• james (9/5): Enjoyed will stay again - We had a 7nt stay in this comfortable ( old school ) hotel, An oasis in a great location with good professional staff, We had two dinners on the palm terrace good food/value ,Nice easy walk or bus in to Palma , We stayed in economy room with good outside space. Looking forward to returning in September I would prefer a walkin shower or at least a mat in the bath

Es hat einen schönen Garten mit großer Terrasse und einem netten kleinen Pool mit bequemen Sonnenliegen. Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Bäder sind nicht auf neuestem Stand. Das Frühstück war ok, aber dem Preis nicht angemessen.

• neringaida (10/5): An exceptional experience at a 100-year-old hotel - That feeling when your personal terrace is four times bigger than your room :) It's wonderful to live on such a terrace in the summer, it's great to eat, read, admire the palm trees and the sea, watch people on the coast... Usually in hotels it is forbidden to bring food into the room, but here on our terrace in the evening we enjoyed desserts and cocktails, and in the morning after breakfast we brought coffee from the restaurant and enjoyed the sunny morning and the sea view. It's quiet, the staff is helpful, and the colonial-style hotel, surrounded by modern box-houses, makes you feel exceptionally luxurious :) An amazing experience. -

Das Terassemobiliar und die Auflagen waren komplett nass, hatte leider niemand mal ins Trockene gebracht.

The room that we en - We loved the location - 10 minutes from the airport and a 45 minute walk on the path to downtown Palma or a 10 minute taxi or bus ride! Loved the staff - felt like we were part of a family! Rooms super clean and quiet unlike hotels in downtown Palma. The breakfast was delicious. We also use the bikes that were on site. This is one of the only hotels that has a very nice beach access right across the path. The views from the hotel were spectacular! I loved everything about the property!

• Agnieszka (10/5): Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek na Majorce dla osób, które cenią spokój i miłą obsługę - Przede wszystkim na wspaniałą ocenę zasługuje Obsługa hotelu (każda jedna Osoba!): bardzo dziękuję za miłe przyjęcie, obsługę, pomoc:) Bardzo doceniam, że w dniu wyjazdu mogłam zostawić bagaż i na koniec dnia skorzystać z łazienki aby przed lotem do domu nieco się odświeżyć. Lokalizacja hotelu: IDEALNA! wyjście bramą z hotelu prosto na promenadę. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów w hotelu - super! Mieszkałyśmy z kumpelą nie w głównym budynku hotelu, w w jakby takich dobudówkach obok, jednak nadal była to ładna i integralna część hotelu. Nieco zacieniona, ale mi to nie przeszkadzało. Doceniałam fakt, że mamy swoją mini werandę. Podobało mi się to, że hotel jest w spokojnej okolicy, 30-40 min spacerem od centrum Palmy. Tego szukałam. Ogólnie polecam:) Pokoje mało słoneczne, ale przypuszczam, że w gorące lato ma to swój urok:)

• Martha (10/5): Traumhaftes historisches Gebäude mit maximal freundlich / herzlichen Personal - Das Hotel ist zauberhaft, eine Reise in die 20er Jahre! Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Zimmer und ganz viel Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und überaus freundlich, Santiago Ramos hat uns beim Check in so herzlich empfangen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp!

Absence de machine à thé ou à café dans la chambre, une prestation pourtant proposée dans les deux autres hôtels de même standing que nous avons fréquentés lors de notre séjour à Majorque. La chambre mériterait d’être rafraîchie, notamment au niveau de la peinture et des rideaux. La peinture semble avoir été réalisée sans réelle préparation (absence de ponçage), ce qui nuit au rendu, et l’un des rideaux présentait un trou.
• Michelle personal (8/5): Great base for a short trip to Palma. - Location is superb. 5-8 mins fromt he main road where the bus stop is. Directly facing the beach but in a tranquils setting. Slight drains/musty smell int he room. Not too offensive but noticeable. We were on the second floor.

I was early and they stored my luggage and put it in my room when the room was ready. I enjoyed a couple of drinks on the terrace. The massage was also fantastic. I thought the room was a little small.

• Esther (8/5): Heerlijk - Ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Locatie dicht bij Palma. Met de fietsen die je bij het hotel kon huren ongeveer 15 minuten fietsen. Prima zwembad met ligstoelen en dicht bij het strand.

Bon souvenir. - J’ai apprécié la proximité de la plage Ciutat Jardi, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel de l’hôtel très à l’écoute à tout souhait et à tout besoin exprimés par le client. Bon point, le fait qu’on y parle le français également. Le petit déjeuner y a été très délicieux et servi avec du goût. Généralement, très satisfaite par l’expérience de ce séjour.

• kristina (4/5): - We had two rooms and they didn't put us together. We were in totally different areas of the hotel. One room was nice by the garden and the other room was so loud and small by the elevators. We asked to be switched several times in order to be closer to our kids and there was no effort in this. Also no discount for the inconvenience. I cannot recommend this hotel. I think it was not a 4 star hotel in US standards. Also one room was fine but the other was definitely not a four star hotel.
• LI (9/5): 整体非常满意。 - 酒店门口就是海景，是平静的海面，去海边非常方便，可以踩踩水游游泳。去帕尔马市区非常方便，公交直达，有比较方便的停车位。 我没有游泳，因为泳池有点小，而且有工作人员在，我有点不好意思。这是我的个人局限，酒店非常好。
