• Verified traveler (6/5): 自然環境、温泉、露天風呂は最高だが… - 周囲の自然環境、温泉、露天風呂は最高。ただし、ホテル併設の温泉は住民の近場日帰り温泉的な役割も同時に果たしているため、フロント、浴場がやや混雑しており、純粋な宿泊施設としてのホテル的には今一つでした。
• Tomoe (4/5): - ホテルに着き、部屋が遠く母を車椅子に乗せて車椅子を押しながら荷物（液体の薬💊衣類など）を運ぶのが手首が腱鞘炎になるかと思いました。今回学んだ事は荷物はあとから運ぶべきだと思いました。良い勉強をさせて貰いありがたかたかたっです。 食事とお風呂は対応が良かったです。
• Don (6/5): - 地點偏僻，往市中心駕車要十五分鐘，被編配房間在一樓，正正在地下，必須關上窗簾，行人及停車場就在窗外，當時要求更換巳沒房間，最好在預訂房間時要求在較高樓層，值得一提房間空間很好，設備也先進，溫泉景色一般，本來預期地點偏僻露天風呂會不錯，但有點失望。

• hae woong (8/5): 다인의 가족이 온다면 코티지 강추 - 대설살 - 비에이 일정에서 하나카쿠라 코티지를 이용했어요 2년전엔 이반 호텔객실도 이용해서 다시찾았습니다. 여기는 일본사람들이 주로오는 호텔인거 같아요 온천수질은 보통이지만 대설산 전망이 아주 좋고 남 여 탕이 대칭을 이뤄 좋습니다 코티지는 1층에 있는 석유곤로는 냄세나니 사용하지 마세요 벽걸이 냉난방기 난방모드로 돌리시면 됩니다. 코티지 분위기 있고 가족끼리 호텔아닌 다른분위기가 나는 하루를 보낼수 있어 좋았어요 호텔은 7명이 함께 잘수 있는 곳이 거의 없잔아요 요즘 여기 바쁜지 저녁예약이 1년전부터 만석이라 못해서 아쉬웠어요 여기저녁 가이세키 맛나는데 아침은 전형적인 일본 바이킹~ 타입의 부페입니다. 가지수가 많지 않아도 정성스럽게 맛있게 만든음식 만족했습니다.
• Jiancheng (10/5): Great place! - Stayed in the cabin which includes a bath and a toilet--a rarity with these onsen type lodgings. The interior was large, with a functional kitchen. Not that you will need the kitchen since the restaurant serves good food at affordable prices. The surroundings are quaint and tranquil--hotel is situated in next to a rather large park. Used the place as a base for daisetsuzan.

• YUANFENG (8/5): 位於郊區的家庭式溫泉酒店 - 此次入住的是小木屋式，整棟可以住八個人。小木屋與本館沒有相連，如果要泡湯需走路至本館。這間飯店比較像是家庭式飯店，有別於一般飯店，位置也離市區較遠，如果喜歡大自然的應該會覺得很棒！飯店本身很乾淨、服務很好、也很安靜舒適。

• NAOYA (8/5): ロッジに泊まりました - 部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。ただ到着は最終の飛行機だったのでホテル到着が20時過になってしまい、ホテルのラストオーダー前だったのにもかかわらず、厨房の人達に急かされてゆっくりメニューを選べませんでした。ただ飛行機が大幅に遅れたわけではないため、毎回飛行機を利用すると到着時刻は同じなんだろうなと思います。そういうお客様もあると思うので、もう少ししっかりした接遇レベルを上げた方が良いと思います。せっかくの施設価値が台無しになっていると思います。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 家族でゆったり過ごせました - 夫婦と1歳の子供の3人で、室内の貸切風呂付で二食付のプランで宿泊しました。 子供への対応: 部屋には幼児用の椅子が用意されており、また洗面所でも幼児用の登り台を、また食事の際にも幼児用の椅子が事前に用意されており、非常に助かりました。 部屋: 非常に綺麗に清掃されており、快適に過ごせました。貸切露天風呂付の部屋で、ゆったり気持ち良く利用出来ました。 大浴場: 深夜時間を除き、利用出来るため利便性が非常に高かった。炭酸風呂や低温風呂、露天風呂など5つ程の風呂があり露天風呂からの見晴らしも良く、ゆったり過ごせました。 食事: 夕飯は、コース懐石で、高級という食材ではないものの、手作りの野菜や魚料理が一品一品丁寧に作られておりとても美味しかったです。朝食も和食メインのビュッフェで種類も多くとても美味しく頂きました。
• YANGGEUN (8/5): 야외욕장이 좋은 현지 가족들의 쉼터느낌 - 단순 온천과 숙박이 목적이시라면 다른 숙소가 낫습니다. 일찍 가셔서 주위에 조성된 레일바이크, 애들이 뛰어놀수있는 넓은 잔디밭과 공원은 최고입니다. 저녁식사는 한국의 찜질방같이 푸드코트느낌의 식당이 전부인데, 현지사람들이 주말에 즐기는 곳이라 그런지 사람이 많아 웨이팅이 길었습니다. 저녁식사를 하시고 가시길 추천합니다. 룸컨디션은 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다.

• min-kyung (10/5): - 해도빨리지고 눈도 엄청오는날이었음. 주차장은 밤새 내린눈때문에 미니 포크레인으로 눈을 치우고있을정도~ 엄청친절한 직원들과 온천덕분에 잘쉬다옴. 아침에 내 차위의 눈도 치워주는 센스~ 단... 늦게 도착하는데 식사를 하지 못했다면 도착 20분 전까지 보이는 아무식당이나 편의점이라도 털어서 갈것~~!!
• KWANGJUN (8/5): 하나카구라 숙박 후기 - 펜션 같은 곳이였는데, 아이들 만족감이 좋았습니다. 1층, 2층 침실이 있었고, 흡연실이라고는 하였지만 냄새는 없었습니다. 단지 겨울철에는 난방 문제가 좀 있습니다. 1층에서 난로로 난방을 해야해서 취침시 환풍기를 돌려야 했습니다. 밤새 난방시 냄새가 나서 환풍기 1층부터 2층까지 모두 켰습니다. 온천까지 거리는 좀 있었지만 멀지 않았고, 가격 대비 만족하며 재 방문하고 싶습니다. 조식은 괜찮았습니다. 온천에 있는 식당도 괜찮았습니다. 치킨튀김,타코야키,감자튀김 괜찮았습니다.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しました。大きな陶製のような浴槽が設置されたタイプの露天風呂でした。私には湯冷めしにくいように感じるお湯でした。旭川市街地から30分ほどしか離れていませんが、とても静かな環境です。夕食・朝食とも質・量とも抜群のコスパだと思います。 日帰り入浴もやっている施設なので、早い時間帯には大浴場が混雑しているのが唯一のマイナス点かもしれません。

• chikako (8/5): 一人旅でも家族やカップルでも快適 - 広々とした清潔な部屋でとても快適でした。玄関で靴を脱いでチェックインするので、館内では常に裸足か専用の靴下のようなものを用意してくれていましたが、私はずっと裸足で過ごしていました。廊下や部屋を素足で歩いても床の掃除が行き届いていてとても気持ち良く過ごせました。お風呂もお湯の温度が高めと低めに浴槽が分かれていたので子供連れの方も入りやすく、露天風呂がとても広くて開放感にあふれ、夜は遮るものの無い満点の空を眺めて癒されました。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 人の多いスーパー銭湯のイメージ - チェックインの際、時間より少し早く着き受付後待っていましたが、後から来た方達の方が先に部屋へ案内されたのは不思議でした。部屋は整っており窓からは紅葉が見えました。 大浴場や更衣室は客が多い為か乱雑なイメージ。 夕食時、メインを食べている最中、汁物もまだきていなくご飯もたべていないのにデザートが運ばれてきて、びっくりしました。 汁ものがまだだと言ってもデザートを下げる様子もなく、間違えたのも分からないのか気が遣えないのか接客に問題あると思いました。朝食時のヴュッフェも空のものが多く円滑に回ってない印象。

• Helena (10/5): - It was a very comfortable stay. The cottage we syayed was in a stinning location. We took a walk early morning which was wonderful. Onsen was excellent and breakfast was superb. Staff were kind.
• Florence (10/5): Surprising pleasant stay - Surprising nice, clean and comfortable cottage for 5. The bed was a bit hard for me, but the rest of my family have no problem, just individual preference. Just 5mins walk from main building. Staff are polite and gave clear instruction on how to get to our cottage. The hot spring onsen was a plus, 3 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pool. We arrived after dinner and left before breakfast, so unable to comment on the food. I will book the cottage again if I am going to stay in Hanakagura again.

• June (8/5): Nice resort away from the city - We had a nice experience staying in this resort. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended us some great restaurants nearby. The onsen was wonderful and the resort is surrounded by trees.
• Woody (4/5): 整體感覺不太好 - 我是看到很好的評價才預訂這間酒店，入住後感覺都不一樣。我們一行五人入住兩間傳統房間(和式榻榻米)一泊二食。 進入酒店後首先要把鞋脫掉，赤腳在大堂走到房間的感覺很不慣。我住二樓，服務員引領我們從地下搭升降機到一樓，再走一段路乘另一升降機到二樓，不能直達。房間隔音差，致電我媽時清楚聽到電話嚮鈴聲。 登記入住時服務員請我選擇晚膳時間，七時半或八時，我選擇了八時。到達時其他人都在用膳，服務員跟我們説用膳時間到九時，即只有一個鐘。是自助餐不是套餐，食物選擇很少，而且盤內剩下的食物不多，沒有的又不添加，感覺在吃剩菜，食物附近還有蒼蠅飛過，感覺很差很不爽。晚餐如此，早餐選擇更少。 浴場的浴池很小。 唯一可讚的是服務員很友善。

• DAEHUN (10/5): 가성비 좋은, 경관도 좋고 서비스도 친절한 숙소 - 코티지에서 5인 묵었습니다. 식사 도구가 잘 갖춰져 있고(전자레인지는 없습니다 ㅠㅠ) 환경도 매우 좋아서 만족합니다. 전체적으로 어둡긴 한데 운치가 있어서 좋았어요. 대욕탕도 걸어가야 하는게 귀찮아도 물도 마음에 들고 경관도 좋았습니다. 다만 렌트를 하지 않으면 이용이 불가능한 만큼 가족 단위 렌트한 손님이라면 좋겠네요.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 和式房間寬敞舒適 晚餐讓人驚豔! - 這是間無意找到的飯店.實際入住後覺得可以推薦大家可以來入住.我們選擇的是位於NEW BUILDING的和式房,房間十分寬敞而潔淨.隔音品質也相當不錯.露天浴池水質不錯.泡起來相當舒服.而且這次來入住時.完全沒有遇到外國觀光客.全都是日本當地人前來.尤其是以退休後的老人家居多.前台服務人員英文能力一般.不過態度親切.適度的透過部分肢體語言,還是可以溝通.最讓人驚豔的晚餐部分.雖然沒有辦法在房間內用餐.必須前往餐廳.但是法式風格的日式料理.吃起來相當美味.不論是擺盤.口味都在水準之上.不過對比起來.隔日的早餐就非常普通.有些令人失望啊.但整體而言.這是一次相當舒適的住宿體驗.

• YOUNG SHIN (10/5): 가성비가 아주 좋은 하나카구라 호텔 - 서비스도 좋았고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 외국인보다도 내국인들이 많이 이용하는 호텔인 것 같은데, 위치때문에 외국인들에게는 접근성이 좀 떨어져 그런것 같습니다. 가격대비 아주 훌륭한 서비스에 만족했습니다.
• ローズマリー (8/5): 森の中の静かホテル - いったん二階から食事・お風呂・お部屋に移動しなければいけなかったことは、まだ今の私(６０代)は大丈夫でしたが高齢になってからはちょっと考えてしまいます。
• Verified traveler (8/5): 사색과 휴식 온천 - 숲속에 위치한 료칸 분위기... 호텔내부 신발벗고 다녀서 좀 어색함. 온천 대욕장은 최고의 힐링. 가족끼리 조용히 사색하며 휴식하길 원하는 분들께 강력 추천~~ 대중교통보다는 렌터카 반드시 이용 필요

• Koichi (10/5): さり気ないサービスに感動 - 部屋は広くゆったりと過ごせます。露天風呂は内風呂から近いので寒い冬期でもゆっくりと楽しむ事ができます。食事の質も高く朝食の種類も多いのも魅力です。チェックアウト時には前夜から積もった車の雪がきれいに払われており、サービスレベルの高さには感心しました。 旭川市内からも近いのでお勧めです。
• Aran (8/5): Quick One Nighter for Zoo Trip - We were there less than 24 hours for a quick one night stay prior to going to the zoo. Room was clean and spacious and the food was good (ramen, udon, gyoza, ice cream, beer, etc.). My only complaint was that the food was closed too early e.g. 8:30pm. Would have been nice to have more late night options e.g. 10pm. Didn't get a chance to try to onsen.
• Darrell (8/5): - Very homely hotel with traditional Japanese values. Staff were excellent and service exceptional, as is the norm in Japan. Perfect location for snowboarding / skiing access to Asahidake / Furano by hire car as out of the city of Asahikawa.
• leo (8/5): Nice cottage - This cottage is very clean, only problem is the private osen room doesn’t provide towels.
• rachel (10/5): Wonderful set dinner, great outdoor onsen - The shuttle provided to and fro from Asahikawa Station was efficient and punctual. The dinner set was impressive and service overall was good. Not many tourists so it was peaceful and nice.
• Honma (10/5): サービス満点。 - 部屋も広く、値段も手ごろ。色々孫のため親切に配慮してくれました。感謝しています。 宴会の料理が大変おいしく、種類も多く、大変おいしかった。 お風呂もゆったりしていて快適。年寄りに加湿器も貸してくれました。 昼食のキノコうどん、花神楽ラーメンのチャーシューが厚くおいしかった。
• 절대킹카 (6/5): 일본판 부곡하와이 - 료칸이라고 생각하심 안되고 기냥 모텔에 무한정 목욕을 한다 생각하심 됩니다 온천물에서 락스 냄새가 많이 거슬립니다 가이세키는 레스토랑에서 먹는데 괜찮았어요 어른 셋 아이하나 계산 했는데 식대비용 따로 내야한다네요 전 다시 가고싶지 않네요
• Weiju (8/5): - 小木屋住起來很舒服，地點雖然較偏遠，但風景優美，非常僻靜，住起來很有家的感覺，很適合家庭旅遊的時候來此居住
• Najung (10/5): 가성비 최고의 편안한 숙소 - 5인 코티지에 가족 4명이 묵었습니다. 차를 가져갔기 때문에 아사히카와에서 숙소까지 내려가는 길은 어렵지 않았습니다. 인포메이션에서 체크인을 하고 메인건물과 조금 떨어져있는 코티지에 갔습니다. 주차하기도 편했고 2층짜리 코티지는 매우 깨끗하고 편했습니다. 온천도 자유롭게 이용할 수 있어 대설산을 보며 노천탕도 즐겼습니다. 직원분들은 더할나위없이 친절해서 아직도 기억에 남습니다. 조식뷔페가 종류도 많고 깔끔해 든든히먹고 출발할 수 있었습니다. 주변에 산책할 곳도 많아 다음엔 아예 하나카구라에서만 묵어도 좋을 것 같습니다.

• Yoon Ping (10/5): Lovely chalet - We got a chalet and it was huge for 3 of us. It was so lovely, I wished we had booked to stay for a few more nights. When I first saw the pictures, I thought it was a small, dingy hotel with a good price. When I arrive, I realised it was a much bigger hotel than I thought, and when we got to the chalet, I totally fell in love with the place. The chalet was well equipped, clean, huge and very comfortable. The only downside was there was no wifi at the chalet - only at the lobby area.
• william (8/5): love this hot spring resort! - Very good service and food, excellent place to enjoy the mountain view and private bath on balcony. However, the dinner seems to be different for foreigners and a bit less fancier.
