• Louisa (8/5): Super Lage, gerne wieder. - Die Lage. Leckeres Eis, Bus Bahn, Restaurants und die nähe zum Vatikan und ein Supermarkt. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls ein großes Plus. ein großes Plus. Man kann ebenfalls eine Küche nutzen. Leider hat bei uns die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, das könnte im Hochsommer ein Problem werden. Der TV war ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig. Zum Teil schlechter Empfang und um zu schauen müsste er etwas höher angebracht werden. Ebenfalls wären 2 einzelne Bettdecken angenehmer wenn man zu zweit reist.
• BeMaLes (8/5): - La habitación es muy amplia y está situada en un buen barrio con varias opciones para desayunar, comer y cenar. Está también muy bien comunicada por transporte público. Nada, solo indicar que la tasa turística se paga a parte y en efectivo (yo no era consciente de que tenía que ser en efectivo y no teníamos suficiente y los cajeros en Roma tienen unas comisiones altísimas). Finalmente lo pudimos solucionar con la propietaria que es muy maja.

L’ambiente era accogliente e tranquillo, ideale per rilassarsi. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura dei dettagli e l’ordine generale. Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza. Non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo: è stato tutto ottimo. La stanza e il servizio hanno soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative.

Cada detalhe foi cuidado por ela, inclusive avisos com informações em minha língua, pois a mesma sabia que era brasileira... chegou a fazer pequenos desenhos no cartão de boas-vindas com as cores do Brasil. Como fomos nas datas próximo à virada de ano, ainda foi cuidadosa e nos deixou chocolates e uma pequena espumante para comemorarmos a passagem para o novo ano (2026).

Quartiere tranquillo anche nelle ore serali Struttura da consigliare, trattandosi di un B & B ritengo sia necessaria una maggiore attenzione della colazione, limitante non avere la possibilità di preparare un espresso ( ma solo caffe solubile) e praticamente assenza di prodotti per la colazione.
• Aliaksandra (10/5): It was amazing! Thanks to an owner for a kind welcoming ! - Everything was amazing! It's located near Vatican, it takes 10 min on foot to get there. Nearby local bars and cafes to have an amazing breakfast or get a drink. The room is big, the owner is kind. Our flight was delayed, we made to check in only at 23:00 and she waited for us all this time. The room has everything you need. It was really nice staying here! Everything was clean.
• Iryna (10/5): - Мне очень понравилось. Расположение прекрасное - до Ватикана минут 5-7. Рядом очень много достопримечательностей - я первый день только пешком передвигалась. Я к сожалению не знаю ни английского ни итальянского - но мне хозяйка всё доступно объяснила. Wi-Fi -работал прекрасно. Ванная комната отдельно - но она только моя. Полотенца менялись и уборка каждый день. Рядом с моей комнатой кухня - холодильник, чайник, посуда, сахар, чай, плита. Очень удобный столик с табуретками - приготовил и поел. До продуктового магазина минут 5 ходьбы - ассортимент очень хороший продуктов. Магазины работают и в воскресенье. На полпути к Ватикану продуктовый рынок - цены нормальные. До метро - минут 8-10. Возле подьезда остановка автобуса. С балкона - реально виден купол Ватикана. В общем Рим оставил очень незабываемое впечатление. Всем благодарность за чудесный отдых. У меня замечаний нет.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even came to our rescue early in the morning when we accidentally left our documents in the room before leaving. Without the lovely lady who helped us (I wish I knew her name!), I would have been completely lost and missed my flight.

La signora ci ha fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di acqua in camera con i bicchieri però di plastica. La struttura dov'è inserita questa soluzione d'alloggio è abbastanza vecchia pertanto la chiusura dell' ascensore è un tantino macchinoso e lo spazio all' interno è esiguo. Nel complesso è una soluzione valida per brevi permanenze.

La signora che ci ha accolti è stata molto gentile e chiara nelle spiegazioni. La camera è adeguata a due persone e il bagno era pulito e corredato da asciugamani puliti. Nel quartiere dove è ubicato l'appartamento, è anche molto facile raggiungere la fermata del pullman che porta all'Auditorium parco della musica (per chi dovesse andare ad un concerto come nel nostro caso). Il letto era un po' rumoroso a causa della struttura in ferro.
• eri (8/5): また来たい。 - オーナーがとても優しかった。バチカンに近く観光しやすかった。 部屋の準備が出来ていたので、10時にチェックインさせてもらった。荷物を預けられるのも10時からだった。 入り口がわからなかったが外の玄関まで迎えに来てくれた！ 歴史を感じる素敵なエレベーターがある。 シャワー付きの部屋に宿泊したが、清潔なタオルとドライヤーがあったし、部屋にはエアコンが付いていて小さなベランダもあった。共用の冷蔵庫が使えた。徒歩5分ほどのところにスーパーもある。宿泊するのに不便な事は一つもなかった。 Kind and beautiful owner Giubiliana. • serena (10/5): Consigliatissima - La Giubilana è in una posizione strategica per visitare Roma "turistica" (soprattutto San Pietro) raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi ma comunque restando in posizione molto tranquilla. Io e mia figlia siamo venute per un concerto allo stadio olimpico che dista una mezz'oretta a piedi e ti trovi comunque in mezzo a tanta gente e l'atmosfera diventa "magica". Ci sono comunque i mezzi nel caso si abbiano difficoltà a muoversi a piedi. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi, ti fanno sentire ben accolto e in famiglia. Lo consiglio vivamente. Niente
• ALENA (8/5): - The apartment has a perfect location in Prati aria. It’s very convenient to use public transport to get to all the sights (we used metro to get to the Rome City Centre and bus 23 to come back from Trastevere). The bus stop is opposite the door, the metro station Otaviano is 5-7 minutes away. The apartment is very close to the Vatican city (10 minutes on foot). St. Peter's Basilica can be seen from the balcony. The Saint Angelo Castle is also withing walking distance. The room was very clean. It’s possible to use the shared kitchen, equipped with the refrigerator, kettle and microwave. It’s good for coffee/tea break with some sandwiches, but it’s not aimed for cooking. Earlier check-in is possible in case your room is ready. And it’s really perfect in case of early flight. Definitely come back again! There are several rooms in the apartment with shared hall and kitchen, that you should mind in case you need more privacy. It’s too loud from outside, really, it’s not possible to sleep with open windows, as the room is on a traffic road. The shower unit it very small, that can be difficult for using by a big man.
• stefania (10/5): Ottima struttura - Stanza molto spaziosa e con un condizionatore che ci ha permesso di non soffrire troppo per il caldo torrido della capitale. Anche il bagno a nostra disposizione era comodo e con tutto il necessario. Nella struttura c'è la possibilità di usare la cucina e il frigoriferi. La zona è servita da trasporti, supermercati, mercato e locali. Una menzione a Manuela che ci ha accolto con tanto calore e che è stata super disponibile. Solo i cuscini sono un po' troppo bassi per le mie abitudini e negli spazi comuni non ci sono condizionatori.

There is a pizza place just outside the building which stays open till late. The bus station in front can get you to the city centre and the metro station is also very close. The price was very reasonable.

The host suggested us some restaurants in the area, great options with real Italian food. The bathroom, although it was for our private use was outside the room. Didn't have the right PowerPoint Adaptor (older style European plugs) and could have used a spare blanket but no major complaints, would stay again.

• Paige (7/5): Great location with a balcony - The location was great very close to the vatican city. The room felt spacious and had a nice balcony. Unfortunately we booked this property to have access to to a kitchen and washing machine. As we are currently on a 2 month trip so this was very important to us. But when we arrived we found out we weren’t able to use the kitchen to cook meals only prepare snacks. And that the washing machine was currently broken which I understand was probably a current situation. The TV also was not working at all in our room which is fine because we weren’t in Rome to watch TV. If you don’t need use of these facilities this would be the ideal stay for your trip to Rome!

Not a major issue - just something of note - we were able to use the kitchen for simple breakfasts but not for cooking meals. This made it a little difficult as we would have loved to be able to cook a meal.

• Oxana (10/5): Great appartment - The appartment is great - it's big, clean and confy. We had a separate bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room was big enough and clean. During our stay (6 days) our room was cleaned once and the sheets and towels were changed also once which is enough for such a stay. The appartment is very near the Vatican (like 7 minutes walk) in the very safe and clean zone. Around the corner was a supermarket which also works in weekends :) We had great recommendations for restaurants from the hostess. Wifi worked very good and we didn't have any problems with the bathroom. The only thing which wasn't comfy was the blanket to cover up in night - it was a sheet with blanket on the top and it fell all the time during the night. It would be better to change it for duvet.

We did not like the smell from the building ( but it was not a big problem for us because we enjoy our stay and it does not depend from the host ).

• Ganna (9/5): Superb - The hostess is a very nice lady. She was in touch all the time, gave good advice on transportation and catering. The kitchen is equipped perfectly. There is a microwave oven, a fridge, plates, cups and what not in it. ;-) The room was clean and cosy. The location is very good. 5 minutes from a metro station. 15-20 minutes - and you are next to any sight. The bathroom was about 6 metres from the room but we were aware of that while booking.

• Birke (9/5): Proper choice for visiting Vatican City - Close to the Vatican City, also close to the metro station for visiting Rome City Centre. Everything was fine and clean. The owner was a really lovely lady and helped us a lot. The guesthouse had a toilette for us but it was somewhere else in the house. We had to walk in the house. Also you had a call to owner before your arrival cause she lives in 30 mins away.

• Carmen (10/5): Perfect Room in Rome - The room was clean, towels were changed every day and 10 mins walking distance from Vatican. Mrs. Emanuela and her husband are very kind and helpful. We had an AC, balcony, mini markets, farmacy and cafes nearby. The bus station is in front of the building, and the subway is about 7 mins away. Everything was perfect!

I liked the little balcony but it would be better if there were two chairs to sit on instead of one. Convenient to buses, the metro and the Vatican. There's an area with market stalls very nearby for fruit and veggies. Inaccuracies in the listing. NO WIFI! The host knew the wifi was not working but did not inform us until we arrived. Host only accepted cash as payment which I also was not informed about in advance. No bicycle rentals or invoice provided as stated in listing. Also there is a kitchen provided but a sign that cooking in the evening is forbidden. No place to dry clothes except off the kitchen window. There was a sign about a drying rack on our balcony but there wasn't one there. It was annoying that we had to cross the shared hallway to get to our bathroom but I was aware of that in the booking.

The bed sheets had some yellowish stains on both the top sheet and under sheet which was quite off-putting although they seemed as though they had been washed, just not very well. Took almost 24 hours for the host to respond to my request for clean sheets. The bathroom could have been cleaner, mouldy shower head and stains on the toilet. Aircon remote was dirty.
