• Mariam (8/5): - Service 4 étoiles mais l’hôtel en lui même est plus un 3 étoiles. Certains équipements sont dégradés ou trop anciens, à changer (pommeau de douche, sol douche, cuvette WC etc). Mais le personnel est très gentil et serviable.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Odanın genel durumu iyiydi sadece perdeler ve cekyatlarin değişmesi gerek mobilyalarında biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var. Kaldığımız oda aşırı sıcaktı kış gününde klima açmak zorunda kaldık. Genel olarak temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve iyi hizmet veriyorlar.

• Muhammad (8/5): - If you want to stay a little bit away (20-25km) away from downtown this is the place to live. nice cozy suite with excellent staff, if you rent a car just drop the keys to the front they will park and bring as needed (the best thing). there is all sort of shops and small market on footsteps. Will definitely come back.

• cem latif aslan (2/5): Our travel turned into a nightmare... - Outside temperature was 5C but the heating didn't work. The room was so cold that next morning i got up with a throat ache. Sound insulation of the windows was very bad. You hear the passing cars as they are a few meters away even when the windows are closed. There were leakage in the shower. After the shower the bathroom were flooded. The staff was impolite. They spoke with us with "thou" instead of "you". For couples they ask for marriage certificate. We had it but they reject the validity of your certificate for dummy reasons. I strongly recommend NOT TO STAY in this hotel. Better pay 10-15 $ more and stay in a proper place.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 2019年9月上旬に泊まりました。 施設は最高にに綺麗です。利用しませんでしたが、プールやジムもあります。トルコ旅行の最終日に泊まったこともあり、それまでかなりのハードスケジュールだったため、ほとんどをホテルで過ごし、体力回復に努めました。 また、日曜日に泊まったため、ジム等の施設は夜の6時まで、月曜日は点検のためそれらの施設は利用できませんでした。 難点としては、ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアなどの観光地から遠く、ホテルにたどり着くまでの交通手段はタクシーかバスのみです。 ホテルのフロントの人から「どうしてここに泊まったんだ笑」と冗談混じりに言われました。 エアポートホテルと書いていますが、アタトュルク空港に近く、おそらく日本人が利用する新イスタンブール国際空港までは遠いです。 新イスタンブール空港まではタクシーで165リラでした。 (人間140リラ、荷物25リラ)

• Özer (8/5): Top Preis Leistung - Einchecken ging sehr schnell, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer sind aufgeteilt in 1x Wohnzimmer mit Küche und 1x Schlafzimmer. Sehr groß und man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Frühstück ist auch ok gewesen. Einziger Manko war das die startenden Flugzeuge über das Gebiet geflogen sind und somit man die Flugzeuge gehört hat.

• Bassel (4/5): Bad experance unfriendly staff - It was below average and not welcomig atmosphere. The room is not so clean and extremely noisy as they have poor soundproof windows. Every 5 min you can hear the plans loudly flying by. I was travelling for business and I invited my turkish associate for a discussion over a coffee on night; but the hotel staff refused to let him in and said this is the house rule. No extra guests are allowed except if you pay !. He was denied even after he showed him his ID and he is living closeby !. It ended with a loud conversation in turkish between him and the hotel staff which I did not understand. Afterwards I was not comfortable at all and decided to cancel my stay and checked up early.

• Abubakar (8/5): Nice and Affordable - The Hotel is quite affordable for its facilities. The services are prompt, but what I find odd is the fact that even though my room was made up, the sheets weren’t changed. Overall, it’s a nice hotel.

• Cara (6/5): - Fint hotell med stora rum men om man är ljudkänslig när man ska sova, då ska man inte boka detta hotell pga att de ligger nära flygplatsen. Man hör ljudet av flygplanen hela tiden. Interneten var jätte dålig i vårt rum. Det saknas room service, dvs om man ska beställa mat till rummet. Frukosten var bra o personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger off från istanbuls sevärdheter.

• Bekir (8/5): Wir hätten mehr erwartet... - Ganz ordentlich geführtes Hotel, was aber wohl die besten Jahre schon hinter sich hat (Wartung und Pflege), das Personal ist stets bemüht den Gast zufriedenzustellen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ok, wobei die Geräuche der Flugzeuge beim schlaf schon recht nervig sein können (dieses Problem behebt sich mit dem Umzug des Flughafens bald eh)

There is swimming pool only for adult. WiFi was good. But still in a 4 star hotel you will aspects beds should be more larger. Over all nice stay. But some how far from city center. This is the disadvantage.

Geen transfer vanaf airport Ontbijt gratis maar elke dag hetzelfde. Zwembad beperkt open per week en doorgaans koud waterr En heel erg lawaaierig door de opstijgende vliegtuigen. Sliep heel erg slecht hierdoor Appt. was geboekt voor 5 personen maar daar aangekomen kreeg je te horen dat twee personen op slaapbank moesten slapen, slechte zaak dit Je kon er niet op slapen voelde gewoon de frame van de bank door de kussens.

• Randy A (8/5): Jet lag recovery - We stayed 2 nights to recover from a long international flight. It was close to the airport, they received us kindly at 4 AM and gave us extra blankets and pillows. We especially loved the breakfast and the view from the 13th floor restaurant. Our children loved seeing planes take off and fly right overhead, without any interruptions to sleep. TV was mostly in Turkish, but we did watch some National Geographic in English. A/C was very good. Loved the washing machine and kitchen. We did not come prepared to use the indoor pool, but it looked nice.

The air conditioner leaked, dishwasher flooded kitchen area, washer/dryer only washed (dryer function broken). No plates and other kitchen items as there were supposed to be. Staff are friendly and helpful.

• Arnaud (8/5): Everything included! - the hotel is close to the airport and the exhibition center I was attending. The suite is really large, and includes all necessary for cooking, and also cleaning ( washing machine). The fitness center is rather simple but the ceiling is high enough and closes at 10 PM. I did not use the swimming pool. The internet is extremely fast, and the video calls very steady. The breakfast is fine, but exactly the same during the three days I stayed. Not very close to public transportation and nothing interesting around ( restaurants, shopping) so you need a taxi. Regarding the price vs quality, it is definitively a great deal.
• Ahmedur (8/5): Good choice of hotel near airport - The hotel is close to airport. From Ataturk airport it took less than 15 min and cost you around 30TL in a regular taxi. I checked in late night and the process was super smooth. Staffs were really helpful. Hotel restaurant is not 24 hrs, it was closed but they arranged for me a food delivery to my room from one of the outside restaurants. Breakfast is also decent. Will highly recommend this place.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Family friendly suites - Downside: close to airport with planes flying every five minutes. Some room service staff are not very professional. A couple tried to enter the room without knocking or ringing. Had I not night-locked the door, they would have been inside without me knowing! Upside: almost everything else. All suites have a kitchen which is well equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, stove, sink and some plates and silverware. Hotel restaurant serves an excellent breakfast. But no lunch and dinner.

• James (8/5): Nice clean affordable hotel near Ataturk Airport - Quite nice hotel near the airport. It took about 15 minutes to get there by taxi for about 20 Turkish Liras. Receptionist calls for taxi and they come fast. Full kitchen (stove and full size fridge and dishwasher) and washing machine in the room. AC in the living area in the suite. Nice deck. Nice staff who speak English. Nice swimming pool in basement. Two good working elevators (they say lifts). Had a pullout couch and pullout chair in living room so 5 could stay in the suite. Good restaurant across the street to buy very tasty pizzas and pide. The kunefe dessert at that restaurant was not so great. There was a nice bakery across the street as well with lots of nice sweets

• amir (10/5): Nice apartment everything new and clean. Wonderful - I stays 3 nights but moved to sultanahmet close to attractions. Nice and clean hotel, staff very cooperative but there is no attractions near by, a complete apartment all new kitchen. You feel like home. But no direct bus or tram to city. I recommend for business people
