Le propriétaire et sa femme sont super accueillants et compréhensifs. Ils nous ont préparé un petit encas délicieux pour le jour de notre départ, c'est adorable ! L'établissement est un peu loin du site historique, cependant c'est assez facile et peu cher de s'y rendre en Grab. La proximité avec la grande route, la vue n'était pas très intéressante. Toutefois nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit de cette route.

• Shawn (10/5): Pretty good value close the the night market. - This place is a fantastic value. The room was clean and the maids came everyday while I was gone to give the room a spot check. Being a family run place there was always someone around to help. I did and will stay here again. I'm a bit upset with Booking.com for a few reasons but the hotel itself was great.

• Ellie (9/5): Superb - This place was a great place to stay for a short trip to visit the temples - a little bit of a way away from the attractions but not far in a grab or tuk tuk. The owner was super lovely and even told us about the local festival and how to get in etc which we would have missed otherwise. Definitely recommend for a nice quiet stay!

And also be closer to transport if u feeling need to catching the city bus for to going to the history temple or going to the market place in the city. • Eric (8/5): Next time I would stay in Old Sukhothai to be closer to more restaurants and the ruins. - It was clean and modern. It is on a busy and noisy road. Fortunately our room was towards the back, so not too bad. However the restaurant was right off the road and very loud. It is a bit of a walk to the new town, not bad at night but hot during the day.

• Dianita (8/5): Nice stay in Sukhothai - The owner of the hostel is very kind, they have few cats and there's a small cafe in the lobby. They also can speak English and very helpful. The room is super comfy and the bathroom is clean as well. The air conditioning works pretty well, the internet as well. The location is very close to the Sukhothai bus terminal and new city, but you need to take tuk tuk or taxi if you wanna go to the Sukhothai Old City. Around 15 minutes more or less. We forgot to check that details and there's only one grab driver in the whole city at that time. But, I believe the owner can help you to find driver or rent a motorbike for you. At that time we stay, it was the hottest day in Thailand. Few small ants appears in our room.

I asked where the on site parking was, it turned out the free parking on site was on the street in front of the hotel. The room is in need of an upgrade.

Breakfast was a bit erratic (we got different choices and format on each of the several mornings we stayed, inexplicably... also the Thai version was much better than the Western alternative!) and first impressions were not the best as they take you down a dingy alley round the back to the rooms, but actually... everything was absolutely fine! The room was quiet and aircon worked well (no outlook though, straight onto the wall of the next house), wifi was good, all clean, I'd say very good for the money!

• Jamila (10/5): Comfortable Beds! - First, let me say how very nice and helpful Mr. Hank, his wife, and staff are. We were given a refreshing drink upon arrival and offered a ride to the market by Mr. Hank who was hea ding that way. After a long day on a bys, that was most welcome. The lobby, though on the main, busy street of the new city area, is comfortable and relaxing. Good food available, laundry and easy transportation across the street to take you to old city attractions. Though an older building, everything including our room was exceptionally clean and the bed is easily the most comfortable we have had, regardless of star rating or cost, in all of Thailand. What a relief. Good A/C, tv, wifi. For the rate and access to transportation you can't go wrong. Also, Mr. Hank arranged a tuk tuk to take us to the bus station when we left and sent us with a complimentary snack for our journey. Thanks EZ House!
• Verified traveler (6/5): チェックアウトは正午ではなく11時 - ニュータウンから徒歩で5分ほど歩くとある素泊まりホテル。値段を考えると満足できるレベル、ただシャワー（湯沸かし器式で湯量は少ないが湯音は大丈夫）が仕切りもなくトイレの目の前に付いていてびしょ濡れになるのがマイナ評価、と、ホテルの説明書にも書いてあったがチェックアウトは正午ではなく11時、鍵を無くした場合のデポジットととしてチェックイン時に300B必要だがチェックアウト時に鍵を渡すと返してくれる、遺跡へ行くためのソンテウには目の前の道路を渡ると走っており乗れる、帰りは目の前で降りることができる。

Chambre récente et propre mais assez petite quand-même, avec fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur...heureusement ont y était pour 2 nuits seulement donc ça passait. Pas très bien isolée du bruit de la route devant mais en Thaïlande c'est rarement le cas. Situé un peu hors du centre sur une route sans charme mais des restos et le centre à 5 minutes à pieds. Point positif: Bus vers Old Sukhothai à deux pas!!

• Mary (10/5): Amazing! - This guesthouse is located in the new city which is, according to me, better than the old city. The owner Hank and his wife Tuey are devoted to their guests. The food is excellent and having a drink on the terrace after a long day is very relaxing. Every thing is walking distance. To go to Sukhothai Historical park, you only have to take the public bus wich cost you lest than nothing 30THB. You can spend hours in this park, rent a bicicle, to see many Buddha. I stayed there 7 nights and don't regret it! They speak Englis and Tuey is making her best to talk in French. Wifi goes very fast.

• JO (8/5): 遺跡にもバスターミナルへもアクセスが良いホテル - スコータイ遺跡と新市街の間をつなぐソンテオのバス停がホテルの前にある便利な立地。裏道をうまく利用するとバス停まで歩いて１０分くらいで行ける。今回は近隣の町に出かけることも多くて、この裏道を使ってバスターミナルを往復しました。設備はさほど充実しているわけではないが、値段の割には広い部屋で、毎日きちんと掃除をしてくれる。ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。カフェのコーヒーは値段の割にうまかった。
• KWUN MING (8/5): 整潔舒適的GUESTHOUSE - 房間乾淨，浴室有熱水，水力亦夠大，有空調，有WIFI。民宿本身有餐廳，食物美味且價錢合理，還有單車免費外借，值得一讚。去古城很方便，只需過對面馬路等那用木頭造的大型雙條車，車頭有牌寫著 "TO OLD CITY" 每人30泰銖。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended! - EZ House is very close to the bus terminal (10-minute walk by a shortcut) which comes in very handy if you're coming to/leaving Sukhothai by bus like I did. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. I had my laundry done there and the clothes came back spotlessly clean and smelling divinely. A couple of hundred meters away from the guesthouse, you will find the bus stop to the old town (30 bahts), food stalls/the night market, a couple of 7/11 and restaurants and bars. They also sell food at the café downstairs. I didn't try their breakfast (although I heard it was very good) but I did have the (very) spicy salad which was very good. I will definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Sukhothai.
• Shi Wei (8/5): Good value for money - We booked for 1 night but stayed for 2. EZ house & Cafe is definitely value for money despite it's location is far from the historical park. It's around 500 m to the local morning market and local restaurant and street food are available in near distance. Besides that, it is very convenient to get to the historical park even in the early hours. We went to the historical park at 6:15 a.m in the morning by taking local bus to the old city by the road side just opposite EZ house & Cafe. The owner of the place was really kind and friendly. The wife bought us some warm rice cake before we left.

I would say it is a small boutique guesthouse where the owners live as well, and really care about it and you can see that. it is a very clean place, amazing food- cooked by the owner, very good atmosphere. you will get to use a bike for free, and when I left they gave me a very delicuse peeled grapefruit for my way. I really recommend this wonderful clean and comfortable place to cheack out sukhothai city or just relax. it is not a 5 star hotel, but after my stay there I can say that there are 5 stars hotels than will not give you what you get there. wish you all the best nice family.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good guesthouse. Drinks and food reasonable priced - Good guesthouse. Friendly owner and staff New town is more then 15 walk. But u can skip visit at new town Food at EZ is cheap and delicious. Much better then the food at the nightmarket. Where its more expensive too.
• Le Le (10/5): รู้สึกสะอาดมาก - เป็นรร.ที่ประทับใจมากเรื่องค.สะอาด ทั้งในห้องพัก ห้องน้ำ บริเวณรอบๆ รวมถึงเครื่องนอนผ้าเช็ดตัวหอมมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างสะดวก เดินทางไปเมืองเก่าและท่ารถได้ง่าย
