• Селиванова (9/5): - Самое большое преимущество этого отеля- это небольшое количество людей. Нет толп в ресторане, огромная пляжная зона, в бассейне тоже минимум народу. Небольшой выбор еды, но все достаточно вкусно и нам прямо вот хватало. Очень приятное обслуживание везде: ресепшн, пляж, ресторан. В номерах чисто, белье, полотенца, уборка каждый день. Зубные щётки, бритвенные станки, паста, мочалки, тапочки, фен, пляжные полотенца, бутылки с водой. Бассейн чистый, территория большая, ухоженная, заход в море песок, шезлонги и матрасы чистые. Номера большие. Вай-фай в холле, в номере ловил плохо. Нет сеток на окнах, поэтому если открыть, то налетят комары. Нет халатов. Отель не новый. Видно, что раньше он был крутой, сейчас постарел. Но работники очень стараются поддерживать уровень. Конечно, есть вещи, которые от них не зависят. Приедем ещё, если будет возможность.

• David (10/5): Fancy gardens, attentive staff - The location was perfect for our needs as we were headed to Taba Airport. The place is huge. There is a nice pool and a private beach. The staff were very attentive. The room was equipped with toiletries, very comfortable. The wifi was weak and chunky. Could hold messaging, was difficult with voice calls and impossible with video calls.

• Mais (7/5): Very good stay for one night - The room are spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing, especially at night. The pool is big, and the beach is wide and clean with a very nice setting. The floors were not clean, and the bathrooms are outdated and need renovation. The breakfast variety could be better. If you need to add cheese to your omelette you have to walk to another buffet and get the cheese, then back to the eggs station.

• Ola... (9/5): Superb - On the way to Dahab we stopped in Taba for one night, at the Tolib Hotel. It was excellent, the staff was very pleasant, they upgraded our room to a view of the pool/sea The rooms are large and well arranged, the furniture is a bit old but it doesn't bother at all. In the evening there was a fun show for children and music in the yard. The breakfast is good and suitable for the money paid. In short, I highly recommend and we will surely come back again soon The internet (wi-fi) is a bit weak

My group of six people recently stayed at Tolip Taba Resort and Spa, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We were all looking forward to a relaxing vacation, but instead, we were met with disappointment at every turn. First and foremost, the general state of the hotel was shockingly poor. The hallway leading to our rooms was littered with dirty dishes, which stayed there for our entire stay. It was not only unsightly but also unsanitary. The cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired, and it was clear that the hotel staff did not prioritize basic maintenance. The most significant issue, however, was the food at the restaurant. I can honestly say that it was inedible. Our entire group suffered from severe food poisoning after eating there, and it completely ruined our vacation. The food quality, hygiene, and taste were abysmal, to say the least. This is a serious health concern and should not be taken lightly. To make matters worse, the staff's response to our complaints was inadequate and unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns, and there was a complete lack of empathy or urgency in resolving the issues we encountered. In summary, our stay at Tolip Taba Resort and Spa was a disaster. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and explore other options in the area. It's clear that the management needs to invest in significant improvements in cleanliness, hygiene, and the quality of their restaurant. Our group's experience was unforgettable, but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.

The wifi did not work in the room (they said it would get fixed and did not), the safe in the room did not work, the beach did not really have (actual) sand, the taxis in front of the hotel asked for outrageous amounts of money for a 5 min drive), even though you pay 14 USD per person for dinner (or about 465 Egyptian) you need to pay an extra 2 USD for hot water - for tea or coffee - and/or to get a cup of coca cola (It is only hot water, come on!).
• Nenad (1/5): We experienced food poisoning due to the low-quality food, dirty resort, very bad internet - I am shocked by my stay at Tolip Taba Resort, primarily because of the facility which is extremely dirty and disgusting, I am sending you part of the photos that show the dirt (hair on the floor in the room, dirty dishes everywhere on the floor within the hotel, unhygienic bathroom, leftover food in the room, garbage is everywhere...) The second item, but at the same time the most important, the food is disgusting, and inedible, the area where we eat is a completely unhygienic environment, six of us soon after the first meal got diarrhea and nausea that continues to this day, we spent the whole stay lying down, we couldn't even rest because the whole day there was noise from too loud music. A family member ended up in the hospital. We spoke several times to the hotel manager who did not want to help us in any way or facilitate our already failed and ruined stay in the said resort, the resort is in the middle of nowhere and we were not able to buy any other food or medicine. Also, the internet did not work in any part of the hotel, so we were not even able to contact our relatives. It was wasted the time of our annual vacation. I hope that the hotel will receive a huge warning and sanitary inspection.

• Daniel (7/5): We had a very nice time,relaxing,swimming,snorkeling. The kids had a GREAT time, but the food... - The hotel is located 15 minutes drive from the Egypt-Israel border. Completely secluded resort with no shops or restaurants within walking distance at all. The rooms are very large and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and communications was not a problem. The pool was large, and the beach was nearby with lovely corals for snorkeling. The toilets in the rooms should be refurbished. The kitchen is the main problem in this hotel. Many potentially great dishes were simply not good. The meat was usually dry, or undercooked and hard. There were almost no fresh vegetables, and nothing to put on the salad (not even olive oil). At breakfast, the omelettes were possibly the best part as they were prepared at an omelette station, but there was a chronically long wait because there is only one person manning the station. SImilarly the toaster was slow and required you to toast the bread 3-4 times and so you could wait over 30 minutes until you got toast. A better toaster, or a second toaster, would be a great improvement. This was espcially bad when, on the third day I got a temperature and bad stomach and had to eat almost only toast at breakfast. Most people in our group of 13 had some sort of stomach problems during this visit, so obviously, hygiene should be improved (or maybe it has to do with the water?)

Some of the staff are friendly and the Spa center is a must (lovely staff there). The pool is big too and there is a bar in the middle which is very nice. The private beach was nice. The restaurant food wasn’t that good, only the chef stand was decent. They don’t have a variety of options and every day was pretty much the same. Some of the facilities needs fixing like some of the elevators and the tennis curt which I really wanted to try, but didn’t worked. Some of the staff treat us rudely and even charged us more then needed because we don’t really familiar with the local lira, we understood that after a nice employee was nice enough to tell us the real price of the cocktails. The entertainment team, or animation like they call it, put over and over again the same songs at the pool which was funny but sometimes a bit annoying. The reception crew were not pleasant and didn’t gave us the right attitude.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that they had little interest in providing quality service. Not only were they unhelpful and dismissive, but I also felt like they were trying to take advantage of me financially. It's disheartening when a hotel that promises a pleasant stay falls short in such a crucial aspect. I would caution future guests to be wary of the staff's behavior and be vigilant to avoid any potential attempts to rip them off. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them appropriately.

• Ady (8/5): Very good value for money - The hotel is located some 10 from the Israeli border. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are big and the porches are spacious. The hotel is nicely decorated. The prices are very affordable. We took 4 rooms and an all inclusive deal. It was good all around. The room maintenance is so so. The food is plain.
