• Roberto D. (6/5): Ojo con las reservas de mas de 6. - La ubicación increible, la amplitud muy buena Alquilamos para 8 personas, no contaba con suficientes camas en condiciones. Habías dos habitaciones con camas Queen bien, una cama rebatible plaza y media. Y un sofá cama imposible de utilizar, ya que el colchón se le marcaban los resortes. Solicitamos un reemplazo y nos dieron un camastro de similares características.

Grand parking en sous sol, réceptionnistes souriant et compétant. Le studio pour nous était avec vue sur mer,comme demande. Propreté et confort nous ont plus. La literie était confortable. Un seul bémol, pas de ménage pendant notre séjour de 4 jours .

• LaTabila (8/5): Beautiful balcony view within walking distance of lots to do! - I loved that it was within walking distance to the beach, ice cream parlor, various restaurants and bars. The staff were basically non existent. The television in the living room didn’t work. There were water stains on the ceilings throughout the suite and there was a smell in the hallway that existed nearly our entire stay.

Very helpful, friendly and happy. It was also very spacious as a 2 bed/2bath. Very dated. Wear and tear on cabinets, cupboards and furniture. The bathrooms both had pubic hair on the floor and shower. The elevator is very small. It took 3-4 times to get any space when door opened. The stairs were fine though, we were only in 4th floor.

A bit difficult to use the Murphy bed, have to call staff to help and wait. No cleaning service at all while you are there, but actually simple since most of what you may need is in the room.

Clean and comfortable. I didn’t like that when I stayed in January there was coffee for guests to use and condiments but now that isn’t supplied.

• Katie (6/5): You get what you pay for - Here’s my brutally honest opinion on Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort after my 5 day stay. If you are used to staying at a Marriott or Hilton resort, this hotel is not for you. Come here with realistic expectations. The rooms and the hotel as a whole is out dated and could use some serious upgrades. Do not ask to check in early, it’s an immediate no, they say they will check but it’s a no. The WiFi is trash. The elevator is very slow and during spring break you will be waiting. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff however they gave us 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people and were flabbergasted when we asked for more saying they usually only supply 2 rolls per stay…  There’s really no amenities. The “sauna” is a closet, the gym is a treadmill, the pool is max 8 people at a time, the hot tub was closed, and the poolside bar is limited with hours and staff.  We stayed at an oceanfront 1 bedroom “suite” on the 12th floor. It said sofa bed and Murphy bed but you have to rearrange the furniture to use them both. The sofa bed mattress was really unusable, straight laying on springs, but the Murphy bed worked for what it was. The king was comfortable enough and the size of the room is decent. The furniture has seen better days and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The tvs are old and barely work. It says usable kitchen but it’s really not. It is not stocked with anything really but a pot. To really cook you need tons of supplies.  All that being said, for the $$ value and the oven view I would give it a solid 6.5. The bedding seemed clean. The views were amazing. There is options for food or drinks near by and you are in the middle of everything. An Uber to Las Olas was $15. The Parrot is a cool bar to chill, don’t bother eating at Mc Sorelys. The beach is literally right there. You can rent chairs or umbrellas right at the entrance but nothing is included with your stay, not even toilet paper apparently. Just set your expectations accordingly.

• Jennifer (3/5): FALSE ADVERTISING. Resort seems to be about 40 years older than the pictures. - Best thing about the Ft Lauderdale Resort was its location. It was bout 2 blocks from the beach. BUT, the person checking us in told us we couldn’t use the beach???? Is it a private beach? FALSE ADVERTISING! I’ve attached all kinds of pictures to prove how falsely this hotel was represented. First picture the advertised (what my reservation showed) followed by the actual. First off, our”ocean view suite”. We could see a sliver of the ocean. Of course we booked here to use the beach - but upon check-in the clerk told us we couldn’t use the beach. Is it a private beach area? The hotel looks like it’s about 40 years older than what the pictures show. Then the facilities - lobby looks nice, pool area also, but beyond that the building looked really old. Resort fee? Really? It had a pool, which we were told was cold, but the hot tub was closed. Cleanliness - the room looked ok, but somewhere the floor had to be filthy because though I only walked barefoot a little bit, when I got in the shower my feet left black footprints that did not wash out with my shower. And finally, maybe I’m just not used to the noise of a city, but it was anything but peaceful. There was constantly cars racing motors, car alarms, sirens, and what’s with most vehicles squealing in the parking lot? If you’re looking for a peaceful place where you feel safe - this is not it.

• Alexander (5/5): Considering our circumstances it fit what we needed for the time. - It was close to the beach and cheap. Outdated and outside was extremely loud until about 11 pm

• Cindy (6/5): I would come again if the pool was heated in winter and the jacuzzi worked. - The hamburger was good. They upgraded our room because there was a mix up. Bingo was fun. Location close to the beach. Enjoyed the game room. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The jacuzzi was broken and the pool was frigid.

• Richard (8/5): Schöner Meerblick. - Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 16. Etage mit Meerblick - der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung war für uns sehr gut (Küche, Strandhandtücher, etc.). Das Pullmann-Bett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig aber bequem und hat durch die Schranktüren einen "eingebauten Ausfallschutz" für die Kinder. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut und 2 grüne Oasen (wenn auch kostenpflichtig) fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Haus gibt es leider nur 2 Aufzüge, was zu langen Wartezeiten (insbesondere zu Stoßzeiten) führt. Leider konnten wir erst am dritten Tag einen Hochstuhl bekommen, welcher die gleiche Sitzhöhe hat, wie die anderen Stühle (aber immerhin eine Absturzsicherung bietet). Der Kühlschrank im Wohn-/Essbereich ist sehr laut und die Ausstattung entsprechend der Bilder altbacken aber funktionsfähig und sauber.

• Gustavo (6/5): Escapada a Fort Lauderdale - cercania a la playa es muy antiguo el edificio, por el precio deberia incluir servicio de limpieza diario y desayuno (que claramente no lo incuye)
