STEPHANIE (10/5): Un séjour parfait ! - Un accueil chaleureux et une magnifique surprise avec un surclassement dans une suite spacieuse, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La rénovation est une vraie réussite, les matériaux sont beaux et la literie est d'un confort exceptionnel. Le panier petit déjeuner est très complet. L'emplacement est super et le parking est un vrai plus. Nous avons été tellement conquis que nous sommes ravis d'avoir déjà réservé une autre nuit ici pour notre dernière étape en Écosse. Le côté salon, qui est dans l'entrée, n'est pas agréable et la cuisine est dans un couloir, couloir qui mène à une chambre sans fenêtre. Salle de bain minuscule. On entend le bruit des trains qui passent juste à côté. Nuit difficile.

Karen (8/5): Great location, cozy accommodations - The location was perfect. The staff at Court Residence were friendly, kind and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.Train transportation was a short walk and the town and its people were lovely. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a busy day. The kitchen table and chairs were a little cramped. But it was nice to have a place to make a simple meal.

Billy (7/5): We did enjoy our stay,but small things makes a difference,would we come back ,the answer would be yes,but cleanliness is - I have stayed here a few times in the past and found it to be a very nice place to come to,I took my wife for a long weekend stay,as I have always enjoyed coming here When we got to our room no9, when I went to the bathroom at the top of the stairs the bed had clear stains on it,as to what it was,I will leave you to make you mind up on that,I then went to your reception to tell them what I had found,they immediately rectified this and apologised,not a good impression for my wife on her first visit to your hotel.I could not fault the rest of our stay,but after showering on the Monday morning, their was a leak from the shower that was leaking into the bed down below,it was at this point we decided to leave earlier,so you could attend to your room

Everything was provided, but I did not expect to make my own breakfast. I booked this hotel for what I believed was a free airport shuttle. I was mistaken and paid the "discount" fare of 40 GBD for a 15-minute ride to the airport.

And breakfast is not included unless you prepared to cook it yourself - Spacious Meant to be bath, booked a room with a bath and after brining it to staff attention they made no attempt to remedy only stating that we ended up in room with no bath because of dynamic booking !

It was central in town and easy to walk to the train station, grocery store, restaurants etc. we found the pillows quite firm and flat but that was the only “bad” thing we encountered. The shower was lovely as well, and nice shower products provided. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perhaps a gluten free loaf if someone states their allergies would be nice however I I do understand you can’t cater for everyone. We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like at all.

Luckily the friendly and welcoming owner quickly relocated us and our stay was even better than the last time. Agree with all of others' good feedback, but the aspects that really stand out were the high quality breakfast foods and the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed us to make ourselves feel at home, the high level of cleanliness everywhere, the excellent parking, and the great blind system that allowed us to have light and privacy. And putting up the shutters on the windows at night to keep the street noise out was both effective and a nice dramatic touch.

Centrally located right in heart of the town with secure parking on site. Well thought out conversion of the Sheriff' s court house and I had several cosy nights sleep in old prison cell . Good value for money and will book to stay again Friendly and helpful staff on duty .

98alisont (10/5): A lovely stay. - The suite was lovely and well appointed for the price. Its central location made it ideal for a visit to the town and assigned parking ensured we had our own space. When friends visited staff were very helpful in allowing with them to park at the residence. The breakfast basket provided plenty of choice and was replenished daily. The fridge was also stocked with milk, eggs, butter and fruit juice. Beds were comfortable and linens pristine. the bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful.

trishw982 (10/5): Excellent accomodation - We had a great weekend stay in the split level studio at the Court Residence . The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very modern; equipped with everything you'd need including toiletries and free very good WiFi and a thoughtful complimentary breakfast basket and eggs, butter, milk and juices in the fridge. There was a problem with the TV and bed back lights which wouldn't switch off but after informing the owner via email at 8.15pm he responded swiftly and sorted it out. Bed very comfy & roomy, Wet room excellent and kitchen had everything we needed for a few days with breakfast basket provided + eggs & milk. John (9/5): Lovely comfortable room in a great location. - Nice sized room, big comfortable bed, the wooden shutters on the windows were great at blocking out the light and the traffic noise. Would have liked a bath to relax in but the shower was fine. Also, would be nice if breakfast was served on site but understand the set-up before I booked (I’m just lazy when on holiday!). The breakfast hamper did provide plenty of choice to cook my own (e.g. eggs, bread, cereal).

Jonathan (10/5): Great Hotel, Great Location and Great Price. - We have stayed in various rooms, and they are all done out to a high and comfortable standard. Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into the design and layout.
Dawn (10/5): Over night stay for a couple. - Everything about the studio apartment was fabulous. They thought of everything. We had a breakfast basket consisting of Bread cereals jams. We had milk in the fridge 4 eggs and 2 bottles of juice which was a lovely touch. Apartment was fab . Bedroom downstairs,living area kitchen and couch middle area, and upstairs there was another double bed. Bathroom was fab to. Cotton wool and cotton buds were provided to. Could not fault a thing. Lovely lighting behind the telly on stairs to. Location very handy for pubs and restaurants. Lovely courtyard we were in excellent. Nothing.

alicehZ4931AI (10/5): 10/10 stay - Had an absolutely fantastic stay. The whole team were very friendly, especially John who checked me in. I stayed in a studio and it was fantastic. It was plenty big enough with a well-stocked kitchen and gorgeous bathroom. The bed was very comfy and there were blackout blinds. Linlithgow itself is lovely too. I did a morning run up to Beecraigs Country Park (mind you it is all uphill!) and then after check out walked around the loch and explored the local shops. Overall a 10/10 stay - would thoroughly recommend.

Location of the hotel was excellent- middle of the High Street with easy access to shops, pubs, and restaurants . The in room breakfast was very varied in choice. Y2468PBelaines (10/5): Excellent Linlithgow accommodation - We needed accommodation in Linlithgow for a family funeral, we travelled up from Surrey. The booking was straight-forward; the room with en-suite bathroom and well equipped kitchenette were all excellent, brilliantly clean and a welcoming breakfast basket was also included. My husband was delighted with the rotating TV/mirror - so he could watch the football from the sofa and then from the bed! The convenient private car park in front of hotel was especially useful in torrential rain! Whilst initially surprised at no restaurant on site, there were plenty of coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walk. We would willingly return - hopefully in happier circumstances!

Christine (10/5): Splendid. Enjoyed it - Room was big enough and clean. Room was quiet, very comfortable bed. I would appreciate change of bedsheets and duvet cover every other day if possible. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to going back sometime in the future Change of bedsheets. I was told the hotel doesn't change beddings till the guest leaves and i was suprised because most hotels change the beddings every day. Please change the beddings twice a week if possible
