• Daniel (7/5): - Room was very spacious and the table was incredible to be able to work from. Check-in at 5PM was later than most other facilities, be aware. Felt all of the springs in the bed. The door constantly opening and closing during the night was very evident from my room.

• Miho (8/5): 便利なのに残念 - 駅から近く周囲に飲食店やコンビニもたくさんあり大変便利でした。TBSやハリー・ポッターがメインとなった。展示施設もあり、朝の散策にはぴったりです。お金をかけたくない人は近くにスーパーがたくさんあるので、自分の好きなものを買って食べるのも良いかと思います。 施設の問題というより泊まっている人間のモラルの問題。アラームを鳴らさないように言われていたのに消し忘れて部屋を離れる人、携帯電話の通話はしないでと言われているのに通話している人。日本人のモラルの低下を感じます。

The baths were in the basement and had only 2 toilets on the same floor as our beds ,what I felt uncomfortable was that it was difficult to get reddy . I had to first get my clothes from cramped luggage room and then go down to take bath carrying those clothes .

Le quartier est vivant et proche des bars pour des soirées mais depuis l'intérieur on n'entend absolument rien de ce qu'il se passe à l'extérieur, c'est vraiment bien. Le matelas et l'oreiller ne sont pas très confortables mais très bien pour y avoir dormi 6h

• 17歳 (8/5): 女性にありがたい設備あり！ - ヘアアイロン（カール・ストレート両用）、パジャマ（上下分かれているタイプ、半袖半ズボン）、クレンジングオイル、大浴場が備わっていて、特にヘアアイロンとクレンジングオイルはないホテルが多いので助かりました。 カプセルホテルみたいな設備ではありますが、ハシゴを使う必要のない1段だけになっているので、そこもよかったです。 ヘアアイロンとドライヤーは、地下1階の浴場と、トイレのある部屋の洗面台にあり、盗難防止でコンセント部分が隠されていましたが、私が左利きということで、右側にコードが配置されていて、長さが足りず、少し使いづらかったです。もっとコードの長さにゆとりがあるといいなぁと思いました。

• George (9/5): - Loved the setup for a capsule hotel. Amenities were really thought out and it had everything needed for a short stay before flying. It was an added bonus to be able to use the hot bath! The location and distance of the showers from the room was my only negative, but these were well equipped and clean.

A női részleg egy kártyás beléptető rendszerrel működik, amit le kell adni, ha elhagyod a szállásod és ha mész vissza a szállásra, akkor visszakapod. Így abszolút biztonságos, és nem mehet be akárki a női részlegre. Az értékeimet el tudtam zárni!! Legjobb választás volt ez a szállás!🥰 Nem volt ilyen!!!

• Bethania (10/5): Pequeño pero super comodo - La verdad que para ser un hotel capsula lo encontre super comodo, las capsulas tienen un tamaño mas que correcto para que no te sientas con claustrofobia, los pisos estan separados por hombres y mujeres, la ubicación muy buena y el punto extra incomparable es que tenia un onsen lo cual era genial para despues de un dia de caminar un monton, el personal super amable en todo momento. por decir algo que para entrar al onsen no podias si tienes tatuajes, pues para estar en tokio y ser un hotel internacional deberia ser un poco mas abiertos.

• Kate (8/5): Great location. Good value for a capsule style hotel. - Great capsule hotel in the heart of Akasaka. The location was amazing - close to everything, including restaurants and shops. The metro station was around 500m away. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked being able to lock up some of my valuables in the included cubby. PJs, slippers, and clean towels were provided daily. There was a vending machine on the ground floor that contained some nice beverages, including beer. Provided toiletries etc. were lovely. I found it difficult trying to find things in my suitcase as I had to open it in the dark hallway. There was a suitcase storage area that had very poor lighting so it was not easy finding things. I would have liked to be able to sign in to my YouTube account on the TV and use my own headphones. The provided headphones weren't too bad though. Our dorm had its own toilets but we had to go to the ground floor to shower. I was staying on the 7th floor so it was quite a trip to the shower.

• Worachet (10/5): ดีครับมาพักอีกแน่นอน - ผมชอบทำเล ความสะอาด การอำนวยความสะดวก การเปลี่ยนผ้าขนหนู ชุดนอนและรองเท้าใส่ทุกวัน และทำความสะอาดสามวันครั้งสำหรับการพักยาวของผม ซึ่งถือว่าดีมากและการเปิดออนเซ็นตลอด ทำให้ได้แช่ออนเซ็นตลอด ซึ่งดีมาก ประทับใจครับ ไปซ้ำอย่างแน่นอน เรื่องการกินอาหารที่ซื้อมาเอง บางครั้งก็ไม่รู้ว่าพื้นที่ส่วนกลางอยู่ด้านล่างที่ออนเซ็นหรือเปล่า และส่วนคาเฟ่ ใช้ได้จากตอนไหนถึงตอนไหน อาจต้องให้มีความชัดเจนเรื่องคาเฟ่ การสั่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มในร้าน ถ้าซื้อมาเองให้ไปนั่งทานข้าวล่างเป็นต้น พนักงานอาจจะต้องสื่อสารให้ชัดเจน จะดีมาก
