Please note that if you come before the sison (1.6-30.9) you might suffer from a lack of services such as a restaurant, bar and full service for your daily needs. Also be aware to the fact that there are many steps from the rooms to the sea shore.There are 2 elaveitors but there are not so convenient.

• Gila (9/5): An almost idyllic short stay - Idyllic location. Kleon was super friendly and helpful and even though they were closing for the season the day after our stay, Kleon made us feel welcome. The view was incredible. The kitchen was well accessorized. They even had essential foodstuff in the fridge for us. It was very frustrating that the door to the balcony cannot be opened from the balcony itself meaning that one guest couldn't sit outside with the door closed, while partner enjoyed the a/c inside. The number of steps was a bit challenging. There were definitely a few repairs in the apartment that needed taking care of during the off-season. Also, they must improve their signage leading from the main road.

• Stephanie (10/5): Very memorable holiday in a beautiful part of Greece. - Lovely location, a beautiful part of Greece. Staff were lovely, very helpful especially Kleon. Great places to visit around the area, lots of lovely Greek restaurants. Villa was stylish and immaculate with lots of lovely finishing touches to make the stay more enjoyable. All good nothing bad to say.

• Karen (10/5): - This is a little gem of a property. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, comfy and tastefully furnished. It was spotless with some lovely little touches made it feel special. The staff were welcoming and more than helpful. Perfect location, a few steps from the beach with views of the islands. This is a such a peaceful retreat and I would definitely recommend a stay.

Staff was great, young boys and girls, very helpful and smiley face all the time which is hard to see in other places! I strongly recommend it for families with kids or whoever want to spend few quite and relaxing days. beach bar was closed at around 19:00 which in my opinion were a bit early!

The whole complex is well thought out with the individual villas and apartments well arranged, beautiful flowers and bushes everywhere and tasteful interiors. The view and the beach are also wonderful. We were upgraded to one of the villas with a private pool and enjoyed this very much. The host (Helen) was always helpful and quickly reacted to any requests. There is no breakfast buffet included but they filled the refrigerator and a welcome basket with everything we needed (and even refilled it). Nothing, this was truly a great experience.

The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.
• Dimitrios (10/5): A cosy & luxurious stay - A truly luxurious experience. The villa had all the necessary amenities and was perfectly designed to accommodate 6 people. The sunset views from the pool were a nice surprise, there was parking next to the house, good airconditioning and a fully equiped kitchen. But above all, Eleni who was our contact person for the stay was an absolute GEM. She was extremely helpful during all the steps of our stay and offered us all the extra information we could ever need while being her most polite and caring self. Give her a raise!

The apartment was spotless, beautiful with an amazing view. The staff was amazing, especially Eleni the manager, very polite, always available with a smile to provide anything we asked for. She gave us tips on beaches and restaurants to explore Sivota. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was very very clean. The beach was beautiful and the sunset view was to die for. We had a spectacular stay and we highly recommended it.
• Gita (10/5): Tranquility at its best! - This venue is beautiful! So peaceful and serene with close proximity to the beach. The views are stunning and the villa was immaculate. We spent all of our time there. The facilities were great- we didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was pure bliss (especially the private pool). Our host Eleni was fantastic- so friendly, helpful- nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend getting a car to explore nearby villages/ beaches and to buy essentials. I would recommend this place 100% and I would definitely visit again! The location is a little remote- need a car to get around.

The room had everything and I just want to stress the excellent front-desk person who helped us a lot as well as the cleaning service. One major issue we had was that while booking there was no mention that the villa was shared with others. Indeed there was a door separating the bottom floor with the upper floor of the the villa. We realized that after the second day when very noisy people arrived. This was not announced to us beforehand which I find very unprofessional. I am not giving a perfect score for this reason.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The location is ideal for exploring the area and welcoming to come back to relax. The villa is exceptionally well looked after and the facilities first rate. There is a lovely beach within minutes and everything you may need is close at hand by car. The jewel in the crown is Antigone, the resort manager, who is also the perfect host, looking after not only the essential requirements but helping with any requests and mishaps that came along. Overall a charming resort, reflecting the person running it.
• Andre (10/5): Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger wundervoller Bucht - Sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Villen. Wir waren für eine Woche in der grossen Villa. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Aufteilung und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Der Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Die Managerin Antigone war immer sehr hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir haben von Ihr gute Tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge erhalten. Die Anlage liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht, meistens Kiesstrand, aber es gibt auch einen Abschnitt mit Sand. Sehr schön zum schwimmen, leider nur wenige Fische, daher nicht zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Anfang Juli war der Strand noch nicht voll. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel, daher ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen.

The caring and very attentive hospitality of Maria and Anna was first class. It was great to meet the proprietors, Sophie and Christos. Very friendly and passionate about quality; which is reflected in all aspects of Sivota Seascape. The orange cake, portokalopita (I hope I got that right), was amazing ! We definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended!

• KostaH (10/5): Incredible experience at this Villa! - The entire experience was great especially if you are looking for remote location with great amenities. The rooms are immaculate, the host, Maria was the best host we’ve ever had and the villa was beautiful and comfortable. It was quiet and anything we needed was provided to us at all times. We rented the villa with a private pool, one bedroom and a living room with kitchenette and it was fully stocked, and perfect for our 4 day stay. Every time we left the room for a king period of time they brought us fresh towels and made beds and cleaned our rooms. the location offers several food choices near by and a beach 50 ft away with paddle board and small boat rentals to snorkel spots that were awesome. Maria helped set up an excursion and provided us with all the information we needed about downtown, taxis and all things Sivota. She has a big heart is a big reason we are going back next year.
