Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e spazioso. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e grande disponibilità delle persone addette. Scale ripide e strette, rendono poco agevole l’accesso all’appartamento a me assegnato (terzo piano).

L'appartamento è buio e ci sono solo tende oscuranti che bisogna tenere chiuse per non farsi vedere dentro, è un peccato dover stare barricati. L'appartamento ha bisogno di qualche piccola manutenzione, per esempio la doccia che non sta in posizione.

• Hilla (9/5): - Huone oli todella viihtyisä ja upealla sijainnilla. Hieman pölyä nurkissa, eikä keittiössä ollut siivousvälineitä vaikka sen siivoaminen enne lähtöä oli vieraan vastuulla. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin ystävällistä ja saimme tarvittavat välineet ennen lähtöä.

I codici di sicurezza per entrare nella struttura sono uguali sia per il portone d'ingresso, sia per la reception, sia per le porte del giardino, sia per la porta del fabbricato, che per la porta dell'appartamento. Quindi diventa un problema di sicurezza che permette di entrare facilmente nell'appartamento, per chiunque riesca a conoscere il codice, che tra l'altro presumibilmente è uguale per tutti gli appartamenti.

• bruno filippini (6/5): Occasione mancata... peccato. - La posizione e l'ambiente abbastanza tranquillo. Ci sono mercato e locali molto frequentati soprattutto la sera, ma nessun disturbo. Il monolocale di per sé potrebbe esserci quasi di lusso... Per fortuna si è stati più in giro che in stanza. La pessima pulizia dell'alloggio, i letti molto scomodi, soprattutto per le dimensioni ridotte, e io sono piccolina, il letto singolo praticamente imbarcato/sfondato, ma pure il matrimoniale troppo scomodo. Mancanza di tapparelle o persiane o tende oscuranti. La posizione dell'appartamento "Bronze" troppo vicino all'ingresso principale, quindi i rumori di ingresso o uscita delle altre persone ha disturbato il sonno.
• Monica (7/5): Alloggio carino e ben posizionato ma ci vorrebbe una bella rinfrescata!! - Questa struttura è proprio vicino al Baloon ma anche al centro di Torino ed è quindi strategicamente molto ben ubicata. Da qui si raggiungono a piedi diversi musei e sopratutto la zona del Baloon con il mercato dell'antiquariato. La camera sarebbe molto carina come è stata strutturata perché è spaziosa , ha posti oltre al letto dove ci si può rilassare, angolo cottura e tavolino per la colazione in camera e persino un tavolo da studio/lavoro nonché uno spazio esterno. L'accoglienza è stata semplice e molto efficente con un unico codice per aprire tutte le porte. Apprezzata l'acqua, le cialde per il caffè e il the. L'alloggio avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. La pulizia a mio avviso non era perfetta c'erano diversi punti che avrebbero avuto bisogno di una pulizia profonda. Il materasso è da sostituire. Manca un asciughino o perlomeno dello scotex...Andrebbe messa una tenda oscurante perché le tende bianche non sono sufficenti, e all'alba ci si sveglia per la luce. Una delle due poltroncino ha lo schienale traballante.

• Chiara (6/5): Soggiorno breve nel quadrilatero romano - La struttura era super comoda e tattica per i nostri impegni. Infatti era piazzata a 2 minuti a piedi dalle Escape room da noi prenotate. Zona carina e abbastanza tranquilla. Facilità di comunicazione nell’ accedere all’appartamento. Le camere sono parecchio vecchie e purtroppo c’era un forte odore di chiuso e di “vecchio”. Abbiamo arieggiato un po’ ma credo che sia proprio all’interno dei muri e dei mobili. Abbiamo faticato un pochino a regolare la temperatura che risultava sempre o molto bassa o molto alta. Il letto matrimoniale è molto piccolo di dimensioni ma è disponibile anche un lettino separato.

• morgigno (8/5): - Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Ci sono stata solo una notte. Certo è un po' piccolo per 4 persone, consigliato per chi ha figli piccoli. Per 4 adulti diventa un po' difficile. Silenzioso, molto curato , forse non mi sono piaciuti i mobili in legno, perché erano vecchi e avevano un po' di odore ,ma erano comunque di valore. Non ho utilizzato la cucina perciò non so se c'era il necessario. Parcheggio disponibile vicino a 20 euro al giorno. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile. Lo consiglio , per 2 persone,va benissimo Il letto matrimoniale è un po' stretto. Credo sia ad una piazza e mezzo. Vicinissimo al centro perciò si fa a meno dell'auto . Bagno cieco , un po' piccolo ,ma con tutto ciò che serve Le credenze, non adeguato per 4 persone, bagno cieco. Per il resto top

Il check-in automatico così come l'ingresso con codice offrono molta privacy Le tende non offrivano molta privacy, una scelta più adeguata magari eviterebbe problemi con eventuale vicinato. Ma per il resto tutto ok

Удачное расположение для прогулки по старому городу. Бонус- приватный паркинг в центре Турина (отдельная оплата) на охраняемой парковке. возможно, можно улучшить подушки для сна, лично нам не подошли. Но мы и дома используем индивидуальные ортопедические. Всё остальное - супер.

Il parcheggio è perfetto così come la posizione che rimane attualmente appena al di fuori della zona ZTL. Davvero un ottima sistemazione per visitare il centro di Torino. Come miglioramento si potrebbe mettere uno specchio a figura intera perchè l'unico disponibile è quello piccolo del bagno. Per il resto davvero ottimo posto per visitare Torino per qualche sera.

• Richard (10/5): Through the Door to a hidden gem. - The hidden away apartment could not be seen from the road . Once through the large wooden door opened to a wonderful courtyard and the well presented apartment building. The apartment was traditionally furnished and was perfect for a couple, the bed was comfortable. We found the apartment to be be clean and tidy. The Broadband was fast for streaming. The apartment had enough cutlery for our needs. There are plenty of places to eat out a short walk away and a corner shop at the end of the road.

• Virginie (8/5): Très bien pour un court séjour. - Très bien placé pour visiter Turin a pied, parking public à quelques mètres de l’appartement, spacieux. Moisissures dans la douche et cuvette de toilette cassée. La porte d’accès du porche est très bruyante, attention si vous avez la chambre Bronze.
• Achino (10/5): Hébergement idéal dans le centre - Un emplacement idéal dans le centre où tout est faisable à pied. Un endroit calme, et près de nombreux restaurants. Nous reviendrons.

Überhaupt bot das Appartement genügend Raum. Die dunkle Gestaltung des Appartements, freundlichere, hellere Farben wären angenehmer gewesen.
• Justyna (9/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft nah am Zentrum. - Eine super Unterkunft! Liegt sehr zentral, wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt. Parkgarage gegen Gebühr gleich daneben. Von der Unterkunft ist überall nah, um Torino zu erkunden. Problemloses Check-in und Kommunikation. Das Appartment sauber und nett eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. nichts
