La cucina inutilizzabile,con mobili vecchi e poco igienici, il condizionatore non funzionante, nonostante il periodo invernale, per cui abbiamo sofferto il freddo.Colazione deludente , non includeva nessuna bevanda. Il personale poco accogliente. Assolutamente da evitare.

Det fanns många saker som var trasiga, och det hade uppstått en vattenläcka i både toaletten och köket som vi inte visste hur vi skulle åtgärda. Därför kändes det som att lägenheten/hotellet inte stämde överens med beskrivningen. Dessutom var kommunikationen på engelska svår när vi behövde hjälp. Trots att personalen försökte hjälpa till var det ändå svårt att göra sig förstådd. Ett av skåpen var mycket löst och innebar en allvarlig säkerhetsrisk för barnet.

• Daniela (1/5): Unbearable… in fact I left - Nothing!! The place was horrendous: I left my luggage in the room while I was looking for a decent place to stay in. Staff unaware of what to do and not collaborative at all. Rooms crap and dirty, totally different from booking.com pictures and description. Everything … I had to pay my booking but I left in about an hour and they didn’t want to refund me either despite I didn’t use the room.

• Ayman (1/5): Avoid. - Parking. The pictures shown are not of the apartments available for booking through Booking.com. The property claims they requested Booking.com to remove these photos. In reality, the bathrooms leak, there is no proper maintenance, and cleaning is neglected.

• Jasmin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was nice and clean hotel. And the location is the best. Our room was in 8th floor and the view was so nice to the ocean. Everything was fine and clean.
• Kirolos (7/5): Nice place if you are looking for a family apartment for a stay , don't expect it as a real hotel. - Reception staff are amazing (especially Mme. Hilana and Mr. Mostafa) Miss. Hilana tried her best to fix any problem, and at some point, she was helping more than 3 clients at the same time in a very professional way, very special person working with every guest to ensure they have no problems. One of the best experiences I had ever with such a customer service, also Mr. Mostafa worked hard to ensure we were fully satisfied. The reception customer service overall is one of the best. The location as well is very convenient and easy to access , the rooms are spacious and have everything you might need as a family. The included breakfast is such a joke, It's not a buffet but a set menu with 3 options, Me and my family picked different options during our first (and only visit to the restaurant) All the items are really cold, tasteless, and very poor quality, no drinks included 😃 After we finished the breakfast with barely eating a few bites we left, no body asking why we didn't like the food or so, but the lady just followed us asking for the drinks bill price, We told her our room number and that we are staying 10 nights here, so we will be back or simply to add the costs to the room . The same night at 12:43 a.m., the door knocked at the room, and they are asking for the pay (after midnight) Very bad experience. We never visited them again and instead used the restaurants around. Another bad experience during our first day and after 1 hour checking in, 2 guys came to the room to change some lights for outside decorations or whatever and kept screaming to each other from the balcony with no care that there is a family just came from a long flight and I had to literally kick them out. The bad thing as well is that the balconies have almost zero insulation, so it's hard to have a quiet time for sleep even at 3 am.
• Mohammad (2/5): Extremely overrated place - Breakfast was OK, with option to have it in your room with extra charge. Rooms were big, so it will accommodate an average family with ease. Room was not clean, noticeable dust everywhere. Bathroom smell was horrible, we poured full bottle of clorex and smell still there. Night receptionist was polite and helpful, but morning receptionists who were one guy and 2 girls are far from professional. They keep laughing loud while talking to each other while guests are being served, very rude. Overall the hotel is extrmely overrated, it does not deserve quarter the price they charge. And be aware that number of rooms that are dedicated to booking.com is only 4 rooms, I booked a room with full sea view to be surprised that the only room left is side view. I was planning to stay for at least 5 days in the hotel, but I stayed with my family for only 1 night and ran away, and yes I am glad that I did..

• Hazem (7/5): Our stay was just ok. Only Ladies in the reception desk were friendly, others were not! - Location, clean No liquid hand was soap. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly. Called 10.55 am to get breakfast in the room, after one hour they said were are sorry. It will be ready soon. Remote control battery ran out ((before using them), they said the batteries will be replaced soon, but they never until I called them twice and replaced them in the next day of our stay. Wifi access was not given to us until the evening as they said it needs to be fixed. while we’re talking to the guy in the reception and showing him our dissatisfaction, he gave us the password for the WiFi !!

(10/5): Overall, It was an amazing experience! - The staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to almost everything, the apartments are extremely clean with an amazing view of the ocean, very strict with everyone entering the residence other than residents which makes it ultra safe! Overall, such a wonderful place to stay! Honestly? Nothing. Anything that was a concern for me and my family was addressed in the beginning before checking in and it was well handled by the staff.

• Ossam (6/5): Nice Location, Poor staff and Poor Facilities - I have stayed two night in the the hotel. First impression was not good at all. the hotel is directly on the Cornish, but I have not spotted it because it has no name shown on the 11 story building..!! What makes it even worse, I tried to call the hotel on the number provided by Expedia, and it was one of the staff own personal mobile phone, and the irony is that guy didn't know how to guide me and didn't know what the building looks like or its colour :D Anyway, the location is great, beach access is amazing. Parking is always tricky so make sure you get the parking card from reception. All hotel have basic services so don't expect to be treated like a guest :D At the two doors of the hotel you will find two fully armed soldiers with a kalashnikov, don't panik it for for your safety as this is an Army hotel :D
