• abdullah (9/5): فندقي المفضل في سوق واقف - دائما يعجبني موقعه المميز في وسط سوق واقف اغلب احتياجاتك على بعد خطوات منك ،،، ومن هنا اتقدم بالشكر الجزيل لموظفة الاستقبال الاخت ابتسام على تعاملها الراقي مع النزلاء وايضا البلمان انصر كان خدوم جدا ومحترم لم يعجبني ،، عند قيامي بحجز الغرف مع الريوق وعند وصولنا تم ابلاغنا ان الريوق متوفر في فندق النجاده وليس في فندق المرقاب وكان معي من يحتاج الى كرسي متحرك ويمكنك ان تتخيل صعوبة عبور الشارع لمجرد الذهاب للافطار ،، وبعدها ابلغونا ان الافطار سيقدم بالغرف وقلنا معلش تمام وانصدمت من طريقة التقديم جابوا لي الافطار البيض ملفوف في قصدير ورقي وبطيخ ،،، يعني انا دفعت فرقية الافطار 100 دينار كويتي على ثلاث غرف علشان اتريق في بيض ملفوف بقصدير !!!! نصيحه الغاء خيار الافطار من المسؤولين لحين توفره بالفندق

• Dalal (1/5): تجربة سيئة جداً A very bad experience - موقع ممتاز.. ولكن الخدمات تحتاج إلى تحسين Great location, but nothing else تجربة سيئة جداً وخداع في الحجز.. لا أنصح به أبداً! قمت بحجز فندق "البدع"، ولكن عند وصولي تم نقلي إلى فندق آخر باسم "نجد" بحجة أن الفندق الأول تحت الصيانة! المفاجأة الصادمة كانت في صباح اليوم التالي؛ فبالرغم من أن حجزي يشمل وجبة الإفطار، أبلغوني أن الإفطار يقدم في فندق ثالث تماماً! كان عليّ قطع الشارع سيراً على الأقدام للوصول إليه، ولم يوفروا حتى سيارة صغيرة (Golf Cart) لنقلنا. بعد مجادلة طويلة ومرهقة مع الإدارة، وافقوا على إحضار الفطور للغرفة، وللأسف كان بسيطاً جداً ولا يستحق القيمة المدفوعة (مرفق الصورة). أما عن الغرفة، فكانت سيئة للغاية، مقززة وغير نظيفة، والحمام كان مأساوياً بكل المقاييس (مرفق الصور). الفندق ذو قيمة مرتفعة جداً مقارنة بمستوى رديء لا يصلح للسكن بتاتاً. لا أنصح به أي أحد. Terrible experience and a misleading booking! Highly NOT recommended I originally booked "Al Bidda" hotel, but upon arrival, I was transferred to another property called "Najd" hotel under the pretext that Al Bidda was undergoing maintenance. The shocking surprise came the next morning; despite my booking including breakfast, I was informed that breakfast is served at a completely different hotel! I had to cross a main street on foot just to get there, and they didn’t even provide a shuttle or a small cart. After a long, exhausting argument with the staff, they agreed to bring breakfast to the room, but it was extremely basic and definitely not worth the price paid (photo attached). As for the room, it was awful, disgusting, and unclean, and the bathroom was an absolute disaster (photos attached). The price is excessively high for such a terrible standard that is completely unfit for a stay. I do not recommend it at all.

It was right in the middle of the Souq which was great for exploring since I only had a few hours before leaving for my flight the next day. Very clean facilities and good amenities within the room. I only wish is that the breakfast would’ve been in the same hotel but I understand why they are all in a different building. The staff was very accommodating and walked me over to where the breakfast was just 100 m away.

• andrewbR5114JB (10/5): Faultless - Faultless. Location atmosphere rooms clean quiet service amenities. Because of the troubles while I was there is experienced the Al Mirqab, Al Jasra, Al Musheireb and Al Najada for breakfast. All have a different style but small boutique hotels all around the Souq Waqif. A hot spot for any tourist. All the staff did what they could to keep our spirits up despite sirens and intercepted missiles. These are just a few of the kind helpful and generous of their time. Sourou for your big smile at reception every day. Ievans on security just a great fun guys to hang out with. Touheed on reception for your fun chat every day. Amsan for the golf buggy rides between hotels. I'm so sorry I missed on the last day the breakfast host in the Al Najada also for her cheer and smile to give us a positive start to the day.

The best parts are the best location inside Souq Waquif, which allows you to explore the small market streets until late at night, extremely friendly staffs, excellent restaurants, clean and elegant room, 24 hour operation (I arrived after 1:00am) . It’s walking distance to many must to see places, including Museum of Islamic Art, and 3 mins walk from metro station if you want to go a bit far. The country is so safe that I (female) could walk around alone at 3am as well. I would like to come back with my son next time!

• mindyo896 (10/5): A great stopover through Discover Qatar. - The Souq Waqif hotel is really a collection of six buildings in the same neighborhood and they all work together. I had an excellent experience- amenities were supplied, good hot water, comfortable beds etc. the best part was the exceptional service. A real shout out to Touheed who was so incredibly helpful and answered a lot of my questions about daily life in Qatar. Thank you!

• Kimberly (9/5): Nice location and comfortable room for Doha overnight - Great location big rooms, comfortable bed Light switches were awkward and difficult to use because of placement behind the door and interconnected switches. Door to bedroom wouldn’t stay open (fire door?). Air conditioning in bedroom wouldn’t cool bedroom (Room 1 in Al Jomrok Hotel). Because of the collection of boutique hotels, it was not clear where exactly we were going to stay until we arrived. Went to the one on our reservation and had to be moved twice more by golf cart.

Tenir compte qu’il y a plusieurs bâtiments situés dans le souk, mais une voiturette est disponible pour les déplacements entre eux. Très mauvaise insonorisation dans les chambres. L’alarme incendie s’est déclenchée intempestivement à 03 hrs du matin une nuit.

All the staff were extremely helpful but particularly Kynn ( the manager) who helped and guided us with a number of matters. We can’t recommend this gentlemen enough. • N6384QCmarkf (10/5): Quaint, boutique Hotel in Doha! - Shahin greeted us and made a wonderful first impression! Then we had a wonderful experience with Argie that took great care of our room! Finally, Nalin introduced us to a wonderful rooftop experience with a great view! From top to bottom, I would say that everyone was extremely professional and would definitely suggest this boutique hotel in Doha! We will return!

The service and staff of the hotel are welcoming and always showing support. Sourour, Salem and Ibtisam were very professional and ensured our stay is great

• 554ashr (10/5): Front desk staff went above and beyond to help - Heartfelt thanks to Ansar and Ebtsaam who went well above and beyond the call of duty to help me package up my luggage so I could get everything onto my flight. I had only stopped by the front desk to ask for advice and they sorted out my problems entirely. In addition to the fantastic staff, this is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. I will absolutely stay here every time I come to Doha.
• Wander29697999847 (10/5): Wonderful staff and service, great location, - Although the start of our visit had a couple of hiccups with airport pick-up and room selection, these were quickly compensated with how the staff exhibited the "gold standard" of customer service and hospitality, Everyone we met were very attentive, friendly, generous with their advice and recommendations. The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively and walkable market district and very close to the other tourist attractions that Doha offers. We loved our stay at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels, and would return here. To Kynn, Fahad, Prakas, Shyam, Sourour, kitchen staff, and all of you who have made our stay quite pleasant and memorable, we say Shukran / thank you. Sheila and Nat

• Nazia (6/5): Average hotel in great location. - The staff were nice but not well trained, I had to ask them to call the museum to check if it was open. They said it wasn’t but I’d checked the Arabic website and it said it was but the English website said it was closed. After the staff called the museum, they found out it was open. The room standard didn’t match the price. It looked tired and dated.

Aman supported me very closely from the very beginning and made me feel safe and comfortable in a country that was completely new to me. He was able to handle all my concerns quickly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction. Ibrahim introduced me to Doha in a very special way. With his open, warm and kind personality, he did not only show me the city but also opened my heart to Qatar. Thanks to him, I know that my decision to come to Doha was absolutely the right one. Jalil made my hotel room look as if I had just checked in every single time. I was especially touched by his beautiful artwork, an elephant crafted from towels. A small gesture with a big emotional impact that I will always remember. Sourour sweetened my last evening with many jokes and a lot of warmth. Because of her, leaving Doha now hurts my heart even more. Shyam made me feel truly welcome with her outstanding hospitality from the very first moment. A big compliment also goes to the security team. Shahzeib was always friendly, attentive and started great conversations. A truly wonderful person. Ahmed impressed me with his relaxed yet highly alert and professional attitude. The entire remaining team was also extremely dedicated, attentive and professional at all times. You can truly feel that everyone works here with heart. I sincerely hope to see many of you again and wish the entire team continued success on your journey. Thank you for an unforgettable time.

• Vansmith (10/5): Love Doha - Stayed at two hotels in this group, both in Doha, on our way to and from a visit to Australia. The hotels are in a lovely area within walking distance of the Museum of Islamic Art and the waterfront and the many alleyways and local shops The area was lively in the evening, with plenty of eating options, and lots of families out and about. All the staff were extremely helpful with checking in and out and helping with the luggage - and also the Wi-Fi! The accommodation was spotless and comfortable with good comfortable pillows on the bed, with plenty of space and air conditioning. We were very impressed with a lovely man - Aman - who was brilliant at getting you to the right spot to pick up the car to get you back to the airport in plenty of time, Nothing was too much trouble, customer service at its best. And that was reflected by other staff members who would do anything to help with the smallest query. Highly recommend this hotel group. The whole area was absolutely spotless, with more litter bins than you can count, the streets are washed down every day, and public toilets are plentiful and immaculate, and more than that - free!
• Hayley (7/5): - The location is great. Central and close to train station. The hallways and rooms are carpeted and are showing stains and wear. Should be replaced or renovated. Additionally, our room did not have a window and this should have been advised of prior to booking as I would not have selected a room without a window.

The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful from check-in through checkout, which made a big difference. Especially Shahin. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. The location was also a plus —convenient and easy to get around from, whether you’re exploring or just passing through. Any small hiccups were handled thoughtfully, and I appreciated the staff’s willingness to communicate and follow up. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place with attentive service.
• JooBee64 (10/5): Fabulous second visit - This is our 2nd visit to Souq Waqif. We previously stayed in Al Jomrok and this time Musheireb. Fabulous boutique hotels right in the heart of the souq and so close to the Metro. We were greeted each day by the lovely Ansar who is a credit to the Tivoli brand and couldn't do enough for us. He helped make our stay extra special with his cheery demeanour and we will take fond memories with us. The rooms for both of our stays were immaculate with all essential toiletries provided along with bottled water, tea, coffee, fridge. Rooms are cleaned every day and all staff are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend Tivoli Boutique Hotels in Souq Waqif if you want to be at the heart of a buzzing souq yet within very close proximity to the metro station if you want to easily and cheaply travel further afield.

Plenty of different cuisine available at the hotels door steps. Also close the square with lots regular attraction. Corniche is within 5 minutes walk.

• Dennis (5/5): Good service - I was arrested on the street of this hotel by the police for being supposedly 'gay'. Spent 16 hours in prison. The hotel manager provided support to my husband during this time. Sad to say that this is not an option for LGBTI folks, like any other place in Qatar. We thank the hotel manager and his team for offering their humanity and support. The sauna you must book in advance. You can use it for 30 min. The hotel’s pool and gym is in another building. Not practical.
