- Enrique (10/5): Excelentes amenidades. Recomiendo llegar en carro o tener condicion para llegar caminando al centro. - Esta muy bien cuidado. Para las fechas que fuimos, mediados de diciembre, esta prácticamente libre. La piscina es grande y la tv tiene Internet y cable. El desayuno incluido sabia bien y al estar solos, prácticamente tuvimos atención personalizada. El wifi es un poco lento y la piscina no tiene calefacción. Sin embargo no representaron problemas mayores pues estuvimos recorriendo Valle de Bravo la mayor parte del dia.

Lo fatal es su ubicación, para salir del hotel recorres una estrecha calle en sentido contrario porque no hay otro modo de hacerlo. Imposible estar en este hotel por su ubicación y además el área no era agradable.

Llegamos tipo a las 9:00 pm y dijo que cuando se desocupara nos daba el control de la tele, lo cual no llegó hasta las 11:00 pm Agua fría, y porque no llegó un grupo grande y como llegaron tarde. Dieron permiso que se usara la alberca y todo el hotel para jugar, mucho ruido. Muy limpio todo y bien mantenido

- Castillo (1/5): Worst experience ever - The horrible and irrespecful service since we arrived, the food was so expensive and everything was cold, not a good taste at all. The water was so cold that no one could take a shower, and some people said they waited about 30 min to feel the water warm enough to get a bath. I talked to the owner to let him know about the bad experience just to improve so other people don't go true that too, and he was sarcastic and rude as well. I will never be there again.

The place has a parking lot, so you can leave your car there and just walk everywhere in the village. He also speaks English very well. The pool is great and the breakfast is really good (tipical mexican) I have been there in November, so it was ok in the room, not very hot, I'm not sure how it works in the summer, as the room had no air conditioning. The only thing that I didn't like is not directly connected to the hotel - the rode where the hotel is, was on construction at that time, so it was kind of difficult to manage a small car there and I got a scratch on the side from a big boulder.

- Faviola Merari (10/5): Muy buena opción este Hotel - Nuestra estancia en el Hotel fue muy grata. La atención del personal que labora ahí es de primera, todos muy atentos y serviciales. La limpieza es impecable y nos sentimos seguros tanto en las noches, como también con nuestras pertenencias cuando salíamos de paseo. Tienen una piscina q aunque es pequeña, está muy cómoda, el agua es templada y mantienen la limpieza ahí y en las jardineras y áreas en general. El Hotel está un poco lejos del centro y del lago y de lugares para comer y beber, pero la zona es tranquila y segura. Estaría bien que implementaran otros servicios, como enlace con taxis seguros y aunque tienen venta de algunas bebidas y botanas en la recepción, hace falta más venta de snacks por la tarde y noche, para estar en la alberca o cuando no quieras salir para relajarte ahi en las instalaciones. Pero en general, todo bien. Sin duda, volveremos.

Visiblemente es un lugar muy bonito, no está en el centro, sin embargo a pie es muy fácil llegar al mismo y en auto está muy cerca de muchos lugares. Me encantó que la piscina tuviera agua templada, que al estar lejos del centro sea un lugar tranquilo.

- BENHUR YAVE (10/5): Bonito y Recomendable. - El hotel cuenta con instalaciones en muy buen estado, (muy probablemente son nuevas). El personal es muy eficiente; Sobre todo atentos en todo momento y súper amables!! Situación que te hace sentir muy cómodo como huésped. En general es Agradable, se encuentra más o menos a 1km. Del centro y puedes llegar caminando entre las callecitas de Valle hasta el mismo.
- Ruben (8/5): - Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuenta con los servicios básicos pero definitivamente los días que estuvimos no tienen abierto el restaurante, ofrecer alimentos es básico en un hotel, creo que deben tener el servicio de restaurante abierto todos los días. El acceso al hotel es algo complicado, la calle es muy estrecha y es de doble sentido

- Juan Carlos (8/5): Muy bonito y en ampliación - Muy bonito aunque en remodelación, pero se ve que va a quedar aún más bonito. El único problema es que las paredes son tan delgadas que se escucha TODO lo que hacen todos los cuartos alrededor. Fuera de eso, todo muy bonito. Queda a 10-15 minutos caminando del centro

- Luis (8/5): Básico. Limpio. Un poco caro para la ubicación - El check in fue bueno. Ciertamente la ubicación no es tan cercana al centro. Alrededor de unos 25 minutos caminando. Las habitaciones muy limpias eso sí. El personal de limpieza amable y atento. Un hotel básico y cumple, pero ciertamente un poco subido el precio para lo que ofrece. Ese es mi principal comentario.

- PoblanoJ (8/5): Clean, new hotel - The hotel where we had hoped to stay in Valle de Bravo could not accommodate us for one night of our stay and so they arranged for us to stay one night at this clean, new hotel, about a 15-minute walk from the main square (I'm a fast walker). The hotel had good internet, hot water, free parking, and was clean. It was not luxurious, but everything in the room, including the plastic flowers were clean and new. If I were looking for a hotel in downtown Valle de Bravo, I would probably opt for a hotel closer to the center of town, and with more ambience and charm -- of which there are many in the same price range as Tierras Blancas -- but if they were all booked, I would not hesitate to return here.
