Guest Reviews
- Jessica (2/5): - Don’t come here because hotel was trash and no hot water and they had roaches as well and looks like they don’t change the sheets they had smoke stains and burnt marks on them as well
- Veronica (10/5): Home away from home - Owner is so sweet and understanding.
- Arland (2/5): - Did not stay there the place was so bad we left they were spraying two matteress outside , so musty you could not breath. Must have been 400 flys in the room the smell of urine in the bathroom and crime rate was 3 time the national avg in that area
- Jeanna (2/5): Get a tetanus shot before you go… - Do NOT stay here! We couldn’t and chose it was better to leave and sleep in our car at a travel center! Very sketchy area, it is rent by the hour, day, or week. Felt like I needed to go get a tetanus shot after leaving! Evidence of bugs, dirty comforters, stains on bedding and liked like blood spatter on ceiling.. literal dirt all around on floors, corners of room were gross, nasty closet, dirty tub, very unsecure door. People yelling outside… creepy, scary, unsafe. Felt like being in an episode of NCIS or Final Destination. Keep your money… if you need a place to stay and this is it— just go to Chillicothe and stay at the Pilot travel center in your car. The manager at Pilot let us sleep in our car in their parking lot. That was a far better choice than risking our lives, our car, and bringing home creepy crawlies from this nightmare of a place. I agree with other reviewers on here— how can I give this place a NEGITIVE FOUR STARS???
- Kirtst (10/5): - Great

- Scott (2/5): - Bed bugs drugs Prostitution and micro management
- Triston (2/5): Terrified - I was scared. Left as soon as i seen the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was dirty and stinky and it had roaches
- Randall (8/5): - It was ok for the price I guess
- cheryl (4/5): Go on down the street pay a little extra - My room did not have any heat on the coldest day of the year so far. There were bugs in the bathtub.
- Sherry (8/5): - My tv didn't work went to front desk he came and fixed it right away
- Bobbie (4/5): - I liked it was close to my job, besides that nothing, dirty smells like urine., I went to take a shower and the people in other rooms was flushing the toilet and it was burning me!????
- Cassandra (6/5): - .
- Stephanie (8/5): - Good
- Dustin (2/5): - I was shocked by a plug that had a prong broken off from a light because it was shoved behind a bed and it fried my phone that I had just gotten and not even had a week
- Jalex (2/5): - Should be renovated and trashed.
- Braun (2/5): Only stay if you don’t care about quality - All I wanted was a clean place to shower and sleep when I went to check in the office smelled bad and no one was there then once I finally got my key, I got to my room and the cleaning lady is outside screaming all night because she got fired and then the clean shower I wanted the showerhead didn’t even work. A little dribble came out of it the toilet had black mold in it And the air conditioner wouldn’t even get the room down to temperature after eight hours of running I’d really like a refund
- Randall (10/5): - Was a quiet place
- William (10/5): - Very nice staff
- Joseph (8/5): - Good staff clean rooms
- Jeff (2/5): - This is a dump. Stay away.
- Stephanie (2/5): - Horrible
- Zack (2/5): - It was bad the floors were sticky and nasty
- Ashley (4/5): - Needs all new appliances I had a room where the fridge had a boot strings as the inside door handle definitely needs updated and taken care of alot better
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean comfortable room friendly staff wifi kind of sucks
- Cassandra (10/5): Great stay - Very friendly staff and very clean room. Highly recommend to stay here
- Troy (2/5): Dont - Furniture looks like out of trash dumpster. Could not get my cash deposit back because they were sleeping. Very dirty.
- Raymond (8/5): - The room was actually very nice with a very nice comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again for the price I paid. The only concern that I really had was that the bedding could've been refreshed and washed before my stay.
- Steph (10/5): - The room was clean and the air conditioning was great.
- Mandy (8/5): - Its was a good stay.
- Amanda (6/5): Meh - Our room was not very clean dirty tub floors turned feet black and they locked our door while we was out eating so we had to get them to open it. Just a bit more hassle than its worth
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bed bugs - The place had bed bugs, and when I informed the front desk, they did not seem surprised. Obviously, it wasn't news to them. That was the biggest issue, but also there were a number of amenities advertised online that were not available once I arrived, such as smoking rooms, a bar in the lobby, and a continental breakfast. Very disappointing.
- Scott (8/5): - It was clean. The pics and descriptions on Orbitz are, however, not accurate. I booked a smoking room and on entry to the premises I am meet by hand written signage forbidding smoking in the building. There was a chair outside the room with an ash tray mounted to the window lol.
- Jadian (4/5): - It was nasty
- Karen (2/5): - Dirty. Beds
- Ryan (2/5): - First room smelled like smoke. The second room was like a big cot bed. I found dead bedbugs and refused to stay there. They were nice enough to give my money back. I think people are renting rooms here. Just spend another $20 and stay somewhere else.
- Duncan (2/5): - I accept this was a budget facility and all I could find in the vicinity. However, the level of dilapidation in my room was extreme. I also had cockroaches and bedbugs!! The mattress needs to be burned immediately and a deep cleaning performed
- HeatherDawn (2/5): - It looked so bad when they pulled up that they didnt go in. Went elsewhere for a room
- Verified traveler (4/5): Only option available in an emergency - Room is nasty Sheets apeared clean but exposed wirinf lights with no shades heater couldn't keep the room warm worst mattresses and pillows ive seen in my life and I spent 6 years on the army
- Ryan (6/5): - Took about 5 minutes before someone got to the office to give us are key
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was clean overall staff was nice
- Howard (6/5): Livable - It was livable I e been in worse
- Siearra (4/5): Siearra - I made a reservation online pay for it with my card have proof one my card and the reservation number and I get to the location and he tries to get me to pay again with my card and I had to show him both accounts to be able to get my room the shower was unsatisfying I did not even want to take a shower so I did not the pillows were old and can't consider them pillows I would not recommend this place
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There were ants on the sink counter and the comode wouldnt flush
- Warre. (4/5): - Outdated but close to racetrack found a few bugs.had to go buy own pillows would not recommend
- Verified traveler (4/5): - weird guys tweeking scaring my kids and not too mention they put us in a connected room and it had no lock barely a screw keeping it closed. talk about a creepy motel. yea it had their killer gloves left on the night stand. the second room wasnt bad after i had to argue with owner to be moved. it wasnt cleaned tho. counters needed wiped down old food left in fridge. i understand a run down motel. you get what you pay for but come on it doesnt have to be broke and dirty..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The staff was helpful during check in, that wasn't the problem. The problem was the rooms. First room we actually got into had a door that wouldn't lock because it had been kicked in. After being moved to a second room that had a brand new air conditioner, it was still sweltering hot after about an hour in the room. It was after midnight and we'd been on the road for eight hours and decided to go to another hotel. There were two people on site who were very nice and tried to help, but at this point we were done. Went down to the office to get my refund and the original lady who'd checked us in wasn't there, and the lady that greeted me was very dismissive stating "I know about everything else, what's wrong now?" I told her about the air conditioner and she immediately began exclaiming that it was brand new and tried calling the gentleman who'd tried to help us with it. It wasn't until he came down and confirmed that it wasn't working properly that her attitude changed. I told her that I know it's already hot, but the room we'd moved from was already cooled down when we'd moved to the next room and we'd been in the new room for twice as long. All I wanted was to be comfortable and get some rest.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Very very outdated, old and worn towels, cigarette burned sheets, and horrible pillows. Small fridge that needed defrosting, froze what I put in despite setting it to warmest setting. Could barely even get the soap to foam...felt like just a plastic disk. They could hardly find my reservation...plus no one in office when I arrived, waited and waited, then the whole family piled out of a car and came in office. After the first night, my room was not serviced and I went to the office for dry towels. The man in the office made me walk back to my room and bring him bye use towels before he would give me some dry ones. I plan on never staying here again!
- Warren (4/5): - Not to clean no hot water1 day for what we were doing ok car race a place to lay down
- Leslie (2/5): - The room was not of good quality, old tv that didn’t work, mice poop, left after first night.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - checked 3 rooms and all were dirty, smelly, dirty sheets, falling apart, absolutely no extras like coffee or shampoo. horrible place.
- Verified traveler (6/5): First stay - It was good for the price. The bed was sinking in middle and needs me pillows. But it was in a good location. We would stay again.
- Dezerae (8/5): A nice comfortable setting to enjoy relaxation - It was nice being able to walk to the store and restraunts and being able to relax and enjoy the time off away from everyone. Anytime I go to a hotel or going to be gone for a weekend The Four Keys is where I go.
- Dezerae (10/5): Weekend get a way - I always choose to go to this hotel. It's comfortable, not too expensive, and everything is within walking distance from this hotel.
- Nicole (2/5): terrible - the room was way out of date needs to be updated.we ask them to change the bed sheets and clean the room and nothing was done.i will not stay there again nor will anyone I know
