Matej (9/5): Great location - The location is very central, close to the restaurants and sights. Our room had a view over the city street, the shower had good pressure and hot water. We paid a little bit extra and were able to check-in at 5am (we asked in advance). We AC in the room heated up the room super fast. On the top floor there is a little terrace with amazing views over the city and the volcanos. The street below can be a bit noisy, we weren’t bothered though.
Jaime (4/5): Recomendable por ubicación, pero bajo en servicio - La ubicación muy buena, pero habitación en 3er piso sin ascensor, la incomodidad de subirlas, luego en el desayuno, se acabo el pan y no lo repusieron,bajaban mas comensales y solo comían lo que quedaba. No me quedo claro el detalle de lo que pague, muy me dieron una boleta simple y lo que pensé que el costo sería $107 me indicaron que no estaba considerado los impuestos y me salio casi $140 y pico. En líneas generales, mucha falta de manejo del personal a situaciones muy básicas de servicio de un hospedaje.
