note, the food in the hotel was very good, and the location was great, next to the light rail.

• dpexyz (4/5): Not the best experience at this Hyatt - I stay at this Hyatt in Bloomington, MN the second most of any Regency. Usually the experience is rewarding. This time it was not. As a Hyatt rewards member I have always received a room upgrade, but not this time. The desk associates also couldn't answer several of my basic questions. The room was adequate, but the beds are VERY low to the ground, pillows are very flat, and the TVs are smaller sized than at other Hyatts. If you are expecting to view certain channel networks, like ABC or CNBC, they don't exist at this hotel. That was most disappointing. I will hope for a better experience if I choose to return to this location in the future.

They also have a nice little gym with very decent free weights, bikes and treadmill. There is a pool i did not use it but it looked like a nice area. The breakfast restaurant has a nice selection with decent pricing. And the bar area was very nice with a tasty drink selection.

Every one was a little thrown off due to the time change and only one elevator was working. So it took us a very long time to be able to get up or down due to the number of ppl leaving. Had all the elevators been working it would not have been such an issue. Trying to pay for the parking was horrible. First off I do not under why I need to pay to park where I am paying to stay. Then when I was trying to set that up it did not work. No l have 5 pending 1 dollar charges 9 on my credit card… it should be put in there that parking cost, and I pretty sure it did not tell us that they offered breakfast, could have told me it was going to cost…

• L5911XZlynnc (4/5): Disappointing Stay at Hyatt Regency Bloomington, MN - If you've accessibility concerns and require a room to accommodate your limitations, I do not recommend this hotel. The room was set-up for one person only. There was one chair. There was a single bar for clothing at wheelchair height with two narrow drawers for all belongings. No bedside drawers. However, the coffee machine was at standing height. The bathroom shower had a flimsy curtain which allowed water to spray over the floor yet flowed upward so never hit the floor drain. Quite an unsafe situation. Across the hall, there was a bin which was supposed to have ice but did not - no ice machine. There was a nearly unworkable microwave in the 'ice machine room'. As Minneapolis is (regularly) snowy in January, a person would expect the parking lot - which you will need to pay for - would be plowed and sanded. It was not. Pluses - wonderful front staff personnel and cleaning crew. So if you are attending as part of a conference, these teams are very helpful. Usually Hyatt Regency is a hotel that can be booked with confidence. Yet this location - in my hometown of Minneapolis - was disappointing.
• kaylink2026 (4/5): Park and fly system needs work. - The hotel was great. The park and fly not so much. It was “first come first serve” for the shuttle each half hour. Which meant at 4:30 am there were multiple families all waiting to get on small van. He loaded up luggage without counting people so people had to wait at the hotel while their luggage rode around packed to the ceiling. Also you have to drive your car to long term parking behind the shuttle which we’ve never had to do before. The whole thing was stressful and we wouldn’t stay again because of it.
• B5999THmargaretf (2/5): Vandalized vehicle - Our tires were slashed in the parking lot. There were several other vehicles that were vandalized as well. We asked if security would be elevated for the second night as we needed to replace all 4 tires that day, but nothing additional was done for us.

• Kimberly (9/5): Nice but not impressive. - Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms. No free breakfast. No free parking. Our tv would turn off and on. Repair guy did come but never did work correctly.

It was very clean and the people were very friendly. The location was close to everything. I loved it! I loved everything about it. There wasn’t nothing not to like.
