Guest Reviews
- Heather (9/5): Great family hotel - The value for the money here is great. The on site pool and mini golf are a great bonus in addition to the spacious rooms. Check out at 10am is tough, they were able to accommodate a little later but was still difficult to do so early
- gretchen (10/5): I will be back - This was my 4th time staying at Sea Mist and it's been convenient and comfortable every time. The staff is always very helpful.
- Arthut (9/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): Would recommend to anyone. Well worth it - Extremely clean and spacious, extraordinary staff, and inclusive facilities
- Carey (9/5): Wonderful property. Would go again! - The property was well maintained, and our room was exceptionally clean. We loved the space, and the bars were very comfortable as well. Staff seemed to just be 'doing their duties', not much friendliness. But we didn’t visit the place for the people!
- Cristina (10/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): Great place, great staff, great location. I travel very often and this is one of the best places in the country, hands d - Has everything to offer and so much around!
- Stephen (10/5): Extremely accommodating, great location, great people and amenities - Kept up very well; fantastic staff
- Jailynn (10/5): It was very pleasant - Everything Nothing
- Diane (10/5): -
- Celeste (5/5): Convenient location. Friendly staff. But for the price, I shouldn’t smell like cigs - The person who checked me in was lovely. I believe her name was Darcy. And I felt fairly safe. Smelled like cigarettes and my dishes & silverware were crusted with food. No sponge to wash them in the sink with. And the bed was too firm for me. But maybe for others it’ll work.
- Chlpka (8/5): -
- Karen (10/5): -
- Alexandra (9/5): Nice place - Front desk people were so welcoming and kind! There were many of those thin long legs spiders, they were everywhere, and we had to kill 9 of them the first night. (I'm terrified of those things!) We had to buy a bug killer to rid of them. But that was the only thing we didn't like about this nice place.
- Matthew (10/5): Coming back! - The atmosphere and location. The area is in a nice wooded area, close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely be staying there again in the future The fact that I had to cut my trip short because of a emergency back home. Flooded basement from the 2" of rain we received the night before.
- Trish (10/5): - Great location nice indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi
- Oren Simhi (10/5): -
- Christine (7/5): This is a great winter getaway if you’re looking for a quiet clean place to stay with lots of shops and restaurants clos - The property was clean and very well kept. It was spacious. They were plenty of towels. The upstairs bedroom got very warm so much that we had to open a window at night. Somehow, I don’t think it ventilates correctly and you wake up very hot and dry in the night. Also, I wish you would upgrade your soap and include a few more accessories like shampoo and conditioner.
- Christine (9/5): -
- Amy (10/5): Clean, spacious, quiet! - The housekeeping staff, namely Kristin, make this the cleanest facility I have ever stayed in--hotels and airbnb alike. Cleanliness seems to be a lost art that Kristin has single-handedly brought to back life. The hot tub and pool are also gorgeous, spacious, and clean. in unit 5-4 the tub's water was not 'bath warm', it was too mild to take a bath, but at least they have a gorgeous hot tub on site; and the tub in unit 5-4 also didn't stop water from draining out, so bath wasn't pleasant or really possible. Informed maintenance but they weren't able to fix in the time of my stay. Oh, and TVs are tiny compared to today's standards, w 1980s definition/pixilation etc., but that's not a factor for me.
- Debra (8/5): -
- Danielle (7/5): Good location. Spacious. Bed felt small. Pull out couch was awful. - Spacious. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient location. Pull out couch was disgusting and awful. Extremely old and coil springs were in rough shape. Bought an air mattress after our second night. Outdoor pool area was closed. Indoor pool had signs that from 7am-8am it was only for adult laps, closed 8am-9am and opened at 9am. However every time we went, sometimes multiple times throughout the day/evening, we had to stay out of the way of multiple folks using the pool for their laps. And there was extremely limited hot water. Could not use both showers at once.
- David (7/5): -
- William (8/5): -
- Andre (3/5): Very disappointedI was very disappointed - We did not know or hear of anything related to breakfast. We had to search around town to find a place to eat which was on one of the sheets listing area services It did not like the wall paper/sheet rock coming apart. I did not like the black mold in the closet downstairs. It appears the air quality was poor. My wife slept i n utially on the side where the floor vent was. She became sick. I switched sides with her and I became sick. I looked in the air. Ents and saw that they were filthy.
We were supposed to be in a townhouse. We came a month in advance as we were to have our nuptials there. We were told where we would stay and allowed to see a.similar space. We wnt to look at the place we would stay and actually measured to deck to get a turf piece to cover it.
When we arrived we had been switched to a 2 bedroom apartment by someone. Thank God after a while we were switched to a different townhouse big 2 number 1. It had a different set up at the deck. We were now over looking the main roads traffic.
I am not certain who the landscapers are, but it would have been nice to be at a resort with more grass than dirt and weeds.
It was really a tiring experience. I was so frustrated I began to take pictures of the issues. I am debating if I should post my experience to Google or the BBB.
- Ann-marie (8/5): - The room was spacious and very clean. Located near everything. The pool was glorious. Despite some issues we would stay again. The pool towels are tiny ones located in your room. Didn't read in paperwork that stated hey weren't poolside. You can't get new ones on a Sunday? Left after snowstorm. Parking lot was plowed but had to drag luggage through the walkway and over a giant mound of snow as it had not been shoveled . Our upstairs was molten lava hot and downstairs was in the low 60s( they came to take care of it... It was the same within a few hours)
- Cynthia (8/5): Our stay was quite satisfactory! - convenient location; reasonable price; first floor access was greatly appreciated; two bathrooms, clean and comfortable, all the necessary amenities and the outside patio w/table and chairs was appreciated nothing comes to mind; we were visiting relatives so it was mainly used for sleeping and bathing
- Carol (10/5): - It was perfect for the location of our event in Popponesset and all aspects of what we used the facility for were excellent.
- Jody (8/5): Nice. Would return - Staff was very professional and nice!
- Steven (6/5): - full apartment, with kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms. strong odor of curry upon arrival. took a call to Maintenence and a lot of deodorizer to correct it
- Beth (7/5): -
- Robyn (10/5): My stay was great; I will definitely be returning for future vacations. - The location was great, near great shopping. The property itself was very clean, and the size of the unit was perfect. The full kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. I was happy with everything, can't think of anything I was unhappy with.
- Lisa (10/5): -
- Kathryn (8/5): Nice staff, location and property amenities. - The location is great and feels like home away from home since we stay here frequently. They need to invest in new towels. The towels we had the last few stays were old, rough and dingy. They looked as if they had been used to clean a dirty floor. This is a simple investment which would greatly improve guests’ experience. Also would prefer a Keurig coffee maker.
- Edward (10/5): -
- John (10/5): We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again - Close to family 2nd floor was difficult but we managed
- Smith (8/5): A clean comfortable spacious unit - The rooms were claen and mattresses were comfortable. Definitely need new pots and pans. Need updated love sofa ( not with black electrical tape covering the torn material)
Could use a washer dryer combo in- unit.
Never informed that there were no elevators for 2nd floor unit as I have bad knees.
- Harry (7/5): - Pool, Proximity some things on interior could stand improvement
- Michael (8/5): -
- Mariah (10/5): -
- Lani (7/5): -
- Judith (5/5): Location is great, staff friendly, furniture in our unit needed replacement. Not the cleanest. - Did not realize there was a breakfast. Place needs major upcleaning (I.e. shampoo rugs, clean under things, etc…). Furniture was very uncomfortable. Should be replaced.
- Kathryn (9/5): -
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Mary (9/5): - Queen size beds
- Carter (10/5): - It's a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom with a full kitchen. Mashpee Commons is close by with great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful in the off season as it is inseason.
- Fisher (9/5): - That was the one problem, there was no dining room for breakfast or any other meal. A dining room.
- kimberly (10/5): -
- Lojko (10/5): - I loved the location and how close it was to the Mashpee Commons with all the stores. My husband and I haven't been to the Cape much at all, so exploring the area was great. We drove to Falmouth and had dinner at the Flying Bridge which was excellent and also checked out a few local beaches. I look forward to going back! The pillows weren't great. Very small and not comfortable, but buying a few once there or bringing your own is always an option.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Stephen (10/5): One of the best properties I’ve stayed at on the cape. - I was welcomed by a lovely woman who was very informative and pleasant! She suggested local activities and informed me exactly where our room was. The room itself was very comfortable. I saw a couple reviews that mentioned it seemed dated…. In my opinion, I don’t think so. Everything that needed to be updated has been. The furniture seems a little “90’s ish”, but it’s just the style it added to the pleasant vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable and they provided EVERYTHING you could think of that you could possibly need while there. Absolutely can’t wait to return! Nothing, everything was perfect!
- Matthew (10/5): A + will come again - Everything , the bed was very comfy, roomy and it had great amenities Nothing
- Tony Pirretti (8/5): -
- Shawna (10/5): - Just there for one night but very enjoyable stay.
- Gerard (9/5): - We enjoyed the fact that the room was clean and very good size. The only thing that we didn’t care for was when we checked in, we were told to go over to another girl to get a little gift but was actually a way to try to get us to sign up for a meeting that we were not interested in at all.
- Karen (10/5): -
- Richard (7/5): clean and convenient - clean and quiet Rooms straight outa the 90's could use a refresh
- Black (10/5): -
- Dale (10/5): - Everything!! You have a wonderful resort with lots of extras... we hope to return again someday (from Ohio)
- Dominqune (10/5): Love this place so much - Everything Love everything
- Susan (8/5): Bad bed - There were 2 sleeping areas. Bedroom upstairs and pull out sofa down. The sofa bed was horrendous. Broken down, old, smelly. No sleep that night.
- Karen (9/5): -
- selene (10/5): - Gentilezza, spazi ampi e comodi, cucina accessoriata e confortevole. Piscine semplici ma adatte. Posizione vicina a tutto. Struttura un po' antiquata ma pulizia perfetta, gentilezza dello staff e comodità compensano. Unico neo il divano letto davvero scomodissimo. Meglio prendere una stanza con letto vero
- Annmarie (2/5): - We booked for one night and expected a clean room. Unfortunately, the pervasive odor of smoke and visual evidence of cockroaches in the bedroom forced us to leave in the middle of the night. A disappointing experience to say the least.
- Anna (7/5): It was a good stay but, not a good start of the stay. - Though the Sea Mist Resort is a preferred choice for our visits to Cape Cod, this particular stay was merely adequate. A significant issue arose upon check-in when we were assigned an unclean room, and the front desk's handling of the situation lacked a sense of urgency or care. Following a five-minute period of uncertainty, we received new keys and a room number.
- Maria (10/5): -
- Irene (10/5): - Great resort with suites, very cosy with great amenities, close to excellent beach and shopping.
- Doris (8/5): We had a great stay, very helpful & friendly staff - Lots to do ,it was ok
- Elliott (8/5): - Roomy and quiet receptionist was a bit snippy
- Patricia (2/5): It’s a dump! - Horrible! The place is a dump! No AC in 8 5 degree weather!!
- Gretchen (10/5): Great roomy accomodations - Consistent furnishings in the units. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing
- Leslie (6/5): - The rooms are spacious if somewhat dated. Good value.
- Marie (10/5): felt like home away from home -
- Anthony (8/5): - We love the location of the resort. Easy access to restaurants and beaches. The pool area was great. We went to the indoor pool and hot tub.
We feel the unit needed updating. It was clean and accommodating but really old.
- Damion7381 (10/5): Exceptional - The tranquility‼️ even listening to the cicadas didn't bother me lol 😆. All that mattered is she truly enjoyed it.. very romantic setting or a perfect location for the entire family. Whatever your needs are... they will definitely accommodate. I didn't like checking out and leaving ‼️
- Linda (7/5): A nice “mom and pop” vibe. Took me back to the 60’s type of facility - The size of our condo was great. Loved having 2 bathrooms. The bed was comfortable, I would have liked better quality blankets . The property was pretty, the grounds and the mini golf needed a bit more sprucing up. The outdoor pool was not working at all . The staff should have been more knowledgeable about the Cape Cod area. Transportation to airports, islands, Uber costs. Basic concierge services. Also we found 2 ticks crawling in the bathroom.
- Matthew (10/5): Sea Mist is the place to stay on Mashpee - Very well maintained
- Roland (10/5): - Great place just had another family staying above our room that was very noisy the last night we were there
- Stacie (8/5): Very good -
- Thomas (8/5): Very good -
- Margie (10/5): - clean friendly staff and great location
- Jailynn (10/5): I love goin there - Everything Nothing
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shelby (8/5): Very good - Location

Room layout Hearing upstairs guests
- Thomas (10/5): - Great property in a great location close to restaurants, and grocery stores. Friendly staff. Our unit even had 2 full bathrooms. We had a very enjoyable stay.
- Julie (9/5): Great get away, family friendly and peaceful - We did not have breakfast at the resort. The size of the room was great, loved the double bathroom, bed was comfortable It was on the second floor, had some trouble with the stairs. Did not know the beaches were close by. When checking in we were not given alot of information about the surrounding area and activities on the resort.
- Gale (8/5): - Very spacious accommodations. The paperwork they gave us to learn about pool hours, activities, could be more clear and precise. We were not sure about times and that some things came with a fee.
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional -
- john (8/5): - Did not like that I could hear the person walking in the rooms above me
- William (8/5): Despite the negatives, overall it was a fairly good stay. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. - Location and the pool/hot tub. Unit out dated, green haze in both bathtubs, bathtubs did not hold water for baths, lack of some kitchen cooking essentials, and hallway smelled somewhat moldy.
- Richard (6/5): - Furniture is dated
- Kerri (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mischele (5/5): It was adequate, wound fine something nicer next time. - Located near shopping, beaches, restaurants Needs refurbishing, not soundproof, could hear people walking in upstairs unit,
- Karl (5/5): I hate the fact they gave my information to other travel companies scumbags - Hate the fact I’m getting calls from other travel agencies because of this trip The fact they gave my information to other travel companies
- Francis (10/5): - Our stay was delightful. The only issue that we had was the bed. We prefer a king to the queen in our unit. A little tight sleeping.🙁
- B (7/5): Good -
- Tony (8/5): Very good -
- William (9/5): Superb -
