• Anchel (9/5): Heerlijk, fijne plek! - Het was een fijne accommodatie. Schoon, fijne ligging en rustig. Het personeel is ook enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Met name Xavi heeft ons enorm goed geholpen en voorzien van goede tips. Wij misten een koffie automaat op de kamer. Die was wel beneden maar het is nog fijner om op je eigen kamer te hebben.

Clean, pretty hotel, convenient location. - Convenient location, pretty hotel, really clean I thought the gentleman at front desk reception could have been a little more helpful. I needed a charger for my phone and he said no, rather than checking with staff. In the end, I asked the cleaners and they found one for me. That’s the kind of service a receptionist/ front desk should offer in a 4 + star hotel. Also, the rooms should offer conditioner and body lotion.

• Juliana (6/5): - Even though I have booked a more expensive room, with noise cancellation windows, it was pretty loud music coming at 6 am from the coffee shop downstairs.
• Christine (8/5): Goed hotel op een mooie plek. - Lokatie is heel fijn, midden in Santa Gertrudis. Hotel is goed, prima faciliteiten. Het is toch wel heel prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Er is geen ontbijt inbegrepen, wel krijg je korting in het tentje ernaast. Zwembad op het dak is leuk maar heel klein.

• karen (8/5): good stay in a great location in Santa Gertrudis with very large rooms and a rooftop pool - Location was great in the centre of Santa Gertrudis, clean and comfortable very large rooms, nice rooftop with pool. Staff weren't always that helpful, room wasn't restocked regulary with water. The rooftop bar was not manned during the day only in the evening, nobody to ask for pool towels or drinks. Be aware that shower is not private and is in the main bedropm area

• Sylvia (8/5): Leuk en mooi hotel, goede locatie, ruime en schone kamers, goede faciliteiten - Leuk hotel, ruim opgezet, met een klein zwembad en rooftop bar. Er was geen ontbijt in het hotel, maar naast het hotel zit een erg leuk ontbijt/lunch restaurantje met een uitgebreide keuze, dat vonden we erg goed. De kamer was ruim, schoon en leuk ingericht. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het feit dat en een goed uitgeruste gym en een garage was vonden we fijn. Ligging leuk, midden in het dorp Er viel niets tegen. Het was leuk geweest als het barretje beneden bemand was geweest, dan waren we er waarcshijnlijk vaker gaan zitten

• agnese (8/5): - La posizione sicuramente è perfetta. La struttura è nuova e modera e ben arredata. La nostra camera (suite) era molto comoda e ampia, con un bel bagno, doppio lavandino e balcone. Il letto anche molto comodo. Molto ben pulito e personale gentile In piena stagione una suite costa 500 euro a notte. La nostra stanza aveva le tende rotte con due buchi e la porta della doccia e del mini bar non funzionanti. Per un prezzo del genere ci si aspetta una cura maggiore. In piú nell’hotel non c’è alcun tipo di ristorazione. Nessun bar nessuna colazione ne altro. L’hotel offre un 10% nel bar sotto che è molto carino e buono ma per una colazione di due persone (40 euro) uno sconto del 10% è veramente inutile.

• Petrus (10/5): Great stat - Great location in a charming village. Hotel is very peaceful, the roof deck provides a great escape to cool down. Rooms are comfortable, but felt a bit cramped with side views. Staff is super helpful and friendly.
• Andrew (9/5): Good value quiet hotel with great rooms in a hidden gem of a town - Just an extremely good, clean hotel in a lovely inland town. Such a good base and if you have a car you can get anywhere surprisingly quickly. Rooms spotless, quiet with good matresses. For Ibiza (crazy prices) it represented decent value also. There was very little I didn’t like. The rooms are marketed as “with X view” where I didn’t really think there were any views to be had. However, with views everywhere in Ibiza I consider this a small thing.

• Harinder (7/5): Great stay if you overlook the design flaws - Central location, design of foyer, later checkout at midday, reasonably priced, a mezzanine floor in a suite. The toilet door did not have a lock and did not close properly. The shower room design was poor. The water went everywhere, the overhead shower didn’t work, because the floor would become soaked with water, the door had swollen and would not close.

• Alice (5/5): It was great location, but offered very little service and was completely understaffed. - Great location There was barely any service people to help. I didn't find it safe. You cannot have a receptionist run everything. There was no one to help with bags. And I got followed by a stranger in the building in the middle of the night and there is absolutely no security and no one to keep residences safe.

• Christian (10/5): the easy location to enjoy a laid back vacation - I love the location it is one of my favs on the island. You have so many restaurants which are easy to access, walking distance. You are located just perfectly to access many amenities, by car. The top roof pool/bar helps to recover from hot days and/or when you feel lazy.

• Lucy (7/5): Lovely hotel but your rates are too high - It is a lovely small hotel and the staff were really really nice I think it is a bit priced 300 euros per night and no breakfast. Our room had a slight smell of drains too but that I could’ve overlooked if it was a bit cheaper a night and breakfast.
