• Egbert (10/5): Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Aufenthalt. Danke - Tolle ruhige Unterkunft freundliche Inhaber/Personal. Wünsche wenn Sie erfüllbar sind werden gemacht. Eine gute entspannte Atmosphäre da kann man getrost paar Abstriche machen .Gutes italienisches Abendessen sollte man aber vorher anmelden .Wir waren schon das dritte Mal in dieser Unterkunft und werden nächste Jahr wieder da übernachten.

• Angela (10/5): A relaxing weekend in Fiuggi. - Everything was great -but especially the facilities and the professionalism and dedication of the owner Gino and his staff. The rooms were well equipped and the hotel comes with a beautiful garden and a sizeable swimming pool. Nothing.
• Antonio (9/5): Ospitalità e cortesia vera, soggiorno indimenticabile - Colazione di alto livello, con prodotti selezionati ed artigianali. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente i posti di interesse, ma anche defilata per avere quiete e privacy. Il cuscino, per me che soffro di cervicale è risultato troppo rigido. Forse dovevo portare il mio, perchè è altamente improbabile trovarlo con caratteristiche cosi precise.

Il giardino è molto bello, immagino cosa possa essere goderselo in un momento della stagione più caldo. Per i gattari come me i felini che fanno il comitato di accoglienza nel parcheggio rendono tutto ancora più simpatico. La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato due giorni era grande e ha funzionato tutto, è vero che è un po' datata la struttura ma questo non pregiudica nulla e poi è in sintonia con la città termale in generale Dato il costo, la posizione, e i servizi offerti nulla da dire

Colazione ricca, con una scelta diversificata di dolci fatti in casa, il salato su richiesta è comunque presente.

L'albergo sicuramente ha qualche anno alle spalle e si vede, ma l'ospitalità fa mettere da parte questa minuzia. Se passeremo nuovamente da Fiuggi, risiederemo sicuramente in questo albergo. • Bagossi (9/5): Struttura datata ma gradevole e familiare - Personale e titolare molto gentili, colazione abbondante e posizione vicina al centro città...ampio giardino con piscina e campo da mini golf, parcheggio interno. Il giorno dell'arrivo ci è stato offerto spumante e dolce dal simpatico proprietario. Se cercate un hotel dal giusto rapporto qualità / prezzo l'avete trovato! Arredamenti un po' datati, ma nel nostro caso non era un problema.
• Laura (10/5): - Hotel dotato di una splendida piscina all' interno di un parco ben curato. Sembra di stare fuori dal mondo, tranquillità e relax assicurati ma non troppo distante dal centro che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi. Il sig. Gino è un eccezionale padrone di casa che dimostra in ogni cosa la cura che ha per i suoi ospiti. Piscina sfruttabile anche in caso di maltempo ed ad ogni ora,volendo anche di notte.. colazione ottima con scelta di torte fatte nella loro cucina e quindi freschissime,a richiesta anche colazione salata. La struttura è vintage, estremamente pulita..si respira un' aria davvero familiare,di tempi andati che scaldano il cuore ❤️. Cucina sana e leggera,ottima e curata nella scelta delle materie prime. Potrei scrivere all' infinito,racchiudo tutto in un semplice grazie al sig. Gino ed allo staff per questo soggiorno troppo breve ma che sicuramente ripeterò presto Nulla, praticamente mi è piaciuto tutto. Nella camera non ho visto il frigo bar,ma sono più che certa che se avessi chiesto il signor Gino avrebbe risolto. Non l' ho fatto perché non mi è servito,scrivo questo per chi potrebbe notare la mancanza..ma in questo hotel basta solo chiedere. È tutto bello così..

• Kasia (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was very clean and well looked after. Amazing garden with place to relax for adults and playground for kids. We had big balcony with the fabulous view. Very friendly staff at the hotel. We used swimming pool and snooker room and there also is a gym. Hotel is very close to old town and also few minutes walk from main square with all the new restaurants. Parking is available at the property. Breakfast was a typical sweet Italian breakfast bur you can ask for savoury, no problem at all. Possible to book lunch and dinner at the hotel (very convenient).
• Christopher (1/5): Terrible , shabby, dated property. Avoid. Much better value closer to the town for the same price. - The host was a nice man. Firstly, I would like to say that the proprietor of this hotel seems like a fantastic hotelier. A kind, accomplished man with many decades of experience in hospitality. I would also like to say that I appreciate how tough it is now to run a hotel. With inflation, energy costs and the fact that many hotels across the world are owned by large global investment companies / franchises etc and operate on razor thin profit margins - this is something smaller businesses simply cannot match or compete with. All of that said, this hotel is of simply unacceptably low quality for 2024 To give some context, of our previous 13 stays through booking.com, the average score we give is 9.3 out of 10. The hotel was cold, notably cold (though the host did very helpfully suggest I should wear a jumper). The host attempted to provide us with a small heater, but this kept blowing the electricity fuse in the room after approximately 30 seconds of usage (as did turning on the hair dryer). The building is incredibly shabby and extremely dated. The location is also quite poor. It’s isolated compared to the rest of the town, and an uphill walk , in an area with nothing in it. I would overlook all of this if it was notably better value (i.e cheaper) than other hotels in the area. It is not. We booked (and paid in advance) this hotel for 5 nights, and left after one night and booked another hotel in the town (Hotel Touring Wellness & Beauty). This other hotel had a better location, infinitely better amenities and finish and was CHEAPER per night than what we paid in King Hotel. There were also several other options in the area, all of which were cheaper or the same price and appear infinitely better equipped, serviced, and located. This is nothing personal, but this hotel is of appalling value, and simply not up to a standard expected now in hospitality. There are literally 5 better hotel options in the same price range much closer to town and far better designed. I’ve noticed the host occasionally replies to negative reviews here and cites the lower costs as the reason this hotel might be somewhat more rustic, but that simply doesn’t hold up, all of the other hotels are the same price and vastly superior. That said, the host is a good man, attentive and friendly, with a twinkle in his eye, but this hotel is unacceptably bad.

My son loves the pool, the garden and Gino. 😀 We have a great stay overall. highly recommended if you want to chill and have a relaxing family holiday. The place is a bit old but it has maintained its cleanliness.

Maybe it was the time of year, but the price paid for the room, taking into account position and facilities, was on the high side.

Ontvangst door hartelijke eigenaar.Het is een Italiaans familiehotel en er is feitelijk niets op aan te merken, maar alles is gedateerd, zelfs de gasten. Gelukkig was de rijs via Hotels.com we ook naar, dus ik klaag niet. Wel had ik het idee met het gezamenlijke diner te zijn 'teruggepakt. Al met al een voldoende voor een enkele overnachting.

La cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario, la lodevole pulizia, il profumo dei dolci fatti in casa serviti a colazione... tutto ha contribuito a farci sentire a casa! Bellissimo il parco che circonda l'hotel e la piscina, che è riscaldata e all'occorrenza può essere coperta totalmente, e che quindi abbiamo potuto utilizzare nonostante il tempaccio di quei giorni. Le camere sono semplici ma confortevoli: la nostra aveva anche un terrazzino con affaccio sul parco e sul centro storico di Fiuggi e i letti erano comodissimi!

• ANDREA (10/5): Peccato che sia stato troppo breve - La cortesia, disponibilità ed affabilità del proprietario e della persona addetta alle colazioni ha sicuramente incrementato le già ottime condizioni dell'hotel. Appena arrivati abbiamo subito utilizzato la piscina e il giorno dopo ci è stato consentito di sfruttarla grazie ad un cortese posticipo dell'orario di check out (alle 12 anziché alle 10) accordatoci di buon grado. Atmosfera rilassante. Peccato il soggiorno sia durato una sola notte perché gli effetti benefici del relax sono stati apprezzati

C'è un bellissimo parco dove poter trascorrere del tempo a leggere all'ombra degli alberi, o a prendere il sole dopo un tuffo nella piscina coperta. La camera sempre pulita e luminosa, dotata di TV e terrazzino. Ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli e per chiunque desideri un po' di pace e serenità, quest'albergo è gestito dal signor Gino, da cui abbiamo ricevuto un'ottima accoglienza, gentilezza, discrezione, professionalità. Lo consigliamo vivamente.
