• Hany (1/5): نحتاج الى نظرة فى ادارة المكان - الموقع لطيف ويوجد خدمات كثيرة بجوار المكان نرجو من ادارة المكان النظر بعين الاعتبار للتعليق لانه يستحق افضل من ذلك. الإدارة ليست احترافية ولا يليق وضع اسم القوات المسلحة على هذا المكان. 1- الشقق تحتاج إلى صيانة. 2- يجب تواجد صيانة على مدار الساعة. من امس مساءا حتى اليوم صباحا لا يوجد مياة بالوحدة نظرا لعطل فى الماتور. 3- دخول البحر وحمام السباحة والألعاب داخل الفندق نظير رسوم إضافية وهذا غير معتاد فى الشقق الفندقيه. 4- موعد الخروج 9 صباحا وهذا ايضاً غير معتاد فى الشقق الفندقية وعادة تكون بعد 12 ظهرا.
• Mohamed (1/5): لا افكر اعادتها مره اخري - لايوجد الشقه كانت قديمه جدا والتكييف لا يعمل وكل المرافق من حمام سباحه وشاطئ برسوم

• Paul (7/5): Very pleasant but like getting into Fort Knox to check in - The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable. Lots of natural light. Two balconies.The kitchen was well-equipped. It is at the smarter end of Mamoura, a couple of minutes’ walk to the sea. Checking in took about an hour as their fax machine was down ( so too the credit card terminal!). It was all very pleasant but without my interpreter it would have been very confusing. I even had to get permission from the Army Colonel, (“protected by an amiable young, uniformed soldier armed with a rifle!”) to stay for some bizarre reason. The toilet seat fell off. The knob to convert tap to shower was missing. There is a bottled gas warehouse just behind and the noise from loading and unloading the gas canisters is persistent and obtrusive.
• Doaa (7/5): A nice day in maamoura armed forces apartment - 1- The staff were very helpful and friendly 2- Good location 3- the apartment have all facilities except Internet access 1- the floor cleanliness can be rated 6/10 2- the card of the beach should be available all over the year not only from May to 30 October

• Ahmed (5/5): Passable - I had an apartment with street and sea view which I liked a lot. It is located near the beach ⛱️. Fridge and cooker were available with a few dishes and cooking utensils. Air conditioners in the rooms were life saving from the summer heat. Clean bed sheets and covers were given. Iron and ironing board was a good add. The apartment wasn't clean, very slippery floor, the kids slipped many times. For the price paid, I expect more attention to details like there was not hand soap/ gel in the bathroom, nor something to clean the dishes with, I had to buy'em all. Broom and mob are ancient and unusable. Very loud music around the clock at the pool that centers the buildings or the cafes in the ground floor. No washing machine, nor microwave. Old furniture. The Livingroom was very hot, no air conditioner there, only in the rooms. Mattresses are uncomfortable at all, you feel the metal springs directly on your body. The worst above all was that I had to pay for the membership cards everyday to have access to the beach. Seriously, it's established in Maamoura that the beach cards usually given and included in the rent.
